Poor
service
of
staff
though
they
are
polite,
manager
(male
with
braces)
on
the
other
hand
was
rude
and
wasn't
accomodating
at
all.
Food
is
okay,
we
still
love
Jollibee
but
sometimes
customer
service
is
what
makes
you
come
back.
Disappointing
branch.
We
ordered
two
buckets
of
chicken
but
there
were
no
plates
given.
We
waited
long
enough
before
we
approaced
the
cashier
and
we
were
told:
Di
po
kami
nagbibigay
ng
plates.
How
will
we
eat
then?
They
finally
gave
us
plates
after
we
emphasized
we
ordered
buckets
of
chicken..
but
lo
and
behold,
staff
kept
telling
us
it
should
be
'requested'.
Proper
common
sense
for
people
who
works
for
a
big
fastfood
chain
in
the
country
please:
our
order
obviously
need
some
plates.
Its
already
understood
when
we
said
its
for
'dine
in'.
It
contradicts
the
purpose
of
asking
the
customer
if
its
for
"dine
in
or
take
out".
I
never
encountered
this
kind
of
problem
with
the
other
branches.
We
also
have
sundaes
too
and
i
asked
if
they
can
just
serve
it
later
after
we
eat.
They
agreed.
Soon
after
we
ate,
we
decided
to
request
for
our
sundaes
considering
that
they
need
extra
time
to
prepare
it
and
serve
it.
We
were
a
big
group
so
we
got
lost
to
our
'kwentuhan'
when
we
realized
where
the
sundaes
are.
We
followed
up
to
the
passing
crew
with
no
worries.
We
waited
again
until
one
of
us
marched
to
the
cashier
and
asked
for
it
personally.
The
manager
approached
us
after
with
this
bitchy,
annoyed
expression
and
said:
Kasi
po
sabi
niyo
po
to
serve
later.
Yes,
we
did
say
that
and
we
already
prompted
the
crew
to
serve
it
to
us
three
times.
He
didnt
let
us
finish
our
answer,
he
just
walked
away
without
saying
"Okay"
or
"Got
it."
He
didnt
even
went
near
us
during
the
short
conversation,
he
was
like
two
tables
away.
How
is
that
for
customer
service?
Instead
of
mediating
the
situation,
he
handled
us
rudely
in
a
manner
that
seems
he
was
siding
to
his
crew.
He
couldve
asked
us
what
happened
in
a
professional
way.
He
didnt
need
to
let
us
feel
as
if
we
were
demanding
customers.
The
server
who
served
us
our
sundaes
was
the
only
one
who
apologized.
I
dont
really
blame
the
crew,
their
performance
reflects
on
how
they
are
led
and
trained.
