One of my experiences to eat with other bothers in a simple restaurant like Hidden Tapsihan along Centennial Road, Kawit, Cavite. A simple dish Tapsilog etc, could amazed your taste bud and satisfy your meals. I plan to visit again this simple restaurant just along the said road.

It was really not like as before. Food is very average unlike before that it really taste so good. I think they need to improve the cleanliness of their place. Even the server seems so bored serving us and not even smiling .. I don't intend to post this for negativity, for some reason I just wanted for them to improve their service.

The tapa was good but not really the way I wanted it to be, but the lechon kawali was good. Hands down.

This is my go to place after work. The place is very simple. Very straight forward karinderya type of resto. The service is also straight forward but inconsistent. You order and you pay or you order then pay later. Depending on who's in charge for that day I guess. Food, typical. Nothing special. If you're hungry, I would recommend their tapa or their lechon kawali.

Good tapsi, you have a lot more food choices than the original hidden tapsi in Wakas.

Food is just like the original hidden at Wakas. Not a good idea to eat during lunchtime. Though well ventilated...since it was at the hottest time of the day...the air from the fans are also hot.

Good thing that they now allow dine in.
