The treatment by the staff was a little distant though. Evident that they are just earning their days' wage. No personal touch and customer service. Pure transaction

If you are looking for fastfood then this is not it. This McDonald's branch has shown me what is NOT a fastfood, a simple order of chicken mcdo and fries took forever to arrive, and 45mins is not an exaggeration, it's probably even an underestimation.

Place is clean. Service Crew are polite and well mannered.

The food is good and the place is clean. If they can offer purely chocolate drink (hot / cold).

fries always cold and soggy, in all Philippines, burgersnot hot enough, but the coffee is boiling 🔥 hot

The entire crew and management are hospitable and approachable.

This is a fast food chain with good service and playpen for kids.

Place was good, not so busy.

The size of their fried chicken improved. I get annoyed though on their self service kiosk so many options/buttons needed to click before you can proceed to check out the counter.

I like it bcoz of the play place, so you could eat your burger in peace when you bring your kid.

Unfortunately, there's no option to rate 0 star. Bad customer service. They asked me to stay outside though I was wearing mask and face shield but they allow someone to enter the store. They asked me to wait outside to wait for me order. Rude service crew. Im not recommending this branch. Bad service very bad.

This branch is one of the fastest drive thru for me, it took less than 5min to serve our order of 4 sets of meals

I often order a coffee at drive through, the best McDonald outlet so far are at Bulihan, GMA. 😎😎😎

I order last night via the web and failed to get it due to some issue on their payment system. I followed it up with the branch this morning and advise that they did not received my order as well. However the staff and Store Manager Marvin went above and beyond kept me updated to help me out settle and coordinate with their contact centers as the payment has already been deducted from my account. Kudos to Mcdo Kalayaan branch for an excellent customer service, they did not left me behind until my order issue was resolved.👌🙏👍

I just went for a drive thru... They've got an amazing driveway. All covered with colorful lights. Quick and courteous service. Kids as well as adults especially lovers would love to pass this drive thru at night.

Never ever order delivery from this store. The riders are rude and will make excuses not to deliver your order. The manager is nice but it is a reactive action. We have uninstalled their app because this is not the first time that this happened. Will never order through their app again. NEVER!

This is one of the best branches I've been in. They have kiosk where you can order freely and once you're done, simply pay by card or head straight to the cahier to pay. Since it's pandemic, the offer limited slot to dine in. They deliver your order at tour preferred table and the crew is very nice polite and accommodating.

Been here many times and the service quality of the staff is excellent. Staff are well trained and respectful and they are also willing to assist you for any queries and assistance. They also disinfect the tables/chairs between customers. Downside is their self-order kiosk doesn't accept cashless payment at the time i visited it.
