Why they replace mojo to french fries. I ordered for Super 2023 Classic Meal Deal last Jan 15, Sunday

I just ordered from foodnpanda, the salad has no tuna, pizza has no beef, soup is gross like someone lifted from table, spaghetti has 3 shrimps only. If you don't want to do your business, stop shaming thus brand. Thanks

The ambiance of the place is relaxing. They have a decent parking. The staff were accomodating and they've got our food fast. This will be one of those best Shakey's experience we have... Definitely we will recommend and come back to this branch again...

Attended a kiddie party. Nice ambiance. Food is great.

I've been here several times. The service is commendable and some of the food is great especially the chicken and pizza. The only downside here is when you buy food here at night, it easily spoils. It will not last for another 2 hours. And their baked mac is tasteless. lol. I mean it's like you're eating plain rice.

Always a great experience when we dine in at Shakey's. It just needs some patience and tolerance as sometimes the order may take awhile. The food served is just right.

Dined at Shakey's for the first time. Irish was the server who helped us navigate through the menu. She suggested similar food selection that would cost us a lot less. Irish explained to us the differences between the pizza and pasta selections. Irish made sure that our order would be ready in a timely manner. I was impressed with her customer service, practically the entire staff. This was my first experience dining out in the Philippines that I could say I was very satisfied with the service. BTW, all the food that we had tasted delicious. Kudos to Shakey's Kawit and its staff.

Food was Shakeys standard. Staff were nice. Service in terms of promptness and efficiency can still be improved.

Great service. The staff were attentive and the food was still served relatively quick despite the place being almost full and with an ongoing party during our visit. It is only the pizza that took some time . Maybe due to the queue of orders from the other tables too. Also, they safeguarded my wife's wallet until it can be claimed. Special mention to Maricar. Has AC leaks on the party area. But overall, everything was great.

Of course the pizza is amazing! but they dont only offer pizza tho they also have pasta and chicken. I personally like their carbonara more compared to their spaghetti

Came here for the Peri Peri Grupo package - super worth it especially if you have the Super Card or you can avail one on the spot and get freebies instantly. Service was ok considering it was a weekend and people still came in as late as 8:30 PM since they close by 9.

Went in to order for take out, staff at the door asked us to be seated but did not take our order immediately. Someone came in for takeout as well but was assisted immediately but we kept waiting. 30 minutes in, still no one is taking our order. Another staff I called took our order and when I explained the situation, the front desk staff was asked why no one has taken our order yet. Apparently, the front desk staff mistakenly prioritized another customer that did not come back. No explanation as to why the other customer who came in later than us was prioritized getting their order for takeout. Very bad experience. We had to wait for someone to take our order and another wait time for them to prepare the food. Inefficient and ineffective communication among the staffs. Very disappointing.

Staff very friendly, food portion size is terrible and got a few near-burnt chicken, restaurant only has 1 bathroom, restaurant is not too busy but i got my order for a little over an hour.

Staff are very courteous. Strict health protocols are implemented which we truly appreciate. A safe place to dine in.

Kudos to the whole team who assisted our combined extended families and especially for suprising my sister for her belated birthday celebration. It was weekend when we visited this branch. A lot of people and we are on waiting list. But still they assisted us very well, thank you to all of you and for the delicious foods and good service.
