Train your customer service representative to speak clearly. Make sure that your clients are hearing the orders via phone correctly. One of your representative immediately sound irritated when requested to repeat what she said. Most importantly, LET YOUR CUSTOMERS BE THE ONE TO DROP THE CALL. It was VERY IMPOLITE that after she said her lines she already hang up.

It's a very nice place to eat and the food is delicious! It's also fast, which is what I love! And they separate the waiting area and dining are which is also convenient.

Service is slow, specially if there's holiday. No systematic process

The advance order for Ambers is so USELESS! Even if you ordered in advance so you can pick it up right away on the said date and time, they will still require you to fall in line. Plus, they don’t really prepare your order in advance. They only prepare it once you get there! Our order was for pickup at 6PM, and we ended up picking it up at 7PM. LOL. Such a joke.

Delivery past

Disappointed. They were able to deliver to tanza,cavite for all our past orders. Now, they refuse to deliver to tanza. We are looking forward to this for our Dad's birthday,now we are looking for alternatives.

One of my favorite palabok and pichi pichi restaurant. Always made fresh. Located just outside SM Bacoor. Staffs are nice and attentive.

My visit was top peak season (Christmas eve) but it was obvious that they have been so used to handling orders even at peak. Staff were organized and efficient, and I loved that they were all still polite. Food was great. It was a very satisfying visit.

Delicious! I was so happy when I discovered that Amber now has a branch in Cavite. I have always loved their spaghetti, barbeque and pichi-pichi - ordered via Grab!

Nice place to eat along Aguinaldo Highway. Spaghetti, pichi pichi, lumpia, chicken lollipop and more are very delicious. Highly recommended.

Take out orders come in 5 pcs. Per order....they should set a limit instead like minimum purchase of 400 pesos instead of minimum order of lumpia is 5 pcs, minimum order of pork bbq is 5 pcs again...if there are only 2 people going to eat, 5 pcs of every order is too much.

Why do chain stores always disappoint you when you are used to a local panciteria? I guess the local store cooks with love. This place is good like other Amber locations... convenient, but not great.

Better call for delivery (with delivery charge) instead of pre-order then pick up :) they mixed up our order and we still had to wait anyway. Prepare the exact amount because even if you indicate the bills you will you to pay, oftentimes they dont give the exact change to the rider. Of course the food is delicious, so if you choose to look past the service, you will be satisfied :)

Yay: Food is really good. Serving sizes are adequate. Nay: If you tend to eat big meals, the single-serve sizes won't be adequate. Serving time can be long even for small orders. Final Say: The food is good, but it would be best to just have it delivered ahead of when you need to eat.
