Wheelchair accessible entrance, seating and toilet ✔️ New update: A lot have changed after Covid lockdown. Service is slow and poor unlike before. Quality of the food is low. Some of the pizzas, ice creams, shakes and other dishes are not available now. There's temperature check at the entrance. Mask is must. There's a new Peri Peri Chicken counter inside.

Quick and prompt serving of food. Staff who waited on our table was very accommodating and kind. Been here a lot of times and always enjoyed dining.

Celebrated my daughter's 9th birthday in this food hub and I can say that it is a very good experienced. We have been accommodated well and a complimentary dessert has been given to my daughter. Not only that, we indeed appreciate them playing the Happy Birthday song that my daughter really felt that night were indeed special and for her alone. LIKES:good staff service, clean rest rooms, well lighted and ventilated, interior decor is well balanced and well conceptualized, menu list-of course same with the menus all branches have, our orders came in fast and within the time frame being given. DISLIKES: parking space were limited-so just in case you do have a car and you accidentally went there during their peak hours-you have to look for your own parking space.

Terrible service. Nobody seated us, it took 10 minutes before anyone paid any attention to even give us a menu. Another 5 minutes wait after we called for someone to take or order. It took nearly 1 hour for even the first dish to come. They forgot some items from our order. When we asked to bill out, it took so long to get the bill and when it got to us, the person advised us that some items had to be billed separately. Another 20 minutes wait for the separate bill to arrive. The server even had an attitude when we stated it was taking so long. TERRIBLE.

Accessibility: Easily Accessible to both public and private vehicles. Located right in front of the hospital, which is a big thing, especially that it is open 24 hrs. Parking: Got a small parking area at front and side, but parking tends to get full during peak hours. Ambience: We ate late at night around 10 PM, the place is still lively and energetic. Lighting is good, music is festive. Standard look with other Shakey's restaurant, except that his one also have Peri-Peri Chicken. Food: We actually ordered a group meal from Peri-Peri Chicken. Chicken is tender and juicy, the sauces are great. One of the best iced tea mixture I tasted even comparing with their other branches. Food servings and size are standardized and fairly affordable for me. Staff and Service: despite the number of customers, we got served really fast. The supervisor is friendly and accommodating to every request.

The female server was amazing in her upselling skills. We upgraded for a combo meal we knew we could not fully consume due to her sales pitch. However, it left us amused instead of being irritated.

One of my favorite pizza parlor! 4 stars only due to I need to follow up my iced tea refill also the gravy still the staff are friendly and easy to talk with some queries. Place is tidy and neat.

I recently visited Shakeys to try out deal 1 which included pizza, pasta, bread and iced tea. I was very impressed with the speed of service and how friendly and attentive the staff were. The pizza arrived warm and tasted great, however, the pasta, bread and mozzarella sticks all arrived cold. The atmosphere was pleasant, however, the cold food was a bit of a letdown. All in all, I would recommend Shakeys for their speedy service and friendly staff, but I would suggest ordering something that won't get cold on the way.

It was the 5th bday celebration of my granddaughter.. it was a superb, organized one.. special thanks to all the crew who really did well and to the best host, coordinator Kevin, who made the celebration extra special.. kudos.. and congratulations.. Shakeys Management, you are so blessed to have your great crew, staff and guards!!!

The pizza was not impressive...but the fried chicken was....When we arrived there were few people in there and it took a while for them to attend us. Then it started getting full and busier and I saw them attending the others much faster. Never going to this joint. Another thing....many pretentious lowlives here also.

Not for people who are in a rush. This Shakey's mostly prioritize delivery because dine in is reaaaaally slow. Service and ambiance is good though they are apologetic for delays

Quick takeout order from this branch, waiter was really nice and even made sure to come to my table and show me the pizza to see if what I requested on it were done. Takeout food, the pepperoni pizza tasted nothing special, pepperoni is pepperoni. The chicken, not too salty but was crunchy. The spaghetti, had lots of sauce, do note that this is Italian style spaghetti. Food is what you would expect from Shakeys, good and will fill your stomach up. What stood up is the customer service from this branch. Atmosphere is plain and simple, nothing too special or too aesthetic. Simply said, the atmosphere was practical. 4/5

Food and service was good however, getting our bill kinda took some time.

Very attentive restaurant servers. They offer family bundles and promos that were affordable. Food was delicious and served hot on time. Parking is limited though. Peri-Peri Chicken is in the same building.

A typical franchise pizza joint. Way different from the Shakey's of my days. 1st visit with my old buds was a 5-star experience. However, the succeeding times were... meh! Food's pretty consistent, a little bit short on the customer service side. Overall, a great place for a bite and to just chill. Will surely visit again.
