Good for pancakes. Rice with chicken is affordable and tasty. But don't go for drinks. We've ordered fresh juice and we got Del Monte canned juice.

Go to place. My entire family's favorite place to eat. No other pancakes taste quite like the pancakes here.

Good breakfast as always. I like the burger here back in college days which is always a delight to eat at. Tried beef tapa this time and it does not disappoint 😍

Recent changes and general quality of the restaurant dropped notably during the pandemic. Menu is simply an entire board of lists with no preview imagery and food is considered as sub-par at best. Specialty dishes are underwhelming and while decently seasoned, lack both quantity and overall quality in the dimension of flavor, aesthetic to appetite and leaves you with a sense that it's being too sparse. The lack of imagery for the menu as well as details pertaining to the "Sets" and other components feel like it's trying to pass off as a restaurant. Many meals are also simplified and are nowhere near restaurant level quality. Many of the meals provided have, if not are, the same quality as making the food from your own house. While "homemade" is generally a buzz word used in marketing to denote very well made meals that you could potentially recreate at home - this is one case where it's very literal, only more expensive and less practical. Take-out is even worse. Some of the lucrative choices are broken down into their basic ingredients - forcing you to assemble them back at home which is nothing short of annoying. In other words, when you order in advance - you're simply paying for the ingredients and not an actual ready to eat meal - which defeats the entire purpose of ordering in advance. You could have simply bought raw ingredients which would have costed a lot less and you would have received a lot more in total. For the cost of paying the meal - you could have made twice as much food and spending only half as much by buying from your local sari-sari store. If I could, I would have given this review 0 stars - this restaurant is a waste of time for overpriced meals that you could easily make in your own house with a youtube video and a stove.

Staff are not attentive to the needs of the customer. The food was OK, but the overall experience was mediocre.

Food: portion wise, size became small specially the pancakes, they used to be bigger and fluffier The burger steak or salisbury steak has the gummy texture.

The servers could have been more attentive to the other side of the store. I had to go to their booth to request for the bill (after trying to call their attention for 10 mins).

Our server was very nice and accommodating. The wait time for the food was not bad at all. We ordered the Salisbury steak and it was mediocre at best... it was okay, but absolutely overpriced for its taste and overall quality. You get a tiny cup of corn as a side and it doesn't come with drinks for the price. I ordered iced coffee with it and the coffee was terrible!! Really bad. The taco salad was good though, we enjoyed that. We also ordered a serving of fries for 99 pesos and you get a plain white platito of the palest fries you've ever seen haha I don't think it was even salted and it's the same kind of fries you can buy frozen at the grocery store. No seasonings, the poorest and most effortless presentation, and for the dip they just straight up hand you a used and nearly empty glass bottle of Heinz ketchup. No effort whatsoever when I'm expecting a little bit better from Pancake House. You can get better looking and tasting fries at KFC. We were even talking about how the leftover Mcdonald's fries we had and reheated at home earlier that day were much better. Lastly, for dessert, we got the waffle foldover that comes with 2 scoops of ice cream, chocolate chips, nips (but they ran out when we ordered), peanuts, and chocolate syrup. We all agreed that it was very bland and that the most tasteful thing in it were the peanuts. The peanuts overpowered the dessert. We never had ice cream that we couldn't taste, seriously. Not even the chocolate syrup and chocolate chips had much taste it's almost like the most generic quality was used and yet it was nearly 300 pesos for that dessert. The waffle was bland but the texture was pleasant - soft, pillowy, with a crispiness to it. Such a shame that it was completely tasteless, even plain waffles, breads, and pancakes have some sweetness and taste to them but this one tasted like nothing. Yung mani lang may lasa. Overall, unsatisfying. Bottomline, we will not be coming back. Food was overpriced but mediocre at best. It was not that bad and we did enjoy the taco salad, but personally we just think it's not worth it and that there are way better options and restaurants out there.

Pancake House had always amazed me about the different varieties of pancakes they serve. It is a bit costly but comparing the price with their quality, you won't be disappointed. Blueberry pancakes with tea is one of my favorite there.

The aircon is not that cold, the area is not that bright. The place looks old. But the staff are attentive and friendly. Food are great.

Food was not too bad but could have been more tastier. We ordered our fav set A and set B not as tasty as other branches. Place needs to be cleaned more...the step going inside is too high not pwd and senior friendly.

The pancakes were flat. Was expecting more from a place called Pancake House. The waffles were ok. Nothing special. Tried the "all you can eat" special, but wasn't that happy with this promotion either.

Cozy place, kind staffs, and follow health protocols. However, it's hard to find a parking space nearby. Although there's a pay parking lot at the back in another building.
