Catholic Church. Great place for weddings because of its long aisle. Devotees of Saint Mary Magdalene flock here during the Kawit Town Fiesta every July 22.

It is an iconic place however "food & various vendors selling various goods" should not be allowed within or inside the church premises and instead be limited outside and he supervised by the LGU.

We went there for our Lenten pilgrimage last March 6. The old historic structure and the ambiance of the church made us feel the loving presence of the Lord. Truly it is a house of worship. It is also a good place to exchange vows, like the young couple we witnessed dancing in jig as they went out of the church after exchanging their "I DO's".

St. Mary Magdalene Church is commonly known as Kawit Church. Its construction started in 1737. The church was greatly damaged by a strong typhoon in 1831 and later on it was almost destroyed during the Philippine-American War. Fun fact: Emilio Aguinaldo, the president of the First Philippine Republic was baptized in this church. We cannot say much about the interior since the church was closed when we visited it, even though it was Sunday.

This church is near the Aguinaldo Shrine. An old church with the patron saint Mary Magdalene.

Planned to book here. We made an ocular visit here and the church is very solemn. The staff here is accommodating too. The interiors were made of varnished wood carvings that complements the historical beauty of the church. It has a wide and spacious parking lot that can accomodate more than 30 cars if you are planning to book your services here. The location is also near Aguinaldo Shrine. You can drop by there if you want to visit and take pictures.

A solemn place for prayers and requests for Catholic visitors. The Church is along the Kawit road near Aguinaldo Shrine. It has a one way traffic scheme for entrance and exit. Parking is at the back of the Church. The adoration room is outside, few steps away from the Church. There is a venue for prayer request and donation. Also, the candle room and confession room is present for visiting Catholics.

A historic well-preserved Spanish-era church which figured in Philippine history as its patroness, St Mary Magdalene, became the patron of revolutionary general Emilio Aguinaldo.
