The rooms are a bit old. Disappointed at how the hotel wasn't able to maintain the rooms in good and clean condition. After check in, i disinfected our room and found strands of hair underneath our pillow. I disinfected and wiped the telephones down only to find it very dirty. The bathrooms didnt look clean due to hard water stains on the glass and hardened residue on the floor. Also, I passed by housekeeping staff a few times along the hallway with their mask down their chin. On the other hand, room service food was fairly priced and surprisingly good. You can order from all the food outlets within the hotel. Location is excellent as it was a 5min walk away from Festival Mall. No other problem with this hotel except the quality and condition of the rooms.

Our FAVORITE staycation hotel so far! Everything about this hotel was perfection when we stayed for one night! We booked a room at a third party website for less than 5k since it was on promo and we are happy with our decision to choose this hotel! Initially, there was an issue with the room that we booked but the staff quickly changed our room, so thank you! The room was spacious, bed was soft, view was amazing and the amenities were complete. We had fun at the pool as well. Pool towels were provided and drinks are available at the bar. The highlight of our stay was our breakfast. There was A LOT of choices and it was really worth it! Would definitely come back here next time since they offered me a discount code for my next stay 🥹

It was Crimson's name that had us book a 2 night stay. Unfortunately, the room we got had a lop sided bed, no hot water (slightly cooler than lukewarm at best), didn't allow e-scooters in the room (to be fair, Shang has the same policy, but allows the scoots to be left at the concierge for charging and safekeeping) *was planning to use it to go to work at a nearby office, and the room had a weird, kinda wet dog smell. Other than that, the view was okay, pool was alright, food was okay as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 5-star hotel with my family, and I have to say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The hotel was modern looking and cozy, which created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing stay. Our room was spacious and very clean, with all of the amenities we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. The attention to detail in the room was impeccable, and we felt very much at home during our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which was absolutely superb. There was a huge variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a perfect way to start our day before heading out to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. All of the members of staff that we interacted with were very family friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure that our kids felt welcome and comfortable. Overall, our experience at this 5-star hotel was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly place to stay. The level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail was truly exceptional, and we cannot wait to visit again in the future.

We went there to celebrate my son's second birthday. It was a great experience. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. They have a beautiful swimming pool and a very relaxing pool side area. The bar is awesome as well and not overpriced. The location is also very accessible to the market, mall, 711, and very safe as there is a nearby police station and fire station. We will definitely go back to this hotel. Of all the hotels I've stayed in before, Crimson is by far the best for me!!!

We booked a suite but the body wash provided was a bar soap instead of liquid body wash. It was disappointing but acceptable. However, the service here is downright disappointing. I called the housekeeping for a kettle and extra coffee cups. They did not come after the third call. I went down to the concierge to ask for it after an hour of waiting. The kettle came without the cups. Worst was the kettle wasn’t even in working condition. The most disappointing stay ever!

Service was really bad. Hotel is 5 star but service is 1 star. Day 1 of checking in, 2 men is staying together so requested for twin bed room but not available. Operator called and say will send extra bed “right now” but that never happen even until next day. Digital lock of the door has problem for twice. Called for technician to help, it took more than 30 minutes for technician to reach and after fixing it, the door did not work again. Requested for room change, been told to wait and take more than 1 hour to hear from reception again. During check out, long queue waiting at the counter to get a departure card. A lot of cutting queue was allowed and even people after me got their departure card, I still don’t get mine. Then when I approach again and ask, the staff ask for my room card again which I already handed over much earlier. Overall, very unsatisfying stay in term of service. 5 star hotel but 1 star service.

Edited: To answer your question, Room 2421 March 15 to 21st 2022. Not a 5 star we were supposed to stay here for 2 weeks, but after 5 days of a nightmare, we left already. Upon checking in they asked us our preferred time for making up the room so my husband and I decided to 1 pm. The next day around 9 am someone knocked and they wanted to clean up the room, the 2nd day same, the 3rd fourth, and so on. You will need to constantly request towels too, bottled water ( which is supposedly part of the complimentary) as well as the coffee cup there's no setup. I do not know if their housekeeping is trained or at least would have a list of the setup needed for the rooms. However, I must say they have a pretty good food outlet, baker J, firehouse, and Alibi. If you're looking For a great dining experience you can walk in here. But to stay here big NO.

For a 5 star hotel, it was very disappointing. It has a glum and uninviting reception and lobby area old rooms with chapped furnishings, bathroom toiletries provided weren’t nice, hallway and carpets were stinky ( I can smell it even with my mask on), outdated bedside lamps with the on/off switch on their wires which were at the back of the bedside tables and a bedroom lamp with a non functioning switch, so you need to pull its plug to turn it off. Dirty water heater for the complimentary coffee. Not so clean bathroom (mirror was full of smudges). No minibar inside the room. The breakfast buffet was not worth waking up early for. Cereals were exposed in open air so they already lose their crisp texture before you put the milk on. The bacon was abysmal, not crisp, unevenly cooked and clumped together. Champorado and arozcaldo were bland and lacking. The milk given for coffee was cold making the coffee less than lukewarm after pouring it. Egg station that cannot make soft scrambled eggs (also this is the first breakfast buffet I’ve been to where the eggs/omelette ordered are not delivered to your table, you either wait for the eggs there and let your other food get cold or sit and eat your food and go back to get your already cold dry eggs/omelette). Croissants, beef tapa, taho (not so sweet syrup :) ), fruits and salad were good but other viands were unremarkable. Ambiance and music was nice but the service is just so-so.

Happy we availed the executive lounge access because our stay got even better because of the lounge perks and the service from the exec lounge ladies. They went above and beyond. Some improvements in our opinions: -Rooms could be modernized more. -Front desk/concierge service should be improved. Bellboys were not as attentive as others. We arrived to check-in wearing simple clothes, a backpack and a shoulder bag as it was just a simple weekend staycation for our anniversary but not even one approached us to assist with the check-in. We are locals so they might have assumed we were not checking in as we didn't have much luggage. Take note, there were a lot of them (trainees and staff in the front). Even with entering/exiting elevators - did not bother to assist holding the elevator doors as long as the main guest was being assisted; not the ones who just were waiting for them to exit the lift. Found this odd as it's usual for staff to at least hold the doors for guests. -Food selection in exec lounge for refreshments could be upgraded; not much variety. Overall, our stay was still pleasant despite the odd service from concierge. Even the restaurants within the hotel were good too. Will still consider a favorite in our list of preferred hotels.

I'll be honest. I've been held captive in worse places (which is a pretty low bar). The staff was pleasant and accommodating within the limits of a quarantine hotel. The cost of food was high. The two us us struggled to keep within the 2600 peso daily allowance. The choices were also very limited, especially for someone on a low carb diet. All that said, this is not a five star hotel as advertised. Sorry. It isn't. I gave it three stars because that's what it is. A three star hotel. A nice, clean, pleasant three star suite hotel. Comparable, perhaps, to an Embassy Suites Hotel in the United States. It is not on the same level as an Intercontinental or Ritz-Carlton. For the price and the circumstances, it was fine. One other thing. If you're heading into quarantine pack snacks and drink mix. Nothing comes in from outside the hotel, except important documents and medicine, after you are locked in your room.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating from airport pick up, to check in to check out. Rooms were well air conditioned and clean, I enjoyed using the fitness center and the breakfast buffet was amazing. I would totally stay here again and recommend it.

Everything is as expected, great price to quality ratio for the promo we had. The hotel is a bit old and classic, but has great charm. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. The only comment I would have, is that it took 3 days of breakfast attempts to find a table that was not wobbly.

This hotel is just across Festival Mall. We had our business conference here. The event and banquet team were very accommodating and the whole transaction was very swift. Overall, their food and service are great. My favorite thing about this hotel is their lobby. They also have a cafe downstairs.

Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve had in the 31 years of my life. I already put a fat review on TripAdvisor but I had to add one here too because they deserve extra kudos. Stayed from December 20-January 5. 3/5 Room It was kind of outdated in decor, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the view was impeccable (21st floor). The shower gets water everywhere, so just put a folded towel by the shower entrance and it’ll be fine. There’s no fan in the bathroom so the bathroom gets steamy and the floors a little slippery, so just leave a towel down. The sink was kind of clogged but we asked them to fix it, and they did it right away. 10/5 Staff Everyone was so welcoming and polite. I really felt the staff were making their best efforts for all the guests. The hotel also boasts a tasty pizza parlor (Firehouse Pizza), cute cafe (Baker J), and hip bar/lounge (Alibi) on its bottom floor, and every associate at these establishments likewise embodies excellent customer service. The masseuses were super good, really strong for being so small. Concierge was knowledgeable. Front desk was quick to pick up the phone and efficient with handling any queries and tasks I posed. The laundry service was quick and efficient, offering same-day cleaning services. The buffet staff are attentive but not overly. Side Notes I really like that each key card is only coded to let you on your specific floor. This makes me feel more secure in the hotel. Every floor has a filtered water machine you can fill a pitcher in your room with. Very convenient. The in-room dining menu is extreme - there’s so much stuff that it made choosing difficult.

This is not international standards any longer. We checked in for 4 nights and left after 1 night. I have a long history of 10 years staying here and unfortunately it has hit rock bottom. The rooms where unclean and terrible. There was toothpaste on the water glasses in the bathroom, water and dirt all over the showers screens and bench tops the bedside tables had marks on the surface.I asked the manager to come look at our club room and he agreed the room was not acceptable and moved us. Unfortunately the next room was not to the standard of the past either. We had a club room and access to the club lounge, we didn't eat as it was a food poisining incident waiting to happen. Room temperature muscles and the selection of food and beverages was really not thought out, anyone who's been in F&B service for 5 mins could put together a much better selection for the same money. Breakfast: the tables where not cleared and cleaned between guests, they simply brush the crumbs and reset. If the person before you didn't use one setting it's left there. They don't know if the person touched them, sneezed on them and they don't care. My water glass had lipstick so I tried the extra glass on out table and it was covered in greasy fingerprints. This happened with the assistant F&B manager sitting at our table regarding our concerns. The food is all cold and the egg plate on the buffet had been sitting there for hours, old pieces of eggs, yolks people have broken off fried eggs all left sitting there. This hotel has been trying to get F&B service right for years and they just can't do it. Management are often promoted from within and the bad habits, lack of experience and ingrained attitude are left to fester. The management don't know what's wrong so when they walk around trying to look posh and important they can't identify simple health standards and service quality issues. I have lived in PH for 5 years and know it can be done and there is amazing food and service in Manila just not at this hotel. Maybe focus on core standards and training instead of focusing on opening bakeries, pizza restaurants and cafes. Sorry to the few managers who have been there for years like Erica at the front desk. Personally you are great and been over many years of staying at your hotel. The front desk is one department which is always willing to help. The housekeeping and F&B just see guests as a inconvenience to their days.

I stayed here a total of three days for a work trip and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and the staff were very quick to accommodate my needs, especially when it came to housekeeping. The location is also optimal, since it's close to a shopping mall for all my last minute needs and close to numerous public transport options + the Skyway.

I will definitely give Crimson Hotel, this branch, a very satisfying score. Me and my partner really loved our stay here and their services were very accommodating. One of the traits of being a Filipino is being hospitable and we felt it when we stayed here. It feels like home but of course with a lavishing facilities. we also appreciate the facilities most especially the pool where we can relax knowing we're in the city. We also love food so we really took advantage of their buffet food while looking at the city view. It was one of lifetime experience visiting this very satisfying and high standard hotel. We will definitely go back here and we will surely recommend Crimson Hotel Filinvest to everyone. Thank you Crimson Hotel Filinvest.

Excellent Experience I recently stayed at a hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The hotel's location was ideal, with convenient access to local attractions and transportation. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the fitness center to the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable stay.

They do not assist people to find other place to stay in. We are trying to extend our stay but they are fully booked. We need to find accommodation by ourselves. We understand it's fully booked but the customer service is very poor. I'm traveling with my family with kids. Housekeeping is very poor. There is one time they left the window open and did not close it (21st floor). Good thing my sister saw it. It is a big endangerment for the kids i am with. Restaurant is good nice food. They should check their housekeeping ladies they just remove the rubbish. No other cleaning. Thanks and bye.

My recent stay at the Crimson Hotel Filinvest was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with amazing customer service and a warm welcome. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Went there for my prebirthday celebration. It’s my 2nd time staying there. My room had a great view. AC’s button had dents/ a hole? but AC was working and cold. Hope they’d upgrade their TV too, but overall my experience was great! They gave me a complimentary birthday cake. Staff members were very friendly. Pool was nice and clean, even the public shower room. Breakfast buffet was amazing too!

I just Spent 10 days Quarantine there. Full board that is meals included. The suite room was spacious and clean. A single bedroom apartment really. This made my 10 day stay comfortable. The food was just that food centered around a filipino diet. If I happen to have to do quarantine there again I would opt for ordering meals from the hotel rather than suffer the chefs choice. Still I am not complaining I did not starve. Just.a.couple of times they forgot to send breakfast.and a couple of nights they forgot to send diner. Pretty good strike rate just over.10% no show until I called the Front office and a meal was.deliveredl each time this happened the meal was.cold and.substandard with none of the fresh fruit or dessert just a packed box. The best meal I had was one I ordered from the hotel extra cost but worth it. Still this is not the worst experience I have had in Quarantine. Yes I would recomend it as a place to stay.

I stayed there for 9 night and 10 days mandatory quarantine. I availed with there Airport pick-up which was good serviced and they were on time, cost 2100 peso for a 15-20mins ride to the hotel. Normally would cost 600-1000 peso max. But I wanted to have a smooth logistic since I'm coming from a long flight. The Hotel reception was very helpful. I got into my room I was surprise how SMALL the standard Room. Average clean and everything works. WIFI is good and Tv channel was good, you get a very nice city view which is really important for 10 days quarantine. I paid 41,000 pesos with Board meal included which was really disappointing. Rice from morning to Dinner. Budget cheap low quality food. I wish they put more love on their meal plan as I booked with them because of their 5-Star hotel status but it didn't feel like it at all. They don't allow you to order food from the outside. The good thing is that there is a French bakery and a pizza resto in the hotel, they can deliver to your room within 20mins but additional cost. With food I would recommend to book the room without the meal plan. A bigger room with kitchen which available somewhere else. Hope this hep to someone looking for a hotel to quarantine.

This is the second time I stayed here in Crimson Hotel. I like the food, the services they offered, the internet, anything at first. My second stay was really worse. I don't know there were delays on your requests, they seem busy, I don't know. But, I think, this hotel is deteriorating. They should be improving. I love the people here, very approachable. I hope one day they work on those lapses.

I recently stayed at the Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all of the local attractions and shopping areas. Our family got a room for an overnight staycation at a very good price. The hotel has low occupancy as it just recently reopened for leisure stay. We have stayed here in the past (pre pandemic) and it has always been a nice, clean and cozy hotel. Too bad their buffet is still closed. Let's support so their services fully reopen!

  • 1/5 Anj Y. 1 year ago on Google
We always stay here before the pandemic to relax and sometimes just for an afternoon tea or to celebrate someone’s bday. First visit since the pandemic was last Mar25 and got disappointed with their lotion because the color was yellow (supposedly white). You can tell right away that it’s been kept for long and maybe expired already but didn’t complain because I brought my own. As I am typing this, I am still at my room. Back after 2wks. Lotion provided are still the same, no tissue in the tissue box but again, didn’t complain. We called to borrow two sets of fork and knife as we always done this before with no hassle. This time the reception told us that we need to pay a charge of 150 for each set. Never did I encounter a hotel who charge their clients with utensils fee. So disappointing. So to all of you who wants to stay here, pls bring your own utensils as the hotel will charge you if you requested to borrow. The service, the cleanliness and overall rating for this hotel is 1 star. It’s not as same as before. You’re spending your money to relax but quality of service of the hotel will not make you relax. You came here to unwind and it’s the hotel’s responsibility to make everything hassle free for you but you will get the opposite.

This is truly the worst hotel experience that I’ve had. Considering that we’ve gone to many hotels, this one is just horrible. I have no idea how this even manages to be called a “5 star hotel” because I don’t see anything special about this hotel and I don’t think it’s worth visiting at all. We went to the pool and when we got back, housekeeping was there and the next day, my brother’s shoes weren’t there anymore. They don’t even hold their employees accountable and wants us to just forget about it. This is unbelievable and definitely not a 5 star hotel. You make us wait 5 hours just for you to insist that your shady employees didn’t do anything. I do not recommend and I’m not going back here. I’d rather go to bellevue or vivere which are far better and more like a 5 star hotel than this shady mess.

I booked for 3 adults for 2 nights stay through Agoda site but got a confimation that the booked capacity is only for 2. Then I called Agoda and they apologized for the misinformation, but when I called Crimson hotel's reservation dept, they were not cooperative and very sarcastic to help me with my concern. I ended up canceling the reservation within 24 hours of the booking confirmation because the customer experience was so bad that it did not resolve my issue. Furthermore, they took half of my payment which I don't think is fair. I am filing a complaint and it should be a zero star for this hotel!

Great room, beautiful hotel and very close to anything you need. Fine restaurant on site. Traffic in this area is far lower than most metro manila even though its near one of the best Malls (Festival Mall) price is reasonable for this high of quality.

Stayed years ago. Ample parking. Smooth check in and out. Front desk on higher floor, not ground. The reception or lounge area was humongous. The restaurant where we had our breakfast huge as well, I think it's more an event area. Wide food selection and sumptuous. Delicious in-room dining, I remember it was a burger of some sort. Across mall, we had to go by car as it was raining, not sure if walkable. At the time, the shower had partial glass wall only, no door, so one might shiver or water might be messy. There was a business-y desk, and room relatively small. Good price.

customer service is very responsive. Room is clean but you’ll notice that it’s quite old. City view is amazing. Breakfast Buffet is expensive and doesn’t have very much options, taste is kinda basic. Firehouse pizza tastes much better and worth the price

The hotel is a few steps to Festival Mall in Filinvest City via the nice Festival Walk near the river. We Love the Baker J in the ground floor lobby, can not complain on the bread, salad and desserts that we tried. The lobby on the 8th floor has a feel of luxury. Have a buffet breakfast at cafe 8, I have better buffet choices, foods in other similar hotels in the metro. I would love to have a bit larger room on the 19th(relative). Overall we are satisfied with the service and would recommend.
