This best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and very accomodating staff. High quality rooms and high quality service. Over all fantastic and perfect place to celebrate. I will definitely stay there when i come back 😊😊.

We checked in one night here in preparation for my cousin’s wedding and I did not regret our decision. I love our experience here. We got the room with the beautiful lake view. The room is very clean and the bedsheets are clean without any strong scent which I appreciate. We all had a good night’s sleep. Service is also great. Staff are accommodating. I love their complimentary breakfast buffet since there are many choices and The Nest is a beautiful place to dine where you can see an overlooking view. Imagine eating great food with a great view. The hotel’s point is fair considering the amenities and service. A good place to stay in the South.

Stayed at this hotel overnight July 24, 2023. It was given as a wedding gift by friends to me and my wife. I can't believe how beautiful this hotel is. Location is great and the room was beyond what I expected and I am from California so our expectations are pretty high up there when it comes to hotels and this one did not disappoint. The food at the Nest (rooftop dining) was great! I ordered the braised lamb shanks and that definitely did not disappoint! The portion was huge and the lamb was fall of the bone delicious. The service staff were very courteous and attentive and the musicians performing that night were great. Can't really say anything bad about the hotel except that when you check in, make sure to get two room keys as you will need to insert a room card into the wall insert in order for you to have power in the room and as such, if you want to have a nice cool room with a/c when you return from say the pool or the restaurant, get two keys.

The service was great. We were assisted by amazing DJ and waiters. Also their food is great too. The place is clean, and the lobby is nice and functional. Unfortunately, the function rooms were a bit tight, and there were lots of columns that hard to roam around.

Stayed in the hotel to visit my brother last March and it was an amazing stay. Dined in their restaurant Nest Dining in the sky and the food was excellent! Ordered their Beef Salpicao and it was so tender and savory to eat while viewing the night sky! Will definitely be coming back!

We got the 2 bedroom suite. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was a bit small but enough for my 3 kids. Had dinner at The Nest and it was awesome. Upon check out, they gave our kids a small box of truffles as a thank you gift. We appreciated that.

This atmosphere is wonderful. Excellent cuisine and friendly service Reserving here once more without a doubt The staff gave excellent service, which improved our stay overall. Our room was fantastic. The only problem was that there was food residue on the plates and utensils in the room, indicating that they had not been well cleaned.

Service was amazing. We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was just perfect for our family of 4. It was really spacious and we had an amazing view of the bay. The food and experience at The Nest was also great. Will definitely come back!

Although one of the pioneer (oldest) hotels in Filinvest Alabang, the place doesn't "feel" too old. The rooms looked like newly renovated, including updated TVs and ACs. We booked a 1-BR suite, and the first room they gave us had a very bad cleanliness issue. The manager was very quick to remedy it by changing our room and upgrading it to a bigger 2-BR suite. Breakfast buffet, which comes with the room booking, is great. Selection of food is wide, and the taste and quality is good as well. Their roof top restaurant however doesn't serve lunch and is open only 3 days a week.

They were all over the place. It's probably because there was a sudden surge after the pandemic. From the check in where I had to show them my booking, to forgetting to issue me receipts for the paid room and deposit of 15k for 3 rooms, to not being able to reach anyone housekeeping (number keeps on ringing), to serving me a pitcher of water with a fly), to giving me my change of 800 peso short. The water in the bathroom wasn't heated, which is a big LET DOWN for me as we paid for Executive Suites. But overall, the people were extremely nice and apologetic, helpful, courteous, friendly. The free shuttle service was so convenient!

Rooms are outdated. I'm just 6'1, and their shower head is at my eye level. Most of the room need repair. Only 2 elevators are in use for all 30 floors. Unsure if they have service elevators since you see staff sharing these too. Check-in process was inefficient. Stated time from Agoda confirmation is 2pm, arrived at 2.15 and was only checked in at 4.30. It would be better if they can tell you upfront they're encountering extreme delays so guests can choose to go elsewhere. Instead they'll waste your time by asking you to wait without any time commitments. Only positive thing about their hotel is their friendly door staff. Reception staff friendly too (even if they're not doing the most outstanding job). Should be zero stars otherwise.

I had an awesome time at Vivere hotel. Starting with the very courteous and friendly staff from the front desk to simply any staff you'll meet along the way. The service is simply impeccable. The price of food may be high but the taste will leave you satisfied.

It's a good basic hotel next to the huge mall but gives the impression of an old apartment unit. Interiors are mostly whitewashed walls and furnishings. The staff are great, but the design and decor of the whole place are in need of updating. Wifi tends to fade in and out frequently. Breakfast buffet is rather meager. Overall, the value to cost ratio is pretty good although I would consider another hotel nearby if ever I visit here again.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Thank you for this warm welcome. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfasts are a delight. Thank you to all the staff for providing excellent service. Will definitely recommend, that's for sure. We will be happy to come back.

Very friendly and responsive staff and I commend the consistency from top-down and in all areas. Their massage therapists however are undermanned so the spa leaves far more than a lot to be desired. Food at Shogun is nice and their seafood is indeed very fresh. The main restaurant (The Nest) serves good breakfast but the room service and other food from its other times are so-so at best. Not much to do (good thing the mall’s nearby) so they might need more gimmicks and facilities for guests to enjoy. Suite was clean but the bed wasn’t so comfortable - supposed to be a queen but instead was just two twin beds pushed together so you feel the gap in between and it doesn’t exactly feel nice. View from the windows was quite splendid. Soundproofing is needed especially near the main door. Bathtub was small and plumbing overall can be improved. The hotel has some IG-able spots with The Nest being the most photo-worthy place but in general, it feels old (there’s old-classy/elegant but this one is… old-outdated if I have be honest here) from the decors right down to the air conditioning and plumbing. Not the hotel’s fault since everyone’s still bouncing back from the recently concluded pandemic; but I honestly think a renovation is much needed if they want to stay relevant and attract more visitors + potential RE-visitors. (I for one tend to come back to establishments that I find really impressive.✌🏻) For me this is 3-4 stars at best for now.

The crew and staff are very nice and welcoming. Very clean rooms with adequate amenities. What I like about the hotel is the food! Lots of varieties, plus all the food I tried taste really good.

The room is quite old but clean and tidy. There was a gorgeous view at the restaurant on top of the building with matching instrumental jazz music while dining. The pool wasn't that big and deep. Theres a lot of renovation needed to do to make it more appealing but hey it wasn't that bad.

We loved the fact that you added safety features to the bathroom like handrails and rubber mat. This really helped my pregnant wife in moving while taking a bath. We also appreciate our server for mentioning to us that our Mule has alcohol and he advised not give my pregnant wife the drink. We also received complementary cakes for our Babymoon. Our vacation was definitely worth the money. We will surely comeback.

This hotel is nice and very affordable but the service is terrible. The hotel checked us in almost 6pm because they were fullybooked and we booked the rooms months ahead. The other rooms were released around 4pm as well. Terrible scheduling system. Hotel needs to update the elevators as well. You have to wait at least 5mins during the weekends to go up or down. Some security staff were also rude in the lobby area. But the cleaners are very nice. Will not book this hotel again! This is actually the 2nd time around that this happened as well.

Went here to attend the wedding of my buddy at work. Had to check in since I'm part of the entourage and I don't want to be late. Located at Alabang, Muntinlupa. This hotel isn't hard to miss since its also near Festival Mall and Alabang Town Center. The hotel lobby is nice and their front desk officers are very accommodating. They even upgraded our room for free. Parking isn't a challenge here since their priority is for those who have checked in rooms. If you want to exp to dine at The Nest, you can reserve for dinner to make sure you have a table. For breakfast you can also dine their for 750 Pesos per head.

It's was a surreal experience staying at the hotel. The ambiance was perfect also they have the best staff starting from the entrance until we check out. It was absolutely the best hotel to stay in Alabang. Will definitely go back.

Our room was great and overall stay was made better by the service they provided. Only issue was the utensils + plate in the room had leftover food on them which suggests they were not properly cleaned.

We cannot thanks Elvie and her team and Vivere enough! We recently had our wedding in Alabang. In preparation for the wedding, we visited many other hotels in the area including Crimson and Acacia however from the beginning before we even committed to anything Vivere were so accommodating and we knew straight away we wanted to host our guests there. We stayed at the hotel from late July to late August along with almost 40 our guests, all of whom had never been the Philippines! All they could say was how amazing the hotel was, from the beautiful lobby to how cosy the rooms were! My family and I stayed in the Regal Suite in the Penthouse Floor for the month and it really became our home away from home, and I know all of our guests felt exactly the same! However most importantly, Elvie and her team were always readily available whenever we needed something! Whether it was a pick up from the airport of even organising trips and tours for guests! With the majority of our guests having never been the Philippines before and not speaking any talgalog, we were worried that they would find it difficult but Elvie and her team were beyond perfect in their execution! We could see how much Elvie cared about her guests as we would regularly see her at breakfasts going rave to table making sure all guests were happy or if they needed anything! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating that after spending almost a month with them, we more than miss seeing them all every day! A special thank you to Alvin and Nathan at the concierge team for always being a available to help whenever we or our guests needed anything! We cannot thank Elvie and her team enough and we’ve made the decision that any time we’re back in Alabang we’ll be staying at Vivere! Aaron & Kate

Recently booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was definitely good value for your money. It was very spacious and good balance of comfort and elegance. The suite has a mini kitchen, dining area and living room area, common toilet and shower room. The masters bedroom has king size bed with its.own toilet and bath room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The view from our suite was amazing, during the day you can clearly see Laguna bay. The hotel has a gym on the 31st flr and swimming pool on the 4th floor. For spa.services, you need to book at least one day in advance. We had dinner and buffet breakfast at the Nest, our family enjoyed both. The staff were very courteous, accomodating and responsive to requests.

This place was taken care well. All the staffs here are very friendly and professional. The food here is really good. Although This place is extortionate, Our stay here is perfect with no Distractions, background noise and all we hear is calming music right from the hallway.

The service wasn't very good but the people were helpful, courteous, respectful. The pitcher of water I asked for had a dead fly in it. The housekeeping number just kept ringing. The shower wasn't heated. The front desk people were frazzled and confused. They kept getting their computations wrong. I had to ask for a receipt because they forgot to give me one, and my change was 800 pesos short. No buffet. The shuttle to ATC was very helpful, I was very thankful for that.

Does not recommend. For the ff reasons: 1. Email customer service rep takes days to reply. 2. I booked & paid 2 rooms weeks before our stay even called the hotel a week before, on the day, our room is still not ready by 3pm. We waited for 30mins to check-in. 3. It seems that their reception attendant does not know what he's doing and doesn't even know that we are checking-in 4. The Nest is overrated!! (I made a reservation upon check-in. Not knowing that there is a reservation fee of 750/head- the receptionist didn't inform us) -- 0 star for the dude who was in-charge of our table! All throughout the night this dude was never pleasant!! Not even smiling. At the end of the night he says, "Next time sir we have a reservation fee of 750/head." (What a way to say that!) To which I answered, we checked-in the hotel we were not informed, upon entrance there is a person in-charge with the list of guests and we were not informed again..." 🙄 5. The shocking of all-- The room is old & there are crack on corners of the floor. (One bedroom suite) - pictures are truly deceiving! 6. You could hear the construction noise! Hammering, Banging! What a stay! 7. Pool is old. 4 star for the Buffet Breakfast. 4 star for the staff of Nest in AM (BREAKFAST)

Its a 5-star hotel. They provided only 2-small bath soap & a single use bubble bath soap. No toothpaste, slippers. 1 towel. Sliced bread cost less than php 50 at the supermarket cost PHP 100 at the hotel. Internet -ok. Room is big but the tidiness of the floor should not pass to a 5-star hotel standard. The 4 corners of the foor is yucky sticky! Unswept floor!
