The room is clean. No bad odor. The view outside is not that great, perhaps because I am in lower floor. The hallway is not cramped but also not big. The lobby is small. No restaurant. No phone in every rooms. Has 1 water dispenser in each floor. You can hear people walking outside.

The hotel is very accessible, convenient and our experience was great! Easy booking on Facebook, no hidden charges upon payment and friendly staffs. Perfect for couples who wants to have rest and do whatever they want. Price is really great value. room is really clean and quiet, towels are provided, bathroom is really also clean and with hair dryer and great shower! Air conditioner and room tech are easy to use. upon checking on privacy, theres no hidden cams or whatnot. I’d definitely want to check in on hop inn hotels on my next trip :)

Our new go to hotel. Staff was corteous. Internet was nice, the bathroom is fine. Parking is a breeze. Easy exchange with front office to cater to our specia request.

Staying at Hop Inn Hotel is good. It could been better if there is a fridge inside the room and a telephone to used to call someone if there is an emergency happen. Love the staff and security they are amiable and easy to work with. All in all I enjoy my Stay😉😊

Our company paid a total of P146,000 for a total of roughly around 8 days of stay but your office cannot accommodate our request to consider an early check-in for the early arrival of guest and a late check-out even for just one room. All of the requests were met with "according to policies" statements. Services are good, front desk people are accommodating and rooms are clean, those are the best part.

This is a budget hotel. If you need a clean room with cable TV and a hot shower, then this is the place for you. There's no fridge or telephone in the room. Unfortunately, there's no parking for this place so you'd have to bear the cost of overnight parking outside at $7 plus for a few hours which I think is unfair. They have a parking space but they don't wanna open it to guests. The front desk people are arrogant so you really get what you pay for. The Hop Inn at Makati doesn't have staff like them so I dunno what's the beef with the front desk people from this branch. If you can ignore the snooty and entitled front desk people then stay here. Also, there's a convenience store (7-11) by the lobby.

The room we had was really big. Plenty of space for personal stuff. Wifi connection at the 9th floor was not stable at all. I hate the shampoo, conditioner and soap in one type of deal. If you are looking for a "homey" feel, this may not be the right one.

A nice transient place to stay in Alabang hills! This place is very close to my heart!...simple, clean, minimalistic! Fast Wi-fi and really hot showers! There is a 7/11 on the ground floor level! Best of all.. Awesome staff!!!😘

The room is like a hospital suite,the lobby also looks like a hospital lounge. No toiletries. Very very slow internet. The couch inside the room needs deep cleaning, walls needs to be repainted. Definitely not recommended.

This is my third time staying in this place since it's clean and decent, specially for business trip. It is also walking distance to malls and have 24/7 convenience store within the building for your needs. However, below are some points of improvement: 1. One of my pet peeve is having a bad window view, like opening the window and all you'll see is the next room. So I asked if I could change room; they allowed me to, but the receptionist told me I can have the room only by 2pm since the room I'm going to transfer is not yet clean, and they need time to have it ready, (it was around 10:30 am at that time). So I moved out of the 1st room they gave me and patiently waited at the lobby. 2pm sharp I asked the receptionist if I could already have the room as discussed, and thankfully they were able to provide the room with park view (one of my faves). However, I asked the housekeeper upon entering the room, if the room was just cleaned up. Surprisingly, he mentioned that the room was vacant since yesterday! I was so frustrated as to why I needed to wait for almost 4 hrs! while in fact the room was ready for occupancy the time I requested it in the morning. I spoke with the receptionist to get her side, and she mentioned that it was just available in their system by 2pm. I asked why, and she mentioned that their supervisor is the one responsible releasing the room for availability in the system. Maybe there's a need to improve regarding this matter. I'm not sure why it takes more than a day for them to make the vacant room available. 2. For those 3 experiences I've stayed in Hop Inn, all of the ACs are located just above the working desk. It's really annoying since water drops from AC to my food that I'm eating at the desk, or even my laptop. I really hope there's like a gutter or something to avoid the water to drop on the work desk. 3. Wifi is very poor inside the room. I'll be staying here again on my next business trip next week. Hopefully this review/feedback gets to the proper team for improvement / action.

Worst hotel ever. It has 168 rooms but only have 18 parking spots so you are most likely to run out of spot upon check in. No amenities at all! As in zero, not even a roof deck! The aisles leading to the rooms looked like the ones you see in a hospital, sad and not welcoming. Limited toiletries only shower gel, no shampoo and conditioner. No cups plates whatsoever. We booked a family room good for 4 pax and we were only given 2 glasses. If you are looking for a fair place to sleep and do nothing else, then this is the place for you. If its staycation you intend - go somewhere else.

We've been frequently staying at Hop Inn Alabang since last year and this is the first time we booked the Family Room because we're three people checking in. I was lucky to reserve few days before we need it and I got to say I was surprised by how big the room was! The bathroom was huge, there's a mini fridge that was working and an L type sofa with coffee table where you can relax and eat. Also another good thing that the Alabang branch has caught up with the water dispensers per floor like the other branches. My only gripe would be the wifi, not sure if it's a problem with my phone but I had trouble logging in (tho my friends got in no problem). Nonetheless it didn't damper our experience. Definitely will book the family room again in the future. Still my favorite hop inn branch to date! (We already stayed at 4) Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness is still top notch, one of my friends stayed for the first time at Hop Inn and it passed her high standards!

Everyone in the staff, from the guard to the front desk and housekeeping, were all very nice, friendly, and helpful, especially since my boyfriend had to quarantine there for a few days. The location was also great. There was a 7-eleven right below the hotel, a big mall and food complex was just a block away too. The only downside was not having a fridge in the room and the air-conditioning wasn't the greatest at cooling things down, but otherwise, it's still good bang for the buck. We'll definitely check in here again if ever we're in the area.

Strategically placed near Alabang's business district and near Alabang Town Center. Reception personnel are very polite. Rooms are very nice and clean for its very affordable price. This hotel is your go-to place to stay if you just to spend the night over to rest.

You get what you paid for I guess. Tv doesn't work. No handsoap in the bathroom. No extra pillows. Car alarms are easily heard from your room. Beggars outside the hotel and inside the 7/11 next to it at night. But the bed and AC are nice.

The unit is clean and simple. However, it could use a bit better soundproofing since I can hear some noise from the room above. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

Easy check in and check out, the rooms are clean and fresh, friendly staffs, the location is easy to access and just a walking distance from shopping malls. Little bit noisy early in the morning due to construction work outside the hotel during our stay, but nothing to do with hotel´s service and facility. I highly recommend The Hop In Hotel!

The staffs were really nice and accommodating and the place was quite neat for the cheap price. Also, it's awesome that they have a designated smoking area. 😅Nothing bad I can say.

lobby reeks of bleach, check in takes forever. this place is also used as a quarantine facility if I understand things correctly, yet there's still a charge for staining towels and/or bedsheets. not worth my money.

New and clean hotel with comfy beds. Good for backpackers who are looking for a place to stay for the night. No fridge in the room for your drinks and they don’t have any amenities like other hotels. Toiletries are also NOT available so you will need to buy them by yourself.

Mabuhay for everybody ! I'm Peter from Central Europe, Hungary. I lived here with my girlfriend for 12 days/nights in July-August. Our room was #903. It's quiet at night. Large double bed perfect, standing shower perfect, toilet perfect, AirCon perfect, TV watch perfect, clean disinfected room. Nice staff. I recommend to everyone. Overall, I really like the Philippines.

We usually check in in this hotel as it is budget friendly, but this time we aren't able to check as the front desk people on duty (girl) didn't allowed my sister (just helping me with my things) to go up with me in the room. Even though we had explained our situation, we only want to stay to take a shower and rest for a couple of hours as im still gonna have a long drive home. First time i encountered this that i had already book and was denied checking in. And front desk officer took forever to assist us as well (apparently she is busy in the phone talking to someone 🙄) didn't even greet us. Very poor customer service for someone who is in the front desk and should have a welcoming vibes. So our time was wasted.

Wonderful and Nicest Staff, spacious lobby fronting a mini Madrigal Business Park. Their free parking comes 1st come 1st serve with available pay parking nearby. No restaurant but 7/11 store at the lobby for daily coffee. Fin - No Frills!

A gem of an oasis tucked away in a green, relaxing corner of Alabang. No frills, but the clean rooms and comfortable beds are more than adequate for this standard. The huge family rooms are super good value.

I always stay at Hop Inn. Affordable rooms, great friendly service and small comfortable rooms with great beds. There is no food inside the hotel, but the 7-Eleven makes up for it. The wifi is always reliable and I can use the small desk with a nice view to get my work done. Recommended!

Very good location with store 711 on the side of it, friendly atmosphere. Recommend bath rags on the shower with bars to hold on esp for seniors, slippery bathrooms. Overall, clean, we checked in for 3 days then came back for another week of stay, overall rating would be 4

Accomodation is present among hoteliers and staffs. There's also a convinience store in the ground floor which provides basic needs that aren't in the hotel rooms. Very clean, nice, comfortable and perfect for those budget-conscious travelers. I'll give it 5 stars.

Its a nice quiet pocket hidden slightly away from the noise of the hustle and bustle with a park adjacent to sit under a tree and sip yr coffee. The staff and reception are very polite ,friendly and accomadating. Good aircon, everything works and its so clean. Also parking available inside if required. Be sure to check the room amenities of different rooms available when booking so you know what yr room includes. All in all i give these guys a big thumbs up 👍 ( Also 7/11 at the bottom is handy for unexpected needs or a snack just dont pay with the wrong bills or the "guy" ? there will give you a dirty attitude.)

We stayed at Hop Inn for 3 nights escaping from the dust at home due to house construction. Overall experience was great except for the Wi-Fi and the absence of a restaurant inside. We had to dine at the 2 nearby hotels for decent food. Options are a convenience store at the ground floor and food delivery. I would like to commend the property for its cleanliness, water dispenser on our floor, the proximity to malls and the top notch service of the staff. We will definitely book again.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Our stay was a pleasant one! The location is good. The room was perfect. Aircon is just right and WiFi is good. The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. However, the towels in our room are quite worn on the edges. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back there in the future.

I booked and paid for 4 rooms and they tell me that there is no parking space for me. Then when I got in the room the AC wasn’t even working. Not booking here again. Very poor service! Update: it’s almost midnight. I am tired and sleepy and still they haven’t done anything. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
