Our experience at this hotel is extremely nice. I love the room because it is spacious. As the staff told us the they gather also events here. Staffs are very accommodating, and friendly. Food’s great too! My boyfriend and I enjoy the their swimming pool. All in all we love our stay. I Will surely recommend to family and friends.

The Bellevue staff was so friendly and wonderful. The staff there helped me arrange transport for my elderly relatives. They also triple checked the room for a lost clothing item (it wasn’t there, I left it in a corner of my luggage!) but they never complained. I thought the restaurants at the hotel were great. Special mention of Josef the staff member who communicated with me through WhatsApp. Great experience!

Your welcome drink sucks and you are not even generous with water omg. This is my 3rd time with Bellevue. You should improve with your service. The hotel was very welcoming you with smiles of their staff. They never miss to wish you at each time you pass by them. The room also came with wine and cakes during my check in. It ended with a small gift during check out as well. It was a wonderful stay to me.

staff goed and freindly room was ok the shower had lots of black mold was so many rules you had too have a credit or they make a gcash account for you could not use the restaurant if no card will not accept cash think the star rating out off date to me i have stayed in better three star they put it down to goverment rules not so i stayed at acacia hotel three weeks ago no such rules never again at bellevue

My client booked this hotel for the debut of her daughter. On the event day the hotel is very busy, but they still manage to assist us. The rooms are clean and spacious. Good coordination in event matters, friendly staff and security. I will surely recommend it to my future clients.

Our room was old, you could hear the floorboards creaking when you walk on them but it was clean and comfortable. Their breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices, I especially loved their bread pudding.

Stayed years ago. Older hotel, had classic look and feel. At the time, extremely mismanaged, long queue checking in for New Years Eve. Also during check out, so while waiting, my hyperactive son, not seeing there was a glass wall between where he was and the cars outside, suddenly ran towards it and hit his face smack on, the loud thud heard by everyone. The staff was caring and helpful, and fortunately all was well.

I only visited Bellevue because there was a job fair in a particular company. Toilets were a-OK for girls, and above average for men. This was the toilets near the hall at the second floor. The staffs were welcoming and helpful. Lobby was good. Location was a bit hard to reach for commuters. You need to walk 5-7 mins after getting out of a jeep.

Stayed for total of a week. My kids enjoyed the stay as much as I did. The hotel is clean and updated. However, my most enjoyable part of the stay was the staff. They are amazing in giving world class service! I loved going to breakfast every morning! I forget my room number, however the staff remembers it and remembers us. I have stayed in Alabang Bellevue hotel for 2 weeks in July and can safely tell you best experience in my last 17 years of traveling across 46 countries. You will get excited about the quality of room and cleanliness, super duper room quality and hospitality as it’s best. Am foodie and am safely telling you most of the food I tried were super good, very well cooked and most importantly presented .. loved the experience. Again here now for 15 days till 20th October and trying all pending things like swimming pool, therapy, custolmised breakfast and most importantly the kind of welcome … am impressed everyone knows me just in second visit here.. love this place .. feel like home.. will share some more feedback after this trip as well

I thought this was a 5 star but soon as I checked into the room, it shows that it should be a 2 star. Room was full of dust. Bathroom stench, sour smell. The towels, smell like BASAHAN! really disgusting. I gave it a benefit of doubt and used another towel and still the same smell. I called the front desk for replacement towels, took 30 minutes to get. Not recommended

Four star coz that time when we visit it was under renovation and the pool has dirt underwater. But the room and what we requested was five star for me as well as the service and location. May family enjoyed here They want to come back.

My whole stay here was great. All of the personnel were hospitable and they were following the safety protocol. Room and amenities were clean and complete. But the reason I gave them 4 star only because there is room for improvement about the internet connection. Beside that, everything was superb. Keep up the great job!

Breakfast is great here! And cleanlines. But Ala Carte menu must be improve, portioning is not sufficient even you order two or more similar food. Towels and bath robe are too old and should be changed. Utensils and microwave should be provided in the room. The gym is equipped with complete machines u need that you can find in your membership gym. Front office staff are somewhat attentive but they lose focus and are unable to do simple analysis on documents or resolve simple issues. Two of the female front office did not even bother to check the room when I need assistance I have been waiting over an hour and when I get irrate and told them I could not wait that long anymore they should call, and I have been providing contact person details its the only time they exert effort.

Room is so so for a 3 star hotel, and room rate is way over priced for such a room. Probably because of dynamic pricing due to supply and demand. Service is bad. Staff was kind of rude during check in. Check out experience was very bad. Room was prepaid and during check out, the staff tried to charge me for the room when it was already paid for. Housekeeping was also a puzzle. My room wasn't made up for 2 days, yet when I walked pass some room on the same floor, I saw 2 or 3 housekeeping staff making up a room. Overall, I find quality of this hotel lousy for its price and not likely that I will stay there again. Only saving grace is its wonderful Japanese restaurant.

Lobby is not crowded. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed with a bathtub. We got a king-size bed and they added a single bed too. Exceptional service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Foods are delicious. Overall, my experience here was delightful.

The room is very huge and very clean. It's like your little paradise. The service is also great and the food is excellent. Will surely comeback to this hotel in my future trips

Hotel staff were nice. The main wing rooms were very dated and the toilet flush is not strong. Overall an Ok stay but they need to upgrade the rooms for the price paid.

The room with 2 queen size bed was roomy. It only had one chair at the desk/work area and an other chair by the window. 1 or 2 more chairs would be better. The bathroom was also roomy. There was a bathtub on the left side and a walk-in shower on the right. The toilet had a bidet on the seat. The water coming out of the sink was always hot. Seems like the cold water was not working. The was ample space in the closet. It also has a safe, iron and ironing board which I did use for my wrinkled shirt. The breakfast buffet was good but a bit pricey. Additional breakfast was about P1,100 for adults and half for kids. The pool was a rectangular shape about 25 meters in length and 4ft deep. We ate at the Japanese restaurant that was okay. The salmon sashimi was a bit thin for my standard. We also dance the night away at the VueBar on the top floor with a live band and dancing ligths on the floor.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a deep soaking bathtub and also a shower. The room was a good size with a King size bed. The breakfast buffet had a large selection including what would be considered American breakfast foods. The location was in what I would call the financial district. I would not suggest doing a lot of walking as every business has guards at the door, and I assume there is a reason for this. Actually I would not consider Manila a walking town no matter where you are staying. This was in a much nicer area than most. A shopping mall is a few minutes away by rideshare. If going to the hotel be sure to get the rideshare app called Grab. It is great, fast pickups and low cost. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport if using the toll way. Avoid the Taxi services and off brand Taxi as they are out to take your money! Not exactly a good welcome when leaving the airport. Manila could do a lot better if they want tourist! The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

The room I was assigned to was a King Deluxe facing the pool side. Cabinets and floors were a little dusty. Agoda actually indicated that it has a microwave in the room but there wasn't. There wasn't any mini bar as well. No physical menus or list of services provided in the room. Parking's a little steep and scary for me. Overall, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Everyone is very friendly.

This hotel is well rounded and has a little something for all. Its kid friendly and meet the adult entertainment as well. There is a nice walking area, pool was great for the entrie family.

I had a great time 4 days stay in Manila, Philippines, and it is my first time come to this beautiful country. Process check-in, check-out superb. Squecky Clean, every inch of the corner of the hotel, smells soo good. Kudos to the, the housekeeper too! Me and my friends were soo amazed when we got back to the hotel, and found that the way they cleaned and folded our cloth, was so neatly and we can't stop talking about how cool is that? Very clean like clean-clean. It's our first time to encounter such services ever (i know it just housekeeping but thats so perfect!!) Philippines people were perfectionist! I tell you, we have been to many Hotels in the world but this is the best Hotel experience, EVER! The Customer service, hospitality, its beyond extraordinary from each of everyone, they will great you with a smile! Made my day! The room, the bed, was amazing! This was the best hotel i ever stay with, the price is really really affordable, and offer beyond what its provided. I'm glad that they were concern and i felt very inclusive with the professionalism (as i'm muslim and the staff help me to give an alternative halal-meal). Thank you so much Bellevue Manila, Alabang team, this hotel should rate diamond star! Internet connection is the fastest ever and no wonder because they are using Cisco product. Very Satisfied with almost everything especially the room and club cocktail.... great selection! except for the cold coffee at breakfast- not so good coffee. Good coffee will complete the very satisfactory experience of coffee lover guests.

Stayed in the deluxe suites, rooms are stylish, well furnished and comfortable. All staff we encountered were very polite and friendly and eager to attend to us. We could easily ask for more help whenever we needed it. All facilities including the dining areas, pools and gym were maintained at all times by staff and like the rest of the hotel amazing to stay at. Would definitely stay here again when in Manila

Good Room

It was delightful that we got our room upgraded! More spacious, well-lighted and nice bathroom. We just got confused about the TV remote control - a bit complicated with the Power On and TV buttons :-) Maybe we can fix the pillows - too soft that it gets too flat. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you Bellevue!

It’s excellent as usual! Bellevue has been me and my partner’s go-to hotel for relaxation. I just hope there are free water bottles since it’s such a basic necessity. Although there are dispensers everywhere, I just feel like it’s a bit of a hassle not having bottled water readily available. Other than that, everything is all good!

Dated, old building.. lacked maintenance. As soon as we entered the lobby (lobby smelled off), we didn't feel that we are in a 5-star hotel (it used to be perhaps), only thing in my mind is that "never again" will i book at this same place.. all the more when we walked through the hall towards our room.. I stayed in other 5-star hotels and I know what luxurious and immaculately clean 5-star hotel caliber feels, looks and smell like. This isn't it. Sadly, it used to be a great hotel, now, it just turned into a quarantine place. We cannot wait to check out. The stars go out to the front desk and bellboy - they try to be of service the best way they can. The place just doesn't cut it.

We love the breakfast buffet. Variety of selections from pastries to filipino dishes. We also enjoy the fitness center. Me and my husband are the only one using it that time and the equipments are well maintained and clean. The hotel and room floor is kinda old but we enjoy our stay. Comfy bed and huge bathroom. We would definitely comeback again.

We went to dine at their vue bar, 22nd Floor. Food is soo good! Great for gatherings with your colleagues and celebrate some event. dancing stage is elevated with led party lights. Performing band is also so good, i think there are different themes/genre every night. Price is a bit on the high side but food can be shared among 2 to 3 pax.

The stay we had with them was pretty amazing. They met our expections. Their staff is accommodating and the unit is clean. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby that you can choose from. Conveniently located near everything. Highly reccommended for business or vacation related stays. Hoping to stay with them again!

beautiful ball room for our christmas party. the staff and waiter are very courteous. the food is great and the dj was playing wonderful music. I'll be trying their spa soon and may stay for an overnight.
