I am business tripper from Indonesia and decided to booked this B Hotel at Alabang because I just found it at Google and have some good reviews. Basically overall services was good, cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, smoking regulation was good, very appreciated and air conditioner was nice also. The breakfast also nice. But, I have some suggestions, for refill of drinking water, for first - second day, that's already prepared when I went back from office to the room, but unfortunately in the next day 3-last day at B Hotel, I must call the receptionist to refill for drinking water then delivery although it was explained at beginning when I am checked in clearly, that's I should get for free refill of drinking waters for 2 bottles/day,please improve this condition po. And for the breakfast/buffet, please make a special notes for beef, chicken, and pork because some people might be can't eat pork (just like me) I hope your services getting better and improve. See you when I am check in again in the future πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹

Situated in a quiet business park in the generally busy Alabang neighborhood. Really helpful and nice staff. The accommodations were tidy and well-kept. comes with a wide range of additional amenities you can request, most of which are free. The food at the hotel restaurant is great, reasonably priced, and the portions are delightful. has numerous parking spaces with around the clock security. Additionally provides transportation to and from Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

A very nice and decent hotel with exelent service, nice clean rooms and a staff thst goes way beyond tha call of duty. A pool on the roof offers a moment of relaxing. The resturant here at B Hotel is simple yet holds one of the best served meals I hade in a hotel in a long time. If notvi g else the B hotel is worth a visit just to enjoy the food. I hade sisig, (Anthony Bourdains favorite polutan) (For you who dont know polutan is what you eat while dinking alcohol, same as tappas in spain.) Sisig consists of parts of a pigs face, inner intestinse and chicken liver most comlnly served witv calamansi, onion and hot chilli. Anoter dish worth mentioning is theier Lechon Kawali wich is generally made up by crispy deep fries pork (most comonly used is pork belly) Wich can be served in so many ways and in this case in a bit of a suer soup that is nothing short of delicious! I Give the B hotel five stars and three thumbs up! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Did you like this review pleas give it a thumbs up and join me on oter exiting reviews thsnk you πŸ™‚)

We have a company Strat Planning here and the place is just enough complete with amenities for our purposes. They have a good food. Masasarap but the coffee in the percplator deserves another look. D sya masarap! Over-all five star rating sya since they have a very courteous and well-trained, very accommodating staff. Salamat po B-Hotel Management.

I am thrilled I made the right decision to book our short stay here before we go back to our home in Tasmania ,Australia. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the ones at Reception. Our room was just right for us, amenities were ample, except I really do not like the way you need to press the containers hard to use the hand wash. But no worries, I brought our own little soap bars and shampoo and conditioner. Apart from that, I love the substantial buffet brekky, it's just the right mix of Filipino and western fare. There was even Tuyo which I love! But I got allergies from the Spanish sardines as it didn't say it was spicy, I got sore gums after eating a little bit, allergic to chilli. But I love their brewed coffee, we had heaps of it throughout our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer! The bonus is the free shuttle which we used a few times to meet up with my friends and relatives for our lunch dates. We will surely stay longer next time! It was a very pleasant place to be. Thanks to everyone who helped make our stay great!

Poor location - nowhere near decent to dine, which kinda forces you to patronize their restaurant. Service slow, food very carinderia / palengke vibes (bright red pork longganisa with fillers and weird texture), super dry Hainanese chicken with the chicken pieces graying at the edges (like freezer burn), and worse - bug in their rice (see photo of bug on the plate). The room was spacious with adequate amenities, and good for an overnight stay.

This hotel is a cozy place. Not fancy, relaxed (not stiff). A place where one could be comfortable in. The service is excellent.

Amazing customer service. Good restaurant. Sufficient rooms. Just as required amenities. Pocket friendly budget. Value for money. Always smiling and willing to help staff. Thank you Bhotel. This is my 2nd stay here and am definitely coming back. 2022: This is where I have been staying whenever I visit Manila (about 6 times a year) since 2017. Thank you Bhotel and the staff πŸ™‚

It was a very nice hotel. The room was clean; the hotel staff was nice and accommodating; the bed and pillows were comfortable; the bathroom was clean and everything worked properly; the room had excellent air-conditioning; the breakfast was pricey but it was good; the airport transportation was great, and the internet was surprisingly really good. I have only one complaint. The shower was not always hot. However, that was not something that mattered to me that much. Everything else about the room was excellent and above and beyond a 3 star quality. I would have extended my stay at the hotel if I didn't have to return to work. The hotel is in walking distance to the Town Center Shopping area and not a far drive from Festival Super Mall. The hotel is in close driving distance to Splash Water Park. I was very satisfied with my stay and decided to give the hotel a 5 star review. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

had my daughter's recital there. not a bad place. unfortunately, while waiting for the recital i saw the floor was a mess and scattered after party items, oily floor and other stuff was present. Apparently, there was a party the previous night and the cleaning wasn't done well.

Nothing stood out from an exterior point of view, but once inside, the service was explemplorary. Beside the normal filipino beuracracy you'd expect from any location, every complaint or issue was handled with true understanding and care to make things right. From my main water Lei to Damien to the supervisor in kitchen area, they all made a 4 star rally close to 5. I thank them all for their kindness and empathy for my long travel and sti) keeping positive attitude. Kitchen staff deserves 4.5 up to 5 stars in my book

Came across The B Hotel Alabang’s Unwind at B promo while looking for a relaxing weekend away from the heat. Easily reserved online, paid at the hotel and ordered lunch at The Prime Cafe; Cheese cake and coffee first, Mongo, Chicken Pork Adobo and Hainanese Chicken. Portions are and flavors are just right, and very reasonably priced. The cheesecake doesn’t have the usual graham crust, but the hefty slice and creaminess of the cake sorta made up or it. After lunch we stayed in the room and watched CNN’s coverage of the coronation. The TV’s an easy switch on/off and included useful channels like CNN, HBO, sports, National Geographic. Our room was at the side of the entrance and was clean, neat, cold and quiet. 😌 Two pillows and a comforter makes for the best sleep! Helped myself to the instant coffee last night, along with an Almond and Dark Chocolate Croissant! πŸ˜‹ Coming back here for sure! ❀️ P.S. Giving only 4 stars because we haven’t checked the breakfast buffet, jacuzzi and gym. Maybe next time. πŸ™‚

We were visiting from the USA and were greeted warmly upon arrival. Staff were very polite and professional. The free shuttle to and from the Alabang Town Center and Molito shopping center was a great service since we didn't have our own transportation. Hotel was showing its age and needs some renovations. Drains in bathroom were slow. The bathroom outlet in room 305 was not working. When plugging in devices on other outlets, sparks could be seen. Air conditioning was cool and you can turn it off or adjust the temperature if needed. Room size was just right. We had the room on the backside of hotel and could hear some traffic during the day and we were able to sleep at night. They blackout curtains on the large windows. Our king size bed, linens and pillows were comfortable. The bedside tables on both sides had electrical outlets. The desk was large, desk chair was comfortable and there were outlets and an ethernet cable available. Buffet breakfast was included with our reservation. There were many selections, both local and international. A variety of breads and pastries were available, but dry. There was a fire extinguisher under the desk, but had not been checked since Sept. 2022. Room also has a smoke detector and sprinkler heads. The room safe in the closet worked, but was not bolted down to the closet! Has lots of closet and drawer space, large mirror and a luggage table.

Had a blast on our 2 night stay here. Breakfast buffet are different everyday(in our 2 day stay at least). Their steak (Johnny’s Steak) even though pricey(1250php) it tastes good. We tried their creamy truffle pasta(390) and bistek tagalog (500) portions are good for 2. Staffs are very nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Highly recommended.

A quiet refuge within the urban setting of Alabang. Staff always at the ready to answer your needs. Food is also good with a fair price. You can book their outdoor hot tub for an hour to get that relaxing weekend getaway.

The Alabang Zapote road (access to B-Hotel) is a traffic area during rush hour. But overal experience with the Hotel is just fine. πŸ‘

Hotel is very accessible especially to restaurants. The room is very clean and we enjoyed of course, the hot shower as always. The staffs are very accommodating. And my niece enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Perfect stay. They kindly facilitated a late check out which was really helpful with an infant before a long flight. Breakfast was average but for price point overall a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

I had a comfortable stay at the B Hotel. The food for quarantined guests is a lot better than what other nearby hotels offer. I found the fridge and sink dirty like the reviews. The pillows are too soft for me so it was a bit hard to sleep and the wifi was a bit slow. The bolognese pasta is good option from the snack menu. I found the gambas and club sandwich lacking in flavor. The club sandwich also had raw chicken. The staff and front desk are very professional and accommodating with your needs. I would highly recommend staying in the B hotel for the price point if you want to stay in Alabang.

Great location, clean, cool and comfortable room but the thing that makes this such a wonderful place are the exceptional staffs and great foods! The full board meals were included in my quarantine booking as they do not allow deliveries from outside but the foods were all delectable and tried their best to prepare wonderful meals. Internet could be faster, but enough. The room did not disappoint and perhaps the bathroom just needs a little upgrade. Nonetheless, I have nothing to complain about. Every staff I encountered from the initial online hotel reservations, guard, front desk and the staffs who delivered our meals everyday were all delightful. I sometimes forget that we are staying for a quarantine and not a staycation. I highly recommend this hotel. There is always a room for improvement but so far for its reasonable price and standard; B hotel has exceeded my expectations. Hope they will keep the reasonable rates and the exceptional service. Thank you for making our quarantine stay much better.

Had my mandatory quarantine hotel here. We had to wait awhile for the hotel driver to pick us up at the airport.. Miscommunication could have been avoided if we had the number of the driver. Registration thought was easy. Staff was efficient and friendly. But we had to call housekeeping as some essential items were missing..there was no refrigerator in the room. We had to request for one.
