Somerset is a home away from home. Amenities are great. I liked the ambience, fresh and new. Amenities includes swimming pool and bar, kid's area, and gym. The ground lobby is perfect for bookworms too! Staffs are friendly and accommodating. If you ever need something, never hesitate to ask, they are willing to help you. Food is great too. Although there are only few food choices to choose from every morning.

Avoid rooms in the lower floors! There are celebrations in the functional rooms and you will hear every beat & word. At the other side of the street there is the Filinvest Festival Tent, if there is an event you feel the vibrations in your room. It’s a pity because the rooms are really nice and some have a kitchen equipment.

Service is great. Laundry service impeccable. Checking in and out does take FOREVER though. So be prepared. For some reason they have only ever had a single person doing this when I have stayed here. Within walking distance of all the restaurants in this area. Skip the breakfest. Respectable restaurant with very well priced drinks at the bar. Cheers!

I was stay here almost 7days for our quarantine..we are ofw from doha, qatar as i expected a good service in this somerset hotel., is really great and appreciated. From the day 1 to day 7 until we check.out they are always care and grateful. Especially our foods it's always on time service for our breakfast,lunch, dinner. Definitely and absolutely their foods are very yummy and delicious super class, as an ofw waiter worked in the some 5star hotels from doha qatar all i can say is this is it somerset hotel are the same too, really wow and excellent. The receptionist, the security guard, the room attendant, the owwa and some staffs of somerset hotel to chefs who made our foods a first class it's an honor and dedication that we never foget this exceptional experince, thank you very much somerser hotel. This somerset hotel is really 5star and recommended to each and everyone.Godbless us always.

Great hotel. The food is good. The breakfast buffet is a little week in selection, but most of the food was good. The rooms are clean and well kept. The location is great. It is only a couple blocks away from the festival mall. The Holt was very accommodating and made every effort to make my stay comfortable and confident. They scheduled my early morning shuttle to the airport with no problem.

Home away from home. They have great amenities, the infity pool with city view is just stunning. I can lounge by the pool for long hours. Rooms are quite spacious , clean and they have all the basic stuff that you need (induction cooker, pots/pans, rice cooker, microwave, kitchen utensils, washing machine etc.) Kudos to the staff! Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Location was good and the rooms were clean. Almost same ambiance as Somerset Makati but with better rooms. There were still some part of the rooms that looks old like the flooring and drains of the bathroom not to mention that the pool also needs renovation. Also the food had more variety compared to Somerset Makati, but Somerset Makati breakfast was far more delicious and lots of choices compared to Somerset Alabang. Still Alabang is better due to its location and convenience. Staffs were also very polite and warm hearted.

i stayed here for quarantine early this year. Service was very nice, kind staff and service apartment was complete with ref and washing machine, however, wifi was a bit slow.

It was fun, and I love the ambiance from the 4th floor to room 2101 was very peaceful and serene to the gym.

From my one week stay, I really enjoy this serviced apartment. I have everything I need from stable wifi to washing machine + cooking station in my room. It really gives me vibe of staying at home. The morning buffet changes everyday, so it never gets boring. Daily cleaning service is very neat. Staying here in November, I love the cozy Christmas decoration in lobby. This place also has one security dog, super cute Labrador Retriever. - One point they can improve is cleaning table faster during morning buffet. Some times guests need to dine while dishes from previous guest are still there.

Overall the place looks good, had the complementary breakfast buffet and it was great. Reasonably priced for a high-end experience, rooms also have everything you need. The only issue I had is that the TV only has a small variety of channels that you could watch.

I had a stay at the Somerset Alabang for a couple of weeks for work trip. The location is great – close to the airport and also I had to travel towards Laguna, this hotel is close to the expressway. There is a 24 hour convenience store 7-11 just behind the building. Festival mall is walking distance from here. The PNR Alabang station is about a half hour walk or so (depending on traffic or if one gets lost). Staff members were all helpful, polite and responsive. They are fluent in English. Breakfast is good, at par with any other hotels, in my opinion. It is possible to sit both indoors and outdoors. There is a sports center with treadmills and the usual machines, all in good working order. I did not use the pool. I had an unlocked view from my window on the fourteenth floor. Room sizes are decent and generally it is quiet and away from the bustle. The environment friendly initiatives are commendable such as a water dispenser instead of multiple drinking water bottles everyday. Also the washroom had soap and shampoo dispensers instead of pouches. Wifi connectivity is reliable. Overall I had no complaints and cannot hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Rooms are a little small but the location is excellent for working with offices in the area. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed.

Amazing hotel in the heart of alabang and close proximity to shopping center. Almost brand new building and amazing beds and great breakfast spread. Shout to welcoming front office staff especially Aica who was very courteous and true customer champion.

I stayed for about a week and it is a very beautiful hotel.😊 The staff was also professional.😆 The view from the room was good and the sensitivity of the Wi-Fi was good. I also asked for cleaning, but it was finished very beautifully.☺️

Great value hotel in a very good location. The rooms are a little dated with no smart TVs and a bath/shower setup but otherwise they are clean and comfortable and a good size. They also include a large fridge, filtered water, washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board all of which are so handy with a family on holiday. There is a buffet breakfast which is good and includes an egg station, good selection of fruits, Filipino & western breakfast, cereals and continental breakfast, bread and cakes. The restaurant is located on the same floor as the pool and has both outdoor and indoor seating options. We really enjoyed our breakfast here. The pool is large and was never busy when we used it. There's plenty of deck chairs and seating around the pool and it's easy to find shaded areas. There is also a splash pool for young kids and life vests and floaties are available. There is a good gym with most of the basic equipment you need for a work out and a kids play room which is really for very young kids. The hotel lobby is really nice with plenty of relaxed seating options if you're waiting for a friend. We were there during December and there was nightly events with loud music at the venue in the park across from the hotel. The music always stopped by 11pm and never stopped my young children and I from falling asleep but it was easy to hear it in our room even with windows and blinds closed. The best thing about the hotel is the location. You are within easy walking distance if festival mall and Westgate (which has some nice restaurants and cafes). Alabang Town Centre (shopping mall) is also 1km away (walkable in the cooler months like December). There's a supermarket across the park from the hotel and a McDonald's, Starbucks and Jollibee nearby. The streets around the hotel are very walkable and safe with modern footpaths and shade. The local municipality has also banned jeepneys and tricycles from the area the hotel is in so the streets tend to be a lot quieter. I'm a runner and unlike other parts of Manila there was great, safe and traffic free running options with central park and the surrounding streets on the door step. I also found running around Festival Mall to be quite safe in the morning. The hotel is close to the skyway so there's easy access to Makati and the airport (within 30 mins with normal traffic but allow up to 60 mins when there's heavy traffic).

Great hotel and value for money. However, the room design are very constricted, the shower water doesnt flow properly. The amenities like gym, pools and breakfast are also limited.

Hands down, this hotel has very nice and spacious room and it's a walking distance from everything you need.

Small grubby room, television didn't work, shower grouting mouldy, at best a 2.5 hotel.... Lobby is bland and stuffy.

Definitely coming back here, love the place, the rooms and the buffet breakfast. A home away from home! Very secured place, ins and outs of people are well-controlled by the security guards.. rooms have a balcony with good view! You can always count on SomersetAscott properties.

I'm happy that we were booked here in Somerset Alabang Manila for quarantine. I feel safe and felt the warmth of the staff from check-in until checked-out. Room is clean and with complete amenities. Thank you also for your patience in accommodating my requests over the phone and answering all my queries. Kudos to all the staff who are working despite this pandemic!

Well-mannered room attendants. Very nice and spacious room. Complete kitchenware and dining sets. Weekly changed of towels. I just wish that we would've experience the swimming pool and gym facilities. But it's understandable since it is still pandemic. Overall I give you 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room are very good. The bad thing is that you have balcony but is locked and you don't have key, also the internet connection is very bad.

Stayed here with my daughter as we waited for the results of our RT-PCR test and the wonderful staff made sure our stay was as stress-free as possible. I had a lot of questions but their front desk officers were always polite and obliging. The room was spotless and we had the best night's sleep! We only stayed for one night as we received the results on the same day, but the entire process was seamless. We felt very safe as well. We'll definitely be back once things are better! :)

One of the best star hotels in Alabang. Especially for business travellers, staying for long term in service apartment with family. The staff are very friendly and they understand your needs quickly and act well. I should mention about the swimming pool coaches Ross and Christian , both are very good. My kids enjoyed talking to the coaches who took good care of them... Thank you for your service. Our stay in Somerset is a beautiful memory to replenish..

Loved my stay at Somerset Alabang, their 1bedroom units are spacious , fully equipped with a full sized kitchen with a microwave, oven, cooking stove, refrigerator, and water dispenser , cleaning every 2 days , the food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious too!! This is the best place to stay in when visiting Alabang!!

Somerset Alabang is the best place to stay in Alabang for a staycation. It's only walking distance from Molito, Westgate, and Alabang Town Center. The staff were very friendly; they toured us around the place and even explained membership details. They have a nice gym area, yoga area, children's playroom, and swimming pools. We stayed at their 1BR and was very much impressed. I think my standards have increased after staying here. The swimming pool setting was awesome and very relaxing. Overall, high recommended. This is probably the top choice for foreigners and people who want a high-end staycation.

The location is nice since it’s away from the crowded areas of Alabang. It’s walking distance from Northgate and Festival Mall. For breakfast buffet though, Php590 is too expensive for the amount of food that you can choose from. The choices are few: Bread area, cereal area, fruits, breakfast (hotdog, egg, meatloaf, bacon), and coffee. It was Php400 before then they said they have already increased, which I think is not fair for the few amount of food choices they have. The room rates are too high as well, more expensive than the other hotels around it. The place is nice, but for me, it’s still a “meh”.

They went above and beyond my expectations of a serviced residence. They provided top-notch customer service, and was very attentive to our needs. - parking within the building is organized - easy check-in / check-out process - friendly hotel crew - quick and reliable room service - breakfast buffet has good selection of international cuisine - a pretty decent place, not too busy and crowded (visited from Sunday to Tuesday) - experienced walking late night, and it was safe and streets we passed through were well lit - clean room, sanitary kit provided and basic essentials (room fridge, water w/ dispenser, coffee & tea needs, bath needs, comfy bed) - nice city lights view Highly recommended for staycation!!!

Rooms, fitness and dining area, including the pool are well maintained. They are strictly implementing the IATF protocols and ensure Physical Distancing. Room Service is also fast and staff are friendly. Great ambiance but pool and dining area can stil be improved.

Highly reccommend this One AWESOME hotel the best we have ever been. Checking in was never a problem. We came a little early but we were assisted in a very professional way. Rooms are perfectly clean with COMPLETE things that every family needs. From cookwares, stoves, washing machine with powder soap, dishwashing liquids etc. Everything that you need that includes big drinking water with properly sealed/clean dispenser. Aircondition was already on when we came to the room and the athmosphere of the room was perfect, cool enough for you and your family to relax and enjoy. Unlike other hotels that you need to wait for few minutes to make the room comfy and cool. "ALL STAFFS" that means all of them are very PROFESSIONAL. Ms Yang to be specific is very kind and cool. She makes our stay the most fun and memorable. Mr. Ross from the swimming pool is very kind and talks to my kids and husband in a very reapectful manner. Ross managed to make friends with my kids and he smile everytime we see him. Guards are also friendly and respectful. Swimming pool is very clean. It was cold it may help if pool is heated (just a suggestion 🤣) Though I know its an outdoor pool. But we all had fun. So little kids can enjoy more. Very strict with buffet which is good. They have staffs to assist you get your food on the hot area to avoid contamination of food and avoid wasting food. But Mr Mj was cool enough to serve us food as much as we wanted without a complain. 😂 Ms. Lei grants my request to serve us more chocolate croissants and serves more than we wanted 🙂😎. Salute to all and we will make sure to comeback and tell all my friends about the greatest experienced that we had. Continue to serve with great CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and your dedications towards work are totally amazing. We all had fun with their small event for the New Year count down having unlimited sparkling drinks and some finger foods which taste nice. Its an excellent experience to stay @Somerset Hotel Alabang. The staff is very supportive especially "CRISTINO RAMOS". He is a nice guy and helped me lot.They priorities guest's safety and security on top.

A home away from home.. a residential hotel with all the complete amenities and convenience needed for a long quarantine stay. Staff are all nice. Fast and no contact check-in and check-out for all the guests and in-house services are excellent.
