😠 VERY Poor customer service, especially from the manager. I went to this Trinoma branch to request a SIM upgrade. I only have my digitized PhilID and my Philhealth ID, which the manager outright told me can't be honored. The male employee ( can't forget his face) even suggested that I get a postal ID...     VERY Poor customer service, especially from the manager. I went to this Trinoma branch to request a SIM upgrade. I only have my digitized PhilID and my Philhealth ID, which the manager outright told me can't be honored. The male employee ( can't forget his face) even suggested that I get a postal ID harhar. Funny thing is that, when I went to the SM branch and showed the only IDs I have, they asked for other IDs, but I explained that I lost my other valid IDs when my wallet got lost. The person who assisted me had it verified through the manager, and low and behold, I was queued for my upgrade. The Trinoma manager was rude, even said to her male employee " Ikaw na bahala etc...kulang na lng sabihing umalis na ako. Being the manager, surely she can work around in verifying my information, right? The SM Annex people are very helpful and the person who helped me did not find any problem verifying my information.

    Sloth like working pace. Desperately upsetting. Expect them to make you wait long enough to lose your patience while on queue. Has quite a number of employees. Yet most of them wastes time. At the business center about an hour now. My observation = plain lazy.

    Customer service wait time is really poor. Been to this branch thrice already and the wait time for queueing is minimum 1 hour and 30 minutes. Each customer being attended to by the CS rep takes forever! Also, I noticed that they prioritize those customers getting a new plan/phone. Every visit is worse than the other! In-store service is as slow as the telco’s data. Not worth the penny im paying for! Add more manpower, create a separate queue for existing and new customers, impose a SOP on appointment duration. Your appointment booking system is pointless if this is the in-store experience you’re giving.

    Finally had my prepaid SIM card upgraded to LTE and it only took less than 15 minutes. Thank you for the help, Bevs! A + service, just make sure you get there right when they open to avoid long lines.

    ndi accomodating mga employees.since it was our 1st visit,we do not know how it works.nobody even bothered to ask us what we need.and yes they all look lazy.maybe they are trying to have a relaxed environment but failed.also,according to Jesson,the sim cards i picked up will be activated by end of business day yesterday(9pm give or take),until now it"s almosr 9am(12 hrs later)sim is not activated.be careful when giving information if ur not sure,ur giving false hopes to ur customers.

    Worst experience out of all the Care Centers. My advice to anyone that decides to have bring their concerns here is to go to another care center. They were clearly prioritizing the people that want to sign-up for a new plan. They don't show the queue numbers so you don't know that this is what is happening. I kept asking whether my queue number is still in the system and they kept telling me to just wait. Later, they would end up telling me that there was an error in the system. How would we know if they don't show the queue numbers? They can just pick the concern they want to address i.e. new accounts.

    You probably have to wait to a minimum of three hours to a day just to avail or renew for a plan. The less questions you ask the faster it will be which is ideally bad for a customer. Just go to another branch instead or just unsubscribe and switch to a different mobile service provider with a more professional service system.

    Lowest star given here. I've booked an appointment online yesterday for today. (December 30) with appropriate time of 2:10pm. I've arrived on the store at 2pm and showed my appointment schedule. Now I have to wait for the said time. It's 2:32pm now and still have to wait in line for my inquires.. 🤦🏻‍♂️ The thing is, why even put/booked an appointment with the said DATE and TIME and having to wait in line for you appointment?? 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Bad Service, Prioritizing Company policy above customer needs. I have presented all the documents(SPA, authorization letter, ID, etc.) that I am authorized in all accounts, and yet they won't release the postpaid sim that was lost. Plus G/Gie of Globe is useless, it will ask you to send your number(in my case) my lost sim number, and will text you a verification code.

    I had a 10am appointment schedule and its already 11am. Only 2 CS staff on duty. What's the point of setting appointnents when you can't be accomodated on time.

    Good evening to all the wonderful staff of Globe Telecom - Ayala Malls TriNoma. I just want to give Alda a wonderful KUDOS to her because she went an extra mile to make a follow up call if my replacement sim is already working. Yes it is. That's what you call Excellent Customer Service. Been a CSR for several BPO companies myself and I know to put myself in the customer's shoes or situation. And she assisted me right away with my concern without any hesitation and process the sim replacement. If you're going to Telecom - Ayala Malls TriNoma just look for her right away and rest assured you wont get disappointed.

    Queue system doesnt work!!! They insist that i was called when even if i tried to queue again there is no queue number on their system. They dont also show the queue list on their screen

    Platinum lounge was quiet okay and the service was okay as well, but the queue. You need to bring a lot of patience with in waiting for your number to be called, even though you're a Platinum member.

    You have a very poor service globe trinoma branch.. giving a queue to your customer is non sense if your not using it prioritize who come first so fix your damn service..compare to other branch your service is very very poor... no customer but your service is very bad

    Waiting time is an hour to 2 1/2. but I really think this is because of the customers who asked a lot about tech stuffs about their phone rather than Globe services why 2 stars and this is me beings generous. Waited for almost 2 and half hour, Before I qued, I checked with the personnel their if I can renew my plan and avail the 36 months promo, they said yes and they have stock. however when its my turn they said it was an online offer only.

    Very POOR ,TERRIBLE AWFUL ,DISAPPOINTING SERVICE BULOOOOK ! The counter guy we talked to was an A55, We transferred to SM annex very nice Service total opposite from this Trinoma branch.
