BAGPI Garment Center is the place to be for businessmen and woman like me. Items and parallels are very cheap but of good quality. Heads up, it's not air-conditioned but has big industrial fans in corners so better wear comfy and light materials when shopping. You can haggle but also be reasonable. It is one floor of displays and rows of fashionable and trending items. There is also a canteen in the midst of the market for refreshments. Place is clean too.

I give this place an OK mark because this does not meet the hype that I'm seeing on the internet. Touted as the cheapest place that you can buy clothing items. Not all items are locally made as you expect from the Garments Capital of the Philippines. There are a lot of overruns, the usual chinese brands, and also fake sports brand. Quality and types of items are as expected with all other tiangge. The price range of items on this place is not really low. They are now on par with other tiangge that's all around the Metro. Good thing about this place is it's properly organized and clean. T-shirts normal price range is 150 pesos, you can haggle but if you are buying a lot of items. Ladies shorts retail for 180 pesos and Men's short for 250-280 pesos apiece. Overall still a cheap place to buy but don't expect to get a T-shirt for 50 pesos, UNLESS IT'S FOR KIDS.

It's a bit hard to find men's wear around Taytay Palengke/BAGPI Garment Center but there is a stall at IGPAI (sounds yummy) where you can find affordable men's wear.. this stall (first stall at third row) sells tshirts, polo shirts, sleeveless shirts and sometimes jackets and hoodies.. plus their designs are unique and not very common.. there is also a lot for women and children.. it is best to visit IGPAI and BAGPI as well on a Thursday.. most stalls are close on Tuesday and Wednesday

Suuuuper cheap clothes. If you want or want to buy a lot of clothes (maybe as a retailer or for a film production or something), the trip is well worth it. You can get clothes for as cheap as 35 pesos. If you're buying for your own wardrobe, it's best to bring friends who don't mind buying similar styles with you so you can get the wholesale price. Though honestly retail prices are cheap enough too. Selection is huge. Some clothes are similar across different stalls but with some differences in manufacturing (some better made than others) so be sure to check the other stalls first. Some sell a bit cheaper than others too. Really go around and canvas first before buying. And bring your own eco bag. I suggest bringing a water bottle though because you'll be walking for hours.
