Minutes after losing our dearest dad at dawn, my older brother and I headed to Loyola-Marikina just to inquire (or, perhaps, get a flyer if no one's around yet) about the processes involved for our dad's funeral and burial. What a relief to discover that Loyola-Marikina office operates 24 hours and so our inquiry was not futile. Right there and then, the Loyola administrators offered us their helpful services, starting with the pickup of our dad's body from the hospital, embalming, funeral, processing of dad's death certificate (perhaps, it's possible to request Loyola-Marikina to secure several certified true copies for future use, just pay extra), and burial. It's pretty well maintained my father is buried there. You do have to pay "maintainers/ caretaker" like P100/month to maintain your plot ie keeping the tombstone clean cutting the grass & weeds. I thought that was the responsibility of the park itself coz it was bought into but if you want your loved ones plot maintained that's the price. They usually collect when you visit your loved ones bday or Christmas or day the died. On all souls day.. forget about it if you don't stake out your plot people step on it or use it as their staging area

Very poor after sales service. They will get your payment and leave you waiting for your further request. We bought a columbarium and got too disappointed. They promised to clean the door because they hand over with a dirt that can't be removed but no one did. We requested for the official receipt but its been 2 months and still no one is providing us the receipt even if you follow up several times. I hope you guys knows how to respect your clients.

Took very care of my mother from house to cemetery, wake, up until her crematory. Very hospitable, sensitive and accomodating staffs. Don't judge the place no matter how big or small the chapel is, what matters is how they give a respectable proper burial for your love ones.

Our family's memorial park. Lots of trees and green grass all around. Very serene place. Vast and sprawling memorial area. One can get easily lost here. Guards and ground keepers to ask for help and directions. Very friendly staff too

Vast cemetery with lots of greens, organized traffic and aesthetically designed areas. Love the fresh air and serenity. Muddy during wet weather and available public toilet is near the main entrance.

not too crowded during my visit... well maintained area... not so traffic going there... you can buy flowers outside the gate... too many flower design arrangements to choose from... not so expensive just right...
