This as to be one of the worst Pizza Hut stores I have visited in the world. It is not as clean as it should be and further to that there were flies in the eating area. They have a sign on the window inviting people to dine in - only to find that the staff do not really want you and the menus are very poor. If you cannot or do not want to offer a correct dine in experience you should not do it. One of the dishes - the crab style raps was very poor and did not seem like real crab? What saved them getting a 1 star? The fact that they have improved their pizzas - the base was very good and the Super Supreme was very tasty and well presented. The best advice is do not eat in - if you use Grab you get a better choice than the actual menu offered in the store. Came here for take-out. Service is good, got my order in 20min or less. Did not have to wait long. Not much people dining the time i came. Its a sunday evening and its raining.

The Aircon is not working but the service and order are very fast.. love the blueberry slush.. im able to stand the heat due to that

Terrible customer service. Staff are not friendly and doesnt smile. When we ordered food, lady in counter acts like she doesnt want to sell their food. Aircon not working for years now. Sometimes I went there before 8pm and crew said they are closed already. Bad experience all the time. No wonder Shakeys is eating you alive. Better replace all the staff or closed down. I have better experience ordering from PH Bacoor
