I
never
had
any
dislike
against
Jollibee,
but
this
specific
store
is
an
exception.
I
always
end
up
waiting
for
my
order
for
20-30
mins
even
if
I
ordered
it
via
drive
through
any
day
at
any
time.
It
happened
several
times
but
I
never
complained..
Not
until
today.
I
am
in
a
hurry
and
wanted
to
grab
something
to
eat
while
on
the
road.
My
order
was
supposed
to
be
2
pcs
chicken,
extra
rice
and
a
peach
mango
pie
but
had
to
cancel
the
pie
as
the
lady
in
drive
through
cashier
asked
me
if
I'm
okay
to
wait
for
10
mins
which
was
not.
To
my
surprise
when
I
arrived
in
the
claiming
area,
this
other
lady
asked
me
to
go
to
the
"yellow
line"
or
waiting
area.
I
only
expected
to
wait
for
like
5
mins
for
my
order
to
come
in
but
NOOOOO.
They
had
me
wait
for
almost
20
mins
for
a
single
drive
through
order.
When
I
came
back
to
the
claiming
area,
they
then
again
asked
me
to
wait
for
10
f*ckng
minutes!
I
told
them
that
I
had
to
cancel
the
pie
since
I
can't
wait
for
10
minutes
and
yet
here
they
are
asking
me
to
wait
a
total
of
half
an
hour!
I
should
have
went
to
7/11
if
that's
the
case!
I
ended
up
cancelling
my
order..
went
to
Mcdonalds
at
the
front
and
had
my
order
finished
within
5
mins.
NEVER
GOING
BACK
TO
THIS
STORE
AGAIN.
