Very busy when I was there took ages for my order 35 min least it was still hot handy been at junction there's small eating area outside and drive through at otherside

Since I was a kid my mom always bring me here to buy some happy meal until now I was already 24 years old my love for this place never change. Talking about the services of this branch, it was good enough, they serve and prepare the food or orders quickly and easily even peak hours. The place is good especially the outside chairs and tables which good for barkadas. Perfect place for late or midnight snacks because it's open 24 hours.

McDonald's has always impress me with their customer service and of course quality foods.

Very friendly staff. They also have a PlayPlace and my daughter loves it.

My daughter and I ate at McDonald's Cavite. It was our first time after the pandemic was over. Kinda love the new set up. You can select your order thru a touch screen, printed then go to the cashier for payment. The playground upstairs ain't available that time. Cost cutting at its finest.

This is a 24 hour branch. They recently added an Al Fresco area and serve coffees and other drinks. They have a play area at the second floor so its a great place for kids. The location is very very accessible, its seated in the middle of a busy intersection. Ive encountered staff that are incredibly courteous.

Don't get your fast food from this store. Their service has been atrocious! Something is always missing no matter how much you tell them to double check.

Crew was not checking all order they always gave the wrong one! 1 star for this that. I will not recommending this store till your crew does the right order!!

We dined it earlier and enjoyed our meal and ordered chicken bucket meal for four. Although the place was full-packed, as they are always, our order were served faster than we expected. Thanks for the kind and attentive staff. My only concern is whenever we order on line, most of the menu aren't available. Or is it because you can no longer accept orders on line? Please let us know.

Just driving through ordered meals had to wait a while because it's 10 double cheeseburger 🍔🍔🍔 and a quarter pounder meal...

Customer service is slow this happens 3x when we always go drive thru here in cavite, when we ordered our midnight snacks there they always said wait in the parking lot and they just delivere it there but 20 minutes passed we didn't receive any meal from them so i just talk to one of the crews and she just said wait sir we are making youre order like omg 20 minutes passed?

Can you please practice reading receipt before you dispatch your items? My brother went to Mcdonald's cavite city tonight! And it's raining! He had to go back to your store just to pick up the other orders you failed to give. Some items are missing! PLEASE! Be more careful when you dispatch the items!

This McDonald's outlet is at the crossroad of two major streets that leads to the commercial center (poblacion) of Cavite City. It's also a key bus / jeepney stop for bus lines going to Baclaran via CAVITEX.

My favorite fastfood chain! I'm glad that they renovated this place. Now, they have an alfresco dining which is a good place to eat in the evening because of the cool breeze and not a lot of vehicles pass by. They are open 24hrs and they also have a drive-thru.

Not honoring vip apps for drinks upsize. Manager ms kim wanted me to order additional hash brown. I drive thru yesterday on mc donalds kalayaan and they upsize the drinks without any additional orders.

Customer service gets WORSE as time goes by. Delivery service takes OVER AN HOUR EVERY TIME and in-store customer service is as COLD as it gets.
