Attitude to customers are bad especially the staff name Albert. They treat customers like fool who doesnt do some research before buying apple product. And they are bit judgy on their tone based on physical appearance if you can afford apple products or not. Poor service. Very disappointing.

My family have been buying apple products here from macbooks to ipads to iphones since this is the nearest store from us. The store doesn't have any technician, staffs(from the guard to the manager) are all rude, inattentive to all of their customers, and they look so judgy, and most of their stocks are in shortage. If it weren't for the people's demand of apple product, this store would be close.

A couple of the staff has a bad attitude towards costumers, especially the squinty eyed guy that is suppose to be the manager. While waiting for our transaction for finish, i used their sample unit, the squinty eyed guy is watching me like a hawk and glaring at me, even bump me a couple of times. Be thankful I didn't cancel the transaction...

Not a single iPhone technician exists in this branch. Also the squinty-eyed guy is probably the least enthusiastic salesman I have ever met. Why the heck did they even bother hire him? This store is a waste of space.

Always have been buying apple products. But this branch is the worst branch. It’s either they can’t answer my inquiries or they always been Out of stock items. Much better to go PMC Ayala Malls Manila Bay or PMC MOA. Worst CS ever

Availed of the Citibank promo with 15k discount for a 40k spend or more. Really easy to contact the branch & luckily the iPhone unit that I wanted was available. They also allowed for me to have the unit reserved, really appreciated that! Took me just 10 minutes to do the full transaction. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever! Almost all staff has bad attitude. If you want to buy apple products I suggest to go to other store.

It was a busy afternoon weekend when I visited. The staff were all busy, attending one person after another, but they were efficient.
