I went here on January 8, 2020 and spent around 5 hours to get my marriage certificate, birth certificate of both mine and my husband's, and authenticating the death certificate of my husband who passed away last month. They cannot issue PSA of death certificate unless it is after 6 months from date of death so I just had it authenticated. (Update: Filing of PSA death certificate can be rush requested through your own city hall's civil registry.) Try to get here as early as 7am as the line can get long really fast. The queue is manageable as there are officers who ensure the line is orderly so there's no commotion. Total fee to be paid is P230 = P75 processing fee for 1st payment + P155 for the actual PSA copy. Though the fee inside SM malls are much cheaper as it is only P180 but you get it in about a week's time. Getting your PSA copies in PSA offices are same day processing so it is worth the effort and money.

Very nice,and comfortable while waiting for your turn, located @4th floor air conditioned, applicants have their own seats @fall in lines as far as they reach their turns. Accomodating sfaff and guards they are kind..they quicky does their job so applicants never dare to stroll for a moment or they waits more time to find their files again..every documents have paid for the rent and some other expenses for the improvements , etc for the improvement on how to accomodate more comfortable and quicker moves for the applicants benefits. I have been gone last 3 days at psa aseana...but i decided to bound to alabang because the line start outside and at midnoon a feircing heat of the sun and temperature was draining my sweat drving me crazy.. as my head start aching.

Photos were a year ago before the pandemic. But in 2021 still a lot of people go in as early as 8am. Be there at the side entrance (by Cofeebean) to enter before 8 and avoid the crowds.

If you are requesting for a single psa birth cert, might as well request it online than do it here. Online application=330pesos, 3-11 days delivery after payment depending on your delivery address. If you go here, 75pesos=lgu fee, psa doc=155pesos, considering you have to travel from your place to south park to line up and wait for maybe 2-3 hours or more, the 100 pesos difference is so much worth it considering the convenience since mamamasahe, magugutom at mauuhaw ka pa kakaantay.

It's a new mall located in Bayanan, Muntinlupa City. It's very accessible especially to people living near San Pedro, Laguna. They have the satellite PSA, COMELEC Office locaTed at 4th floor.

Took hours to finish but done in one day, at least. Mall ventilation made it comfortable to wait.

I got our birth certificate very fast. As for the cenomar, you have to wait for 3 days, but all in all going there is super fast.

The place is very nice, good for when those big crowds come in. There’s a lot of government offices around so this is like a one-stop shop. For PSA - Ensure that you have an appointment AND that you printed out the appointment booking. PSA does say that it doesn’t need to be printed BUT less hassle to print it out. Next, be prepared to pay P75 per copy which goes to the local government unit. Might as well have ordered it online. That’s why 4 stars. Last, Paymaya and GCash payments are available but you have to pay extra P10.
