Nice decent place..just like any Jollibee outlet

My experience at Jollibee was great, with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed the friendly service and the opportunity to try some unique and tasty food. Whether I were enjoying the famous Chickenjoy or the sweet Jolly Spaghetti, each bite left me wanting more. The fun and cheerful ambiance added to the overall experience, making me feel comfortable and relaxed while dining. I enjoyed it so much that I can't wait to visit Jollibee again to try more of their menu items and soak up the lively atmosphere once more.

I place my order 6:29 am tmy order delivered at 7:42 am. Super late

They need to improve their drive thru service. Still, Jollibee's chicken joy is the best 😋

- They didn’t return changes. They told me to seat and wait for the orders. But when the orders arrives I ask for the change for the payment but they told me they already gave it. What a liar they are! - Their chicken was too small and mostly flour and bones! So dissapointing. Not worth it! Don’t go to this branch!!! We wont go back to this branch anymore!

We waited for a while for our food to be served. Chicken joy is our whole year round favorite.😋

Good service but the serving was not at par with the other branches.

I want to give 5 stars everyone who is serving on the counter and the kitchen. But I want to give 0 (zero) star to the Manager/Supervisor for acting unprofessionally towards the crew. Yes, I understand that the crew have to be 'reminded' on what to do and their tasks but he should also remember not to scold and ashame them in front of the customers. That is very rude and unprofessional. He reached the position as a manager/supervisor and yet, he should also know when to act right and speak right towards others especially the crew. Making them shameful won't make them productive.

Foods are warm and presentable. Orders just took longer, but it's understable. They have less manpower perhaps due to pandemic.
