👍👍 For our go to Spanish restaurant in the south, we always frequent Alba. Dishes are good and consistent every-time we visit. We recommend the following: Paella marinara - make sure to ask them to have tutong Chorizo frito - best chorizo in manila Calamari - also really good Almondigas Fabada Servic... Fancy dining experience at a reasonable price. Alba exudes that Hispanic vibe with their interior design and Spanish dishes. Every dish we ordered tasted sumptuous, plus they looked oh so fine, too. I think eating here is always a deal since you get to savor flavorful meals without spending too much. It’s really an experience you shouldn’t miss. To sum up, if you’re in Alabang area and you’re craving Spanish food, Alba is the place to be.

We ate lunch there at my sister's birthday. Suprisingly we are the only ones as the staff were very attentive and gave us a fast and efficient service. The food was so good, great presentation and texture of the food. My favorite was the bean soup with black sausage and cabbage. Great if you want some elegance and fine dining experience with their atmospheric spanish music.

We love this place! We can't eat here as often as we'd like because it's a bit pricey but when there are special occasions, we come back.

We're probably all familiar with Spanish cuisine, but was it done well? Well Alba does, so we can rightfully say it's authentic Spanish food. We tried the Beef Salpicao and Lapu-Lapu en Salsa Verde, and it was super flavorful, you know how chefs really take the time and make the dishes special. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Alba is highly recommended, the service was with friendly staff, and the place is cozy, though we were there in the afternoon, I'm sure it's crowded during dinner time.

We love this place. We would frequent this place if it weren't for the fact that it's way above our price range. But everytime we are here, we don't regret the experience - the food, the music, the service.

Fantastic lunch here with friends. Authentic Spanish dishes with beautiful flavours. Paella Valenciana. Fried Morcilla (blood sausages). Braised beef cheeks in red wine with white beans. Callos. Lengua. Jamon Serrano and Parmesan Cheese ensalada. The service and atmosphere are great as well.

One of the best Spanish Restaurant taste and experience. The food are just the right amount of seasoning. The service is great and the ambiance is above average (the place looks old though). The place is highly recommended for dates and for taste savvy people. This restaurant will not fail you at a very fair price. A bit of advice is reserve the place since sometimes it gets crowded. Order the Paella first since it takes more than 30 minutes to cook. Sometimes the service is slow especially the food, but it may be because of the quality of food that takes time to cook.

Love the paella and the tapas, great dining experience and really pleasant staff. Really homey and cozy. Second floor near the windows is a sweet spot. Definitely coming back.

I've always skipped this restaurant because I thought it was crazy expensive, but it's actually not as pricey as I thought. Food was just OK. A paella without the crusty part just doesn't feel complete. Caldereta was good. The bacalao was a bit too salty for our taste.

If you’re craving for paellas then you better try it in this place. They have a rich flavor paellas that you must try. Overall I recommend the paella negra. The best one yet. See how I took a photo of an almost an empty dish. 😂 they have a good fine dine setting too.

Good food. We also have it last Christmas. But today, there is a missing order. I ordered Paella Marinera and Lengua in advance last Dec 23 that was for pick up today. Knowing that they always prepare it promptly and accordingly, I did not check the paper package that was sealed with tape. I placed it on top of the Paella's box and carried it together so I did not suspect the missing weight. We only got one order of lengua as seen in the picture, and the label on the lengua looks like number 38, not 318 as shown on the paper bag. This is part of our plan as part of the menu for New Year's eve. I live here in Tagaytay.

Im really sorry for give 2 stars cos the service is top, but the food is a joke to spanish cuisine, we order tortilla de patata, that is very easy to make and they bring us a precoocked mercadona tortilla microwaved quite unsalty not tasty thing... We also order croquetas and, those were not croquetas Man! the main ingredient on croquetas is bechamel and it wasnt there! Instead there was a cheesy cream to spread each cocreta! The desserts are very simple and only philippino shared or very easy to do ones... In spain we eat much better than this!

We liked everything that we ordered. Delicious, not too salty, warm food served with free bread rolls to go along with your meal. We'll try again other dishes, on our next visit. Oh, and the staff/crew are always there to check if u still need anything. Refills drinking water from time to time.

I had an excellent lunch here for my father's birthday. The chorizo was perfectly cooked and the paella marinara was one of the best I have ever eaten. The staff were also lovely.

Alba currently does not offer buffet options but most items in the ala carte menu are available. Delicious food as always. The problem would be their protection measures as they are inconsistent-- i noticed some do not take the guests' temperatures or even ask them to fill out the contact tracing app or form. You could already sit beside each other-- for some it is a welcoming sign of the resto slowly adjusting to the norm but for others, this is putting risk because social distancing measures are not being managed.

😐 I came here with high expectations but those were not met. The food was okay but seems overpriced for the quality and taste. Seafood cioppino - okay but serving size for sharing is small. Quattro staggioni - okay. I've had better pizza in other restaurants. Chicken Italliani's - tastes ordinary. W...
