Our
stay
at
this
hotel
from
June
9th
to
June
11th
left
us
seething
with
frustration
and
disappointment.
If
you
have
any
intention
of
enjoying
a
family
vacation,
I
vehemently
urge
you
to
steer
clear
of
this
place.
Prepare
yourself
for
a
laundry
list
of
problems
that
made
our
stay
a
living
nightmare.
Firstly,
brace
yourself
for
the
absolute
joke
of
an
elevator
situation.
With
only
two
elevators
attempting
to
service
a
mind-boggling
15
or
16
floors,
it's
no
surprise
that
we
were
subjected
to
an
infuriatingly
long
queue
at
the
ground
floor.
The
constant
waiting
and
delays
were
an
exercise
in
patience
we
never
signed
up
for.
But
wait,
it
gets
better
(or
worse,
rather).
Let's
talk
about
their
abysmal
excuse
for
a
parking
system.
Picture
this:
they
hand
you
a
card
with
your
plate
number,
make
a
big
fuss
about
it
being
first
come,
first
served.
You
naively
think
this
card
actually
means
something
as
you
drive
out
of
the
parking
lot,
only
to
be
met
with
incredulous
guards
demanding
to
see
it.
And
when
you
return,
expecting
to
reclaim
your
parking
spot,
they
hit
you
with
the
bombshell
that
the
lot
is
full
and
you
should
go
park
at
the
pay
parking
establishment
behind
the
hotel.
Seriously,
what
on
earth
is
the
point
of
that
useless
card
they
gave
you?
Now,
let's
move
on
to
the
restaurant
on
the
ground
floor.
We
mustered
up
the
energy
to
try
and
dine-in
around
10
am,
only
to
be
met
with
an
utterly
infuriating
response.
They
smugly
informed
us
that
the
restaurant
was
off-limits
due
to
some
supposedly
private
event
and
suggested
we
settle
for
the
lobby
instead.
Fine,
but
guess
what?
When
we
checked
out
well
past
12
pm,
that
so-called
"private
event"
hadn't
even
started
yet!
It
was
painfully
clear
that
the
event
was
slated
for
the
afternoon,
making
their
refusal
to
accommodate
us
a
blatant
display
of
disrespect
and
disregard
for
our
dining
needs.
As
if
all
of
that
wasn't
enough,
the
walls
of
the
rooms
were
paper-thin,
allowing
us
to
be
treated
to
a
symphony
of
banging
beds
throughout
the
night.
The
lack
of
soundproofing
was
absolutely
maddening
and
made
it
impossible
to
get
a
decent
night's
sleep.
Oh,
and
let's
not
forget
the
towel
debacle.
One
of
the
towels
provided
had
conspicuous
dark
marks
on
it,
as
if
they
couldn't
be
bothered
to
ensure
even
basic
cleanliness.
Thankfully,
we
managed
to
find
some
spare
towels,
sparing
ourselves
from
using
the
disgraceful
stained
one.
In
conclusion,
our
experience
at
this
hotel
was
a
fiery
cocktail
of
frustration,
disappointment,
and
rage.
The
elevators,
the
nonsensical
parking
system,
the
inconsiderate
restaurant
staff,
the
lack
of
soundproofing,
and
the
substandard
towels
all
contributed
to
an
unforgettable
experience
for
all
the
wrong
reasons.
Save
yourself
the
agony
and
find
alternative
accommodations
that
won't
leave
you
seething
with
anger.
