Probably the only good thing would be the nice interiors of the room and the pool. The facility is also relatively new. However, if you are sensitive to noise, I can't recommend staying here as the rooms are not well sound proofed. You can hear the traffic noise from the window, noise from the ceiling, noise from the neighboring rooms. Barely couldn't get any sleep 😫 Plus the water in the shower is not hot enough. It was almost a cold shower 😅 And they only have 2 very small elevators for the whole facility which makes the elevator queue line and the wait longer than average. Didn't feel like a 4-star hotel for me. More like 2-3 stars. Book only if you're going for the interiors and the location. Otherwise, probably go for a standard hotel.

One of our go-to hotels in Alabang. We’ve been here 2x already and never disappoints. This is near ATC (walking distance) and other shops. They also follow covid-19 protocols for our safety. The infinity pool is not yet accessible due to current situation but Im sure you’ll love it too once it’s ok for public use after this pandemic.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a lot of times already. I always have a lovely stay in Azumi. We recently stayed there for 3 nights. The AC is working properly, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable. There’s a fridge and microwave inside room so that’s a plus. The location is 10/10. The only downside is the slow elevator but yeah… the staff are also very accommodating.

Completed our quarantine here. Food is not good. Better off not to have the food service and arrange for delivery. Rooms and amenities are standard, okay for the hotel rates. My room was below the swimming pool though, it was noisy and bothered my rest. My refund has not yet been processed and it has been more than a month! Their reason is that the credit card slip was sent to their headquarters and they can't retrieve it, thus delaying the process.

I'm not a fuzzy guest and i understand that there are limitations to my stay as I am under quarantine - paid for by the govt. I stayed here for 9.5 days in a queen size room. The room is OK - acceptable. But some of the items are not well maintained. For one, the water heater is rusty inside and smells like burnt rubber so i never used it. Good thing there is a working microwave oven but the inside is dirty with spilt food and dried sauce that seemed to explode during heating. So i cleaned it first before using. The water pressure is good but the heater seems to be not working properly as i needed to adjust the water temp while/during taking shower. The queen size bed is good - for the first night. But then became lumpy and uneven from the 2nd night onwards. Had to toss and turn every night to find that perfect spot. There is ample cabinet space but who would use that especially if there are only 2 hangers available. Regarding the food. I was kind of expecting for a "carinderia" level with regards to taste quality and quantity. I was wrong in the beginning but then it seems like they were trying to prove my hunch coz each day, the taste, quality and quantity deteriorates. I have photo documentation of the food served during my stay. I am not asking for a grand meal but at least make it a balanced meal. No vegies nor fruits.. vegies are not for garneshing only. So with all of this points, i believe i am being generous with my OK RATE. 🙄

I had a very bad experience at this hotel this year around March of 2022 during my visit from Las Vegas. They're not very nice when you have family visited you. They charged you for another extra room or they can't come in. Poor communication in front desks. After they charged my credit card for the extra room the swing shift lady came and called my room for another extra room for one person. We left at this hotel even was already been paid just to get out of the stress. Such a bad experienced.

Read Til The End. *Expensive for its amenities. *Disappointed with PAID breakfast provided. (3 SWEET SAUSAGES, SPOONFUL OF SCRAMBLED EGG AND RICE WITH A BANANA) *A/C triggered our allergic rhinitis (maybe because they haven't cleaned it yet or bacteria and viruses lingers in the AC unit as they were a QUARANTINE facility for COVID patients before) *The only courteous staff here are the guards. Don't expect courtesy from the receptionist/frontdesk area or elese you will be disappointed. ****THE BEST PART**** If you want to be treated as a prisoner or suspected COVID-19 carrier then this hotel is for you. They will force to wake you up between 6-7 a.m. as they bring you your breakfast😁😁😁

A good choice of hotel if you're looking for a place that's walking distance from Alabang Town Center and Molito area. The rooms are nicely decorated and are very environment friendly. I love the combination of orange and gray in the building. Surrounded by lush greens at the front. What needs improvement is their parking. They should have allotted a parking slot per room. I had to pay an additional 290 Pesos at a covered parking beside them. Another thing they can improve on is the quality of breakfast. Come on. You guys are a four star hotel and you serve our breakfast on bento trays? And the meat used was so processed that we weren't able to finish it at all and just decided to go to the nearest Jollibee. Anyway, those are the things to improve on. Overall other amenities are okay. Bring a swimsuit so you can hang out in their infinity pool.

A perfect go to mini hotel for those who prefer a low-key stay. The place is really peaceful, the rooms are well maintained and the Staff are all great. We tried their bowl meals and it was good that it surprised us as we did not expect anything at all. There are also many food establishments nearby in where you can order or buy food from so you have a lot of options. We love the place and the stay as we wanted a quick getaway from the busy hustle of life and it was the perfect getaway for us.

Fair. Very near to shopping/grocery malls. Rooms are not advisable for a family of five. Bathroom cover should be placed inside the bathroom, not outside (yaiks!) Trash bins don't have wastes bag. Staff are friendly, very accommodating. Generally fair

AWFUL quarantine experience, if you are a tourist/non-Filipino citizen BEWARE the amount of stress that you would go through is unimaginable. The front desk was extremely rude, the manager does not want to speak to the customers. Furthermore, these people do not know the protocols, they lack research and knowledge with quarantine protocols etc. The view was quite nice, the food was enough to get by, it's reminiscent to can food.

On my second day of quarantine. There were some issues yesterday so I posted a review about it. Few hours later, the management reached out to me but I wasn't able to talk to them because I was so sleepy. They were able to resolve my issues within few hours. Now, I am a happy customer! Thank you Azumi for looking into this. Your way of going beyond to satisfy your customers is highly commendable!

For the price I paid I didn't expect much. The interior theme of the lobby is confusing. Farmhouse vs European travel theme? Free packaged breakfast was meh. It had 3 paper thin slices of apple that tasted like water and 3 very sweet sausages. I got insect bites all over my body which I got in my room. I've traveled around the world and it's my first time to experience that a hotel will call you to check out early 2 hrs before check out time because there will be a long line at check out time while threatening not to return 2K deposit if check out is late. Then the staff in front called my name upon check out like we're closely related, no respect but the foreigners were respected. Didn’t even ask how our stay was so service has room for much improvement. Hotel is located close to Alabang-Zapote road so it was noisy. The only good thing is the proximity to the malls. Security has room for improvement especially if you enter by parking area on the 2nd flr. IMHO there are better hotels in the area for the same price range. Not booking here again.

After a long trip, we checked in at 9 pm with a confirmed reservation. The first thing the receptionist told us was, that our reservation needed verification that would take at least one hour so we should sit and wait to be notified. Strangely ridiculous! During check-in, the receptionist was disorganized and even left the front desk for 15 minutes. It took us almost 2 hours from arrival to getting into our room. Invoice was not available upon payment. No parking. In the photo is another guest waiting for a receptionist at the front desk. Unacceptable inconvenience at its best. Another receptionist came out sporting a t-shirt that seemed to be a home wear. Very unprofessional.

Good sized room for 1-2 pax. Very clean except for some tile grout that came off. Huge mirror, microwave, fridge, day bed and big closets are big plus++. Small balcony to get fresh air and vitamin D. I like the non-carpeted floor. Cold ac, high water pressure, sufficient heater. Minor issue is wifi speed below 9-15mbps. Fun fact: the lobby restaurant/room service is actually Romulo Cafe', a very good Filipino restaurant. They didn't mention this until I called reception to ask for the missing in room dining menu.

Azumi boutique hotel in Alabang – is a good option if you need a place to crash after drinks when in Alabang. The GOOD: • The rates are reasonable. • The room is nice and clean. Well lit. Smells okay. • Very close to Molito. The BAD: • The pool and bar area are too small.

2nd time to stay at Azumi and both times we were very satisfied. Great service, clean rooms, and reasonably priced. Close to Molito where there are lots of places to eat and drink. Also walking distance to Alabang Town Center. Their Filipino buffet breakfast was also very good (excluded from room rate). Overall stay was very good!

Azumi Hotel has great interiors and a quiet location in the heart of Alabang. It is accredited as a quarantine hotel and traveling from America, I had to stay here for 10 days as mandated by Philippine law. Their rates are higher than regular hotel rates but as Quarantine patrons, we are restricted from going out of rooms - leaving it all to the establishment's services to fend for ourselves. The staff are lovely and attentive but the amenities and extra charges are quite offputting. There is no daily cleaning of the rooms for quarantine guests and I am offered cleaning materials to clean the room and washroom myself. There are fees for bringing up your food to your room from food delivery - we are left with no choice because we can't leave the rooms. This could have at least been offset by the lack of cleaning services. The worst experience of all --- the infuriating, frustrating super slow internet. They run an allegedly 70mbps speed but shared in all of the hotel, diluting that bandwidth to nil -- making streaming, -- including important zoom meetings incredibly disappointing and impossible. This is after already negotiating with IT to whitelist some of my streaming devices.

My child and I stayed here for 8 days quarantine. I chose this because this is the least expensive hotel I found in the southern manila area that had microwave and ref. During the first half of our stay, we did not avail of full board and meals because I predicted that we'll probably be too jet lagged during most of the times when they'll be serving the meals. Also, they allow delivery with P50 handling fee per delivery which is reasonably priced and we were able to minimize this since there is a full sized ref/microwave. I was not planning to get the full board meals but the quarantine rules kept changing around the time of our stay. So I don't get phone charges, I had to ask someone else to call Agoda (where I booked) to shorten our stay and just booked the extension directly at the hotel as needed. The extension included full board and meals and the rate is almost the same as booking online without the meals. It's as if my child and I got the meals for free. The meals seems were also balanced so it was really worth it. Some items for improvement: no hot water in the shower in the latter part of the stay, piece by piece when giving supplies like garbage bags (they should give enough for the duration of the stay all at one time to lessen contact).

We've stay in this hotel for the Halloween season. There is a trick or treat party in the morning and adult Halloween party at night. The party was fun theres a cocktail booth with unlimited drinks, unfortunately we did not use the free access of the infinity pool because the weather is too cold. But overall we enjoy our stay and the party. Planning to come back soon.

In order to express my happiness, I would like to thank the Azumi Boutique Hotel for making that night unforgettable. We attended the Halloween party on the last November, and we had a great time because the hotel has a pool at the top with a beautiful view over the entire party. Many guests also participated, especially those who dressed up.

Halloweekend with Azumi Review of Azumi Boutique Hotel Pending review We stayed here for 2 nights on October 28-30, 2023. In the morning, we joined the Halloweekend for the kids and the poolside party for adults in the evening. Always a great stay! We've been staying at this hotel since 2018 and they never disappoint! The rooms are clean and relaxing, the bed is super comfortable and the infinity pool has a breathtaking city view and great heated water temperature, perfect for the kids! Huge shoutout to RJ Banega, our housekeeping attendant and his supervisor Joshua who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. Props for their Hulk and Joker costumes! Accessible, impeccable service, professional staff, great amenities, fun events, and clean spacious and relaxing rooms.

We stayed Jan 2023 and all i could say is....not worth your money. First off...we had a hard time parking because they had limited parking space. It was already full so they recommended the car park at the back and we had to pay for overnight parking. 🥺 The main lobby was okay but problem with elevator. Staff and guests use the same one so mostly crowded and no guest relations encountered whatsoever. Front main guard was watching YT and talking to someone via live chat...what the??? Another main issue was the room we stayed in was shabby. The plants outside the balcony were withered..seems no one was taking care of them. Not well kept i should say. Swimming pool area as well. Water was slimy in my opinion. Did not attempt to swim. Please improve maintenance and cleanliness in all areas, even though it is only a boutique hotel...cleanliness is next to Godliness as they say.

The staff was great especially the doormen/guards. Too bad there was maintenance in the afternoon outside the room when I checked in so the drilling in our room could be heard. Loved the infinity pool especially the night view

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The checking-in was fast and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided me with a good night's rest.(clean room, clean sheets and pillows )The staff were all very courteous and attentive to my needs.the aircon is good (really cold which I liked). Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient and easily accessible. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, especially due to their excellent pool. The pool area is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery. The water is crystal clear and inviting. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who loves to swim and relax by the pool.

This has grown a lot since the first time I've been here. The lobby is quite full nowadays. It's location is off-traffic, guests can walk around the picturesque area with the fire trees in full bloom now. Oh and don't ever miss savoring the sumptuous food selections at Cafe Romulo downstairs.

Our stay at this hotel from June 9th to June 11th left us seething with frustration and disappointment. If you have any intention of enjoying a family vacation, I vehemently urge you to steer clear of this place. Prepare yourself for a laundry list of problems that made our stay a living nightmare. Firstly, brace yourself for the absolute joke of an elevator situation. With only two elevators attempting to service a mind-boggling 15 or 16 floors, it's no surprise that we were subjected to an infuriatingly long queue at the ground floor. The constant waiting and delays were an exercise in patience we never signed up for. But wait, it gets better (or worse, rather). Let's talk about their abysmal excuse for a parking system. Picture this: they hand you a card with your plate number, make a big fuss about it being first come, first served. You naively think this card actually means something as you drive out of the parking lot, only to be met with incredulous guards demanding to see it. And when you return, expecting to reclaim your parking spot, they hit you with the bombshell that the lot is full and you should go park at the pay parking establishment behind the hotel. Seriously, what on earth is the point of that useless card they gave you? Now, let's move on to the restaurant on the ground floor. We mustered up the energy to try and dine-in around 10 am, only to be met with an utterly infuriating response. They smugly informed us that the restaurant was off-limits due to some supposedly private event and suggested we settle for the lobby instead. Fine, but guess what? When we checked out well past 12 pm, that so-called "private event" hadn't even started yet! It was painfully clear that the event was slated for the afternoon, making their refusal to accommodate us a blatant display of disrespect and disregard for our dining needs. As if all of that wasn't enough, the walls of the rooms were paper-thin, allowing us to be treated to a symphony of banging beds throughout the night. The lack of soundproofing was absolutely maddening and made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Oh, and let's not forget the towel debacle. One of the towels provided had conspicuous dark marks on it, as if they couldn't be bothered to ensure even basic cleanliness. Thankfully, we managed to find some spare towels, sparing ourselves from using the disgraceful stained one. In conclusion, our experience at this hotel was a fiery cocktail of frustration, disappointment, and rage. The elevators, the nonsensical parking system, the inconsiderate restaurant staff, the lack of soundproofing, and the substandard towels all contributed to an unforgettable experience for all the wrong reasons. Save yourself the agony and find alternative accommodations that won't leave you seething with anger.

Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

Availed room with packed breakfast. We enjoyed our stay because the bed is comfy and the hotel is nearby restos. The packed breakfast is so-so but a dip to the pool at night made our stay memorable. We made fun of the see-through wall at the pool area 😉

Stayed for mandatory quarantine but will probably not book here again. I opted here because my usual place was fully booked and I remember the views here were better. A decision I now regret. 😔 The room was alright, but the space was small. there are other choices that offer a better living space. There was a balcony on the Queen room I stayed in but the door was locked, so no fresh air for 9 days. I have stayed here before years ago but it feels different now. Kinda lost its charm. Looks like it wasn't maintained properly. Or maybe the quarantine rooms offered were not the best ones. the room was also dimly lit especially on the desk area. No desk lighting, so no work could be done there at night. There was no regular cleaning done as it was a quarantine facility yet no cleaning materials were provided. Only one set of toiletries were provided for the 9 nights. One of the many cost-cutting/money making schemes? 😞 I opted for the package with full board meals but their meal offerings were nothing to be excited about. Minimal servings with a huge portion of rice. Chicken every evening😉. The other hotel I stayed always had a soup and salad each meal, plus a juice drink. Not even veggies were on the meals here. Very balanced😒 There was 10 liters of water provided, not enough for 10 days. You have to pay extra for additional bottles. 100 pesos for a 5 liter bottle!! You won't get your 8 glasses a day here without shelling more I tell you. With the extra amount you pay for full board meals, you'll fair better if you get those online meals you can arrange weekly. You can have your daily deliveries, however you have to pay a "handling fee" of 50 pesos EVERYTIME you get something delivered and sent up to your room. Geez. And the internet! Oh the it was horrible!!! connections always drop out, that's if you can connect. There's no security/password to their wifi so anyone can connect. Hundreds are probably sharing whatever bandwidth they have. There's cable tv but expect the minimum plan from Sky, so there were not a lot of channels. You are also charged upfront. I was actually charged for the first night even before I arrived. Then the next 8 nights upon arrival. Not sure if it's standard practice but there's something iffy about charging your guests before they even start their stay. 😒 And so you know, there's also an additional 1000 pesos for incidental charges they ask from you per night, 5k for 6 nights up. It's on hold on your card. I do hope it's a better experience if you are not staying for quarantine. There are better choices in the area if you are going to stay for quarantine. Maybe I'll stay here if I have no other choice and hopefully it's a better experience.

Quarantine facility for the OFWs like our batch last January 2021, The staffs are attentive and approachable. The room is very nice cozy and clean. However, every MEALS that were sent to us were VERY LESS specially the main dish. My second day , I requested if they could add some more portion of the main menu but ended up the same as our first day up to the last day of our stay there. Overall stay is average.

They're firm with admitting for luxury, good thing I got my industry is BPO, which they allowed. I worked here during my stay. I love the bed, the pillow, the view at night, they even have a lounge in the Penthouse.

Quarantine for Returning Non-OFW Today is my last day here in Azumi and I will surely miss my 10 days here. Everything is great from my Arrival date upto my check out today. My whole 10 days stay was a really boring as I dont have so much things to do at room but thanks to the Staff of this hotel, they help me ease my boredom by providing all the things I am asking. Food was great as well, but what I love the most is their Garden Room that is really big, Especially being stock in a four corners, this garden balcony really help me for the fast 10 days I been here . I really recommend this hotel, especially if you prefer to breath fresh air once in a while, since 10 days quarantine is very loooong and tiring . Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectation 🖐️.

I was there for a 10 days quarantine. The room was clean shower has a clear glass can see outside while having a shower nice. there was a fridge and microwave for a quarantine it was nice to have for a 10 days quarantine. There is a balcony just ask reception to unlock the door. It was a blessing to have a balcony for a 10 day quarantine get fresh air and watch what's going on outside. TV not many stations and small no light for the desk at night a bit annoying. I ordered my food throught food panda. Food panda is the best to order food from any restaurant around. Can order grocery too from that app. The hotel charge 50 pesos to deliver the food to my room. Internet was very good. When internet would disconnect I call reception and an employee would come.up right away and reset it. The staff very polite and fast on service. My favorite was JoAnn she was like my everyday sunshine🌞 amazing woman. Shes not shy to speak to a foreigner makes it easier for me when they are not too shy. Made shure I was alright always. The down sides when on check in i found out they only exchange American money I'm Canadian and they would not exchange my money quite a surprise when getting ready to be prisoner of a room for 10 days with no pesos. And when on check out they have a surprise charge fee for delivery of my food to my room for my stay there. Luckily I ordered my food and grocery from food panda with a credit card I think it was around 700 pesos charge for the food service of the hotel. They don't exchange my money then they have a surprise charge for food service how I'm I suppose to pay for that. A gentleman sitting in the hall offered to pay my bill wow I was impress. P.S. I would not eat the food from the hotel. Didn't look like much, I think the hospital food would be better.

Chose to stay here due to proximity to an event we were attending. We chose a room at the higher floor with a balcony but surprise -- the sliding doors to the balcony was permanently locked with a signage that says it's under maintenance. Check-in may be improved since it needs to happen BEFORE you are allowed to access the Azumi Boutique Hotel parking since the guard on duty won't let you park without a guest room number. Signatures were needed upon check-in so you would have to leave the car on hazard so all guests can check-in prior to parking access. It was inefficient, hopefully they are able to give the check-in details as the booking was prepaid anyway. Azumi is a mixed-use facility and paid quarantine facility. Breakfast is delivered on disposable containers. No phones at the rooms but they have free in-room wifi and dedicated viber numbers for front desk service. A restaurant concessionaire, Cafe Romulo, is available at the hotel lobby. They are open until 10pm. There's a variety of available good restaurants though within walking distance at Molito Lifestyle Center and Alabang Town Center.

We visited Azumi before the pandemic (Around June 2019). The room was cozy. Even the gym seemed small but it was still enough space for me. Their food was awesome and they offered a lot of options on their buffet. There was even a corner for a Taho Vendor (Soya Pudding). The pool on the roof top with the view of the city was truly an amazing experience.

the servers are very cordial. the place is awesome as the ac is just right and it's somewhere you could eat peacefully esp at night after work. the kare-kare is impressive minus the alamang (as it was kinda salty). the servings are good for sharing (if youre not that much of an eater haha). guess they could try to improve the taste of their ramen as it was really not what i expected it to be for the price of PHP250. it tasted more of beef mami, but it's decent enough for a cold evening.

Good for staycation, access to malls and restaurants a plus. The infinity pool on the roofdeck is its best feature. Rooms are a bit small but for the price and location it is already good.

Clean and neat in every detail. Recommendable room space. Complete kitchen appliance (except for cookware of course). 24/7 Aircondition available even when your outside. Full of glass interior. The only drawback is the drinking water. Sometimes its a 5 liter per room but sometimes just 1bottle of 500ml

So cozy …. Great place for staycation . Nice staffs . Unique lobby and beautiful outdoor infrong of the hotel. Nice pool area. There is not much fancy about the room …. But its clean and just right for the price. Free breakfast are packed meals. Over-all stay was definitely awesome esp in their pool area. ❤️❤️❤️

We visited the Romulo's Cafe at the Ground floor of Azumi Hotel. I would suggest to have your reservation done if you wouldn't like to wait for so long to be seated. The staff are very accommodating too.

We had a perfect experience here! Room was well-prepared, the staff provided excellent service, and the hotel is very near commercial establishments. This is our 3rd time here already and we will definitely go back.
