I recently stayed at this hotel for less than an hour and book a different hotel right away. Here's why. The bed mattress was only 4 inch foam, which is very uncomfortable to sleep.The 2 bedsheets are extremely thin whichdidnt provide much comfort. The bathroom was another letdown. It has an unpleasant smell. The bathtub was not only difficult to get in and out due to its unusual height, being 10 inches taller than the normal tub. It is made of plastic and felt unsafe. Moreover, it didn't drain properly, adding to the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the AC didn't work properly,making it difficult to find relief from heat.

The lobby and reception are in the area of ​​a 2 - 3 star hotel. Due to the corona pandemic, guests luggage / service in separate drives is still acceptable first impression of the room max 2 stars after closer inspection, the housing air condition is dirty. Curtain rod with bracket covered by a solid layer of dust. There has been no cleaning recently in the corners of the floor. TV screen smeared glass table top smeared. Under the mattress not cleaned for a long time (a lot of solid dust). Artificial leather mattress with numerous cracks and damage. CR Room Disgusting Sink shows some cracks. Faucet Heavily oxidized Shower faucet heavily oxidized. Switching ceiling shower - hand shower not possible Shower panel cannot be used. All small openings clogged by oxidation. Soap tray covered with soap residue and oxidizing metal. Shower walls full of soap residue. Telephone intercom. Connection room to reception very poor quality. Internet very often fails due to poor quality. Room service poor. Food delivered cold. Air conditioning very loud, exchanged after a complaint but without success (immediately after commissioning, icing up immediately. Room very noisy. No hot water. Annoying very loud noises due to construction work in the building.

Nice hotel with outstanding service with great staff. Really liked this place. Would stay here again when ln Las Pinas

This is our nth time with them and they have been consistent with the cleanliness of their rooms... the staff are indeed remarkably giving their best to provide quality customer service. from parking to reception or lobby area to the accommodation and resto.. they are of cozy and peaceful ambiance.. kudos to them

Location is good because there's a mall nearby. There are also convenience stores around if you need a quick bite or buy hygiene needs.

Very good space and location is accessible. Service is acceptable with a secure delivery of service. Affordable prices with promotions to offer. Observation - one of the hotels used to help OFW from quarantine center and medical center. Food has variety and themed drinks are available.

The room was horrible. Some things of concern: bathtub didn't drain quickly (you'd end up standing in your own bathwater), bathtub base was mounted up 3 inches higher (see photos) - difficult to get in and out (impossible for older folks), bathtub made of of some plastic like material - flexes when you stand on it, blanket is thin but maybe it's international because the AC doesn't seem to get cold enough, mattress seems to be wrapped in plastic, TP is napkins that you'd find on restaurant tables - no actual TP rolls Booked a few nights, but left before the first night cause it just felt uncomfortable. Hotel offered room switch, but I was already disappointed by what I've seen I wasn't expecting it to get better so I just opted to leave. Was hoping to get some money back, but got nothing.

The room was decent although some light bulbs were not working. The service crew are accommodating and very attentive. The location is perfect. It is at the very center and close to everything.

The showers need fixing, and so the sink. I have to change from suite to standard because there's no hot water on 6th floor Once We transferred to 3rd floor , the other shower is not working, but I have hot water. There's free breakfast everyday. The people are very friendly and sometimes Attentive.. I had a nice stay, we are close to shopping mall, just crossed the street.

Thefood on poor services would be address seriously how to tackle with time management on how should be done on their perspective time to deliver the food atleast 5 minutes on the given time to the guests to wait with appropriate manner to call the guests somehow that the order food might have a certain delays rather than the guests to call the front desk to follow up their order food when and how it would be and therefore close supervision in the kitchen must be learn and practice especially for room food services.Waiting for ages for food is like hell! 20-30 minutes of waiting is more than enough to starve the guests. Room must have water kettle heater/coffee/tea (sachet)for free for the guests as hotel has to offer. That's a basic needs for the guests to stay in the room. Room cleaning must be at everyday routine. As I observed and sad to say Eurotel Las Piñas is just a basic and typical Filipino food for breakfast such ashamed for Europian/western people cant enjoy their breakfast.

Location is very accessible, affordable room prices. Public transportation is available. Recommended for budget and business travel.

Economic 3 Stars hotel. Value for money you paid . Easy check in and check out. Reception staff is helpful. Located on the main road many cars and motorbikes day at night choose a room at the backside. The hotel is opposite SM South Mall

First time check in @ Eurotel Las Pinas. The Promo Price Outside is different from where you where inside the front desk tell that the available rate for rooms. That's why make additional budget to stay.

Very good for transient visitors in the Las Piñas area. A stone's throw away from SM Southmall. Public Transportation is abundant and the service is superb not to mention very courteous.

Can't lower the thermostat, lousy customer service, bad location. It was noisy besides which.

Room quality is expected for the price. It was clean but lacked some of the free toiletries my wife and I expected.

The cheapest hotel that I check so far, with clean and good service & location just near SM southmall.

Alright, this was our go to. However, after 3 more stays of bad rooms, bad wifi, poor service. That was it for us. It was the wifi and the signal, lack thereof that was the worst part of it. Better go to hop inn.

Good price, good location, good parking. Across the road to SM Southmall. Helpful staff. If you're staying overnight, take the studio for 10 hours at P799 promo. The standard room, for the same amount of time, is at P1240 at almost no difference in room size.

Coffee shop needs improvement. Menus & food obviously done by unexperienced "chef". "Spam" s a spam😢 Took time for side orders of eggs to arrive... ordered Corned Beef a la carte...Bacon & eggs were delivered🙄 maybe understaff

The aircon sucks. It’s so expensive for a room with poor aircondition.

Services are very poor. You are required by the government to quarantine for 10 days. So you are stuck in the room for this long and you cannot do anything but to wait. Food are not being serve on time and when you ask for amenities you have to wait for at least 20 - 30 minutes before you get it. Staff are not friendly at all. I will not recommend this hotel to incoming visitors.

Never again. What a miserable experience. Good appearance from outside. Acceptable appearance from the lobby. Then things went downhill fast. No hot water. Elevators didn't work. Bed was uncomfortable. Walls paper thin - might just as well of had the lady and her daughter in the next room in our room. I would sleep in the car next time before staying here.

Not bad for it's price

I hate to comment bad on hotels and people worked on it,but this is exemptional as I have the worst stay and the worst employee encountered.. everyone was nice except the person that brought us our breakfast. Besides being rude, he barehandedly hold the stiring stick for our drinks. No hot water, dirty toilet. Rather than those things, pleasant welcome and polite attitude of those in the front desk. Also, the place is a quarantine facility, mixed with paying guest? Same floor/corridor... I am hoping the management can look on this greavances, things can be improved and attitudes can be change. Hope next time we come we can put positive comments...
