Good affordale stay My only complain is the stairs The accomodations are at the 3rd floor and there is no elevator

The property itself is unreachable. The landline number connected to this hotel is a Manila number and nobody answers it. Called their mobile number and only be told just show your booking ID and no one will answer the phones because it is a holiday. It is amazing to hear that in this century, hotel hospitality is cancelled on holidays for customers (who have paid).

Worst hotel/ hostel/ inn/ motel ever. Waxy or oily floor Foul smells in some rooms Poor wifi Only kapamilya shows in some rooms. Eeewww. Not issuing receipts for food purchases. Some bathrooms have leaks with odors Inconsistent service Everyday asking you to pay your bills. Too bad.

The price is right. My babygirl didn't like the bathroom water, smelled strange. The card that opens the room door wasn't functioning, we went downstairs to let them know about the situation and they sent someone to fix the battery. The ac is very slow to cool the room. The TV is extremely low and there are many rules than a city of Chicago has laws.

Most of the products have damage. They're also cluttering. They only open one counter so we have to wait for a very long line.

A nice hotel at low cost. Rooms are small but they have very loud A/C. Window overlooking next building 24 inches away.

The air con do not have strong cooling effect can be better

I really came to love this hotel even though I felt it was rather rough at first. I had a cosy room and good wifi and the staff are good and I'm glad I stayed here and I look forward to going again.
