It gets the job done. I stayed for about two weeks in three separate rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. However, the rooms, while clean, all had something wrong. Either there was no hot water, the air-con was broken, there was ants everywhere or the fridge sounds like an airplane taking off, one room stank horrendously like a sewer. But: clean towels, bed sheets, friendly staff.

Website has pictures of the room so you get to see what you're getting when you choose, it also provides their number and email for communication and inquiries. I booked mine directly through their website but I called to make it easier for me to reserve a room, prices vary depending on how you book, which room you pick and if it includes breakfast (get the breakfast, it's good.) Location is easy to access since it's beside the main road of Dr Acadio Santos Ave, and it's easy to see since you also have a picture of the front of the hotel and a map to use from their website. I paid 1000 php for a downpayment since that option was cheaper instead of paying their standard rate for walk-ins. You get an email when you reserve and another email to confirm your deposit. The one who answered my call was kind to answer my questions and clarifications without any fuss. When I arrived there, their entrance is on the side of the bldg beside the entrance to the subdivision nearby. The security guard was kind enough to assist us with parking and even suggested where to park my motorcycle for better safety, they have parking in front of the bldg and behind it. The receptionist was kind and gave a nice greeting and was pleasant to talk to. I paid the balance for the room and shown my valid ID for security reasons, and then the ID card was given afterwards. You'd think it might be noisy inside the rooms being the hotel is beside the main road, but they actually have options for quieter rooms which was facing the subdivision instead of the main road (That's what I picked since I work remotely at night). The AC was good, TV screen quality was good, but I plugged in my laptop and didn't use their modem for channels (I prefer Netflix hehe). It was also spacious like the bathroom. They provided toiletries like towels, soap toothbrush and toothpaste, and even a cotton pad for make up I think, as well as a few cotton swabs. Body wash and shampoo was in a dispenser in the shower, their sink is big enough to be comfortable using without spilling any water on your feet and the toilet flushes nicely. The bed is soft and they provided a blanket and 2 pillows. They also have some hangers for your clothes and a blow dryer for your hair. At night it was quiet and the lighting in the room was good, they even have a night light beside the bed that we used since we didn't want it too bright. Outside food was allowed, we had pizza delivered directly our room, courtesy of hotel staff picking up the food up and the change as well. Early in the morning we still had leftover pizza that the hotel staff gladly reheated for us, and they also have an electric kettle upon request. Two 350ml water bottles were provided upon our arrival and 2 more the following day, for free (when we asked our pizza to be reheated, we also ordered some beverages, you pay for it as you get in your room). In the morning, breakfast is served at 7am to 10am. If you took this option, which I hope you did, you will be treated to a hearty meal with free coffee or water to flush it down. We called prior going down so the meals arrived at our table rather quickly. Our options were Lumpiang Shanghai and Pork Tocino, both had an additional fried egg, We tried both and we loved both. The first extra rice you get is FREE, for me who loves extra rice this was a blessing hahaha. Afterwards we enjoyed our free coffee and Milo, they even prepared it for us. We checked out around 30 mins before time and it was simply and easy, I just handed our card they checked the room, and then they returned my security deposit. It was raining that time so we chilled in the lobby for the meantime. Overall the experience was great, the room was great, the staff was pleasant, and the food was delicious. 10/10 will book here again.

Our stay was amazing. Situated in a very accessible from the airport and right in front of SM mall, I can say security was already at its top performance. Check-in was smooth and value for room stay was also a winner. The staff were quick enough to respond and assist me. Employees were also very courteous. Definitely a recommended stay for those seeking to find that staycation feels and self-isolation especially with family !! :)

The room was very clean when I arrived. Nice and affordable. The hotel is located on the main road so easy to access everywhere! Definitely, I will come back with my family again 잘 지내다 갑니다!

I was satisfied with my stay at the Grami Hotel. The staff were very friendly and listened to my requests. I really liked the breakfast. There was no problem with parking. The location is in front of SM Mall, so it was good to buy things and move to other places. I was able to rest well during my stay here :)

Good clean room. Comfortable bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. Location is not the greatest but it's directly across the road from a large modern mall.

I was torn between rating this a 2 or a 3. The staff is what gave it the edge. This is a smaller older hotel. Not hot water kettle in the room. No microwave. No amenities to speak of... The WiFi was GREAT! But the TV reception was just okay. Picture wasn't very clear. The room safe did not work... It's a nice place if you're just going to sleep...

Main road access near SLEX. Cool, quiet air-con, large LED TV, small ref mini bar. Room service by Korean resto at ground floor. Security safe provided and also WiFi and free breakfast. However, there was no water kettle/heater so you can't have hot drinks. The hotel is not luxurious by any means but it provides sufficient comfort at a reasonable price.

i booked through agoda， 2xxx peso，when I get there 7pm, theres no light, door closed, I asked the guard nearby the said this hotel was closed because pandemic long ago. Then i try to call their landline ,no one answer. And i try to msg them on agoda messenger no one reply. But after 3 days whrn i ask them to refund , theres someone reply ,sorry we cant refund because we are open. SCAMMER!!!

Great hotel, i came here for family business and not pleasure and this hotel was able to fulfill everything i needed. Amazing employee and security team. Walking distance to SM Mall.

If you love korean food. You should visit this place. They offer beef or pork and beef & pork with 6 side dishes, unlimited.

A quarantine hotel that had no food available!!! Good that we had a friend that showed us how to order delivery, but the first day we were a bit hungry.

Friendly, accommodating and helpful hotel staff.. Truly a relaxing n enjoyable stay! I would suggest that the hotel include complimentary coffee, tea n electric kettle inside the rooms though! Other than that, it's perfect!

Hair, stains and insects crawling around in my bed , never been happier to leave a place. Shower had zero pressure. Only saving grace was the night porter who was really helpful and responsive.

The price is right and the service is good overall.

I like the location, but had problems with the room, strong pesticide smell so I had to look for another one, then the AC of the other room wasn't working. Staff was helpful and fixed things right away. I think they used oil based pesticide/insecticide It had a strong smell. I was nauseous and the smell still sticks. I hope this would be fixed. Or they should make sure that there is no smell. This would be bad for the guests. Again the staff were helpful

It's not a 5 star hotel but 5 stars for service and accommodation. The staff is very friendly. They will open doors for you, greet you with a smile, and answer questions you may have. The air con works great too. The complimentary breakfast is also delicious and cooked fresh for you. If you need them to watch your bags for a few hours before or after check-in, they will and keep them safe. When going back to Paranaque City, I will stay there again.
