My friend celebrated his wedding here. Such nice place, you have the overlooking view of the sea. Staff are very accommodating.

It's a nice little resort perfect for any occasion whether it be a birthday party or a wedding reception and even just for group meetings with a little R&R. They have a nicely-sized swimming pool, dining area, and some VIP function rooms. Their new rennovations that they did over the past years really improved the place, though they do need to upgrade some of their facilities quite a bit. In conclusion, Villa Theresa is a good place for swimming or parties or any occasion. A good place to visit here in Cavite City.

I will try to be fair to both sides as much as possible. I think before anyone even considers going here they have to look at the location and research the service they provide. Very poor service and the staff were not helpful at all, worse of all they were accusing us of being disrespectful. I think asking for help and demanding service we deserve is not a definition of disrespect. Anyone who is curious if this os true or not will be more than welcome to try and see for yourself. Really bad customer service.

It has been a while since I've seen and been in this humble yet exclusive like Villa/Resort , it is still one of best Cavite city has to offer.

It is a good venue for a birthday party since it could accomodate up to 100 people. Their pool and function hall are well maintained, and the high ceiling of the hall allowed us to get creative in the design of the party.

Good venue for occasions with up to 100 people. Well-maintained enough that it still looks relatively new. However, they should regularly clean their ceiling light fixtures. All of them look like they have a lot of dead insect remains. Thankfully, there are no air currents that high to disturb the mess and rain the disgusting carcasses on the event-goers below. Also note that there is no dedicated parking for the venue and street parking is the only option. It's a good thing that the venue is in a not-so-busy area, but I feel sorry for the residents living nearby.
