    Terrible LTO. Especially Chief Sherwin J. Lontok is rediculous guy. For renewal my driver license, he said I can't renew my Philippines driver license because I have tourist visa and also I have to do driving Test too. I already have Philippines driver license and for renewal I must do driving road test? No countries do driving test for renewal!!! I already had medical, and written 25 questions test passed... and more driving test? Then it's not renewal but new!!! So I went to Laspiña LTO and within one hour finished renewal my Philippines driver license. Don't go Kawit LTO, if you are foreigners. I felt it's corrupted from the Top. Really ridiculous place !!!!

    it took me 9 hours to renew my driver's license. too many busted lights inside, some chairs are rusted or damage. even the AC units on the applicant area are not working.. you need to pay for parking and toilet use. the agent (old man na may konting bigote na panay hikab) on window 4 is too slow. please look at this LTO and DOTr. thank you.

    S.O.B Insurance , operating in Kawit , Cavite. and Square and Compass Emission Test Issue: I went to their office to avail of a Third Party Liability insurance and Emission Test which I need to renew the registration of our motorcycle to LTO kawit District office. Upon stating my intention,the lady at the window ask me if "magpapalakad po kayo sir?" 2,100 pesos po. I answered NO and ask how much is the total , she said , 1,100 Pesos (600 for tpl and 500 for emission). I waited 3hrs before my number was called for the smoke test and after paying and receiving the results I immediately submitted it it to the S.O.B. Insurance office Window, the lady said it will take time and that I have to wait since they can not authenticate my papers because the server is OFFLINE. I waited another 30 mins before I ask again if its ready , she said they dont know when it will be online, and even pointed to the other guy waiting , and she said that he was already waiting for an hour. I went inside the LTO office and ask the help desk if they are offline and when will they be online again, the help desk person said they were not offline, I told her what the insurance lady said and she told me to confirm why dont I go to the I.T. guy on the other building named Webster, and He confirmed they were never offline. I went back to the SOB Insurance office and it was a miracle that they said they are now online and is already aithenticating my papers. They are deliberately delaying the transactions so that once people hears that it will take time to finish the processes, they will instead opt to pay them extra to fix their registrations and just comeback after 2 days. they thought I will get tired and bored and just pay them and let them process my papers for me. sariling lakad : total: 1,350 pesos palakad sa kanila : 2,100 pesos balikan mo after 2 days

    Service is abit slow. Waiting area is not air-conditioned. It took almost 6 hrs to renew my license.

    Fast and very efficient service during my vehicle renewal. Altho experince may vary from person to person. I can say that for me, they did well. I was out and finished in less than an hour. With 50%man power during this MECQ in cavite.

    All staff are nice and courteous except for Juliet at Window 5. She is soo rude and inconsiderate especially to people who can't hear well. She shouts and use offensive words. I hope they would do something about this rude behavior.

    Cant renew second hand vehicle if its not under your name? This is outrageous! I used to renew car registration the past few years, but now they started implementing online portal and they will not accept if the car is not under your name??? what a JOKE

    After being disappointed last year on my motorcycle registration due to unavailability of emission testing centers. This LTO branch have improved. I had my registration in just a couple of hours...kudos LTO Kawit for the improvement you made...

    Came in early morning. Wasn't able to proceed since there was no connection, operations resumed after lunch. Not a good experience.

    No wonder why there were more "sad faces" in the "not satisfied" box than in the "i'm satisfied" box(suggestion & complaint boxes) . One of the worst government institutions ever. Most of the staff had a hard time wearing a smile, all serious faced, maybe to avoid being approached. We came an hour before the opening time(8am) for us to be able to finish early, but to no avail, as I write this review(2:38pm), we're still here waiting for the document to be released. Twice we experienced the offline service in two hour interval. Staff were not coherent and consistent, each has different requirements.

    DL renewal is very slow.There is no systematic procedure.need to ask before you go in a que.congested small room for renewal and waiting room fo companion have no airconditioning.higher management should check how to speed up procedures

    Waiting for almost half of the day because of the system error. I strongly suggest if the your system is not fully ready do not use it during operation period do the manual instead.

    Not really fair to spend 8 hours frpm 7 am to 3 pm, for a drivers license renewal and an additional code. I hope LTO Kawit could improve their system, the encoding itself in window 1 took me almost 4 hours, why? Then the long line up of those who will undergo exam for the first time. I lost a day of work. Very disappointing.

    Fair place, went here for renewal of my driver's license. took around 4 hours from medical until releasing. The only complain was the lack of air-conditioning. That's it. More power to the accomodating staffs.

    Accommodating, respectful and service-oriented officers and staff. Going beyond the usual government office service hours. Guides well new applicants regarding the process unlike other LTO office which has their so-called appointment system and quota of only 50 applicants per day. Kudos to the staff and management of LTO Kawit! Hopefully the LTO national can provide more budget for this office to improve their office furnitures and facilities to complement the office’s excellent service.
