Large place to commemorate the Battle of Alapan that took place on May 28th of 1898. This is a relatively new area developed by the Imus local government unit to hold events and the like during the Flag Day and Independence Day. You can enter this location for free. We dropped by via bikes and had the place to ourselves.

A nice park that should be encouraged to be used by the public. There's a toilet inside but is not maintained properly.

This place is still under construction. The roads are also (supposedly) under construction. If only I have a sticker in Lancaster, I will avoid going in this area, especially this rainy season. There are big trucks going this way, in a very slender road.

There is nothing much to see here yet. The area still has developments on-going.

While it is a nice place to stop by, Construction is ongoing all over the surroundings of the place.

Good site to give respect to our Filipino pride. But, one down side, the neatby places are still on the process for development. And the location could be easily be sum'ed up by this: "There is no shade for people to hide from the sun".

It's been years since this was built so it may have a bit of a flaw specially on the path way. But they are building like a stadium on yhe far end. All in all it a good place to visit.

Not a word about the history of this park which was the birth place of the First Philippine Republic. It's important to remember history.....

Imus, the flag capital of the Philippines, lies the square Rotonda, which is the historical freedom park where the first Philippine flag was hoisted. There's an amphitheatre covered with grass and the gigantic pole where Philippine Flag is raised. Generally peaceful but hot in the noontime. Parking is located outside the perimeter wall bordering Jaro Poultry Farm.
