Hello!
I
personally
really
like
the
place!
It's
just
amazing.
It's
probably
my
favorite
hostel
in
Manila.
For
a
cheap
price
of
750
(around
15
US
dollars)
(or
less)
per
night,
it's
a
wonderful
and
comfortable
place
to
stay
in.
The
hostel
has
a
variety
of
rooms,
among
which
the
most
popular,
are
the
shared
dorm
rooms
(female-only
and
mixed)
with
Japanese-style
capsule
bunk
beds.
The
dorm
rooms
are
also
a
lot
cheaper
compared
to
the
other
rooms
(i.e.,
private
rooms
which
cost
around
1500
pesos
(around
30
US
dollars)
per
night).
I
stayed
in
both
the
female-only
dorm
and
private
rooms.
And
here
are
what
I
like
and
dislike
during
my
stay
in
the
hostel.
LIKES
(1)
Privacy
I
like
that
the
hostel
respects
the
guests'
privacy.
I
highly
value
privacy
and
the
hostel
didn't
fail
to
offer
that.
The
dorm
rooms,
although
you
will
be
with
a
couple
of
people
(there
are
12
bunk
beds
in
the
female-only
dorm
room
and
there
are
four
separate
mixed
rooms),
are
worth
your
money.
Each
bunk
bed
has
its
mini
wall
fan,
exhaust
fan,
light,
outlets,
and
a
pillow.
The
blinds
serve
as
the
cover
for
privacy.
I
recommend,
however,
that
you
bring
your
blanket
because
the
bunk
bed's
blanket
is
quite
thin
and
you
might
feel
very
cold
since
the
room
is
air-conditioned.
The
hostel
rents
comforters,
however.
If
you
want
utmost
privacy,
staying
in
the
dorm
rooms
might
not
be
a
good
option
as
there
can
be
inevitable
noises
every
once
in
a
while
(i.e.,
some
guests
talk
loudly
to
each
other
or
over
the
phone,
annoying
phone
alarms
in
the
morning,
loud
footsteps,
etc.).
You
can
instead
stay
in
the
private
rooms
-
which,
on
the
other
hand,
are
not
that
big
and
spacious
but,
at
least
you
have
the
room
all
for
yourself.
Each
room
has
air-conditioning,
a
TV,
and
a
full-length
mirror.
The
blanket
is
much
better
in
here
tho.
It
is
much
thicker
compared
to
the
ones
in
the
dorm
rooms.
(2)
Free
Wi-Fi
Yep!
There
is
free
Wi-Fi
everywhere!
(3)
Clean
bathrooms
I
like
that
the
staff
keeps
the
bathrooms
clean
all
the
time.
Also,
they
do
not
run
out
of
hand
soaps
and
tissues.
And
the
bidets
are
working
just
fine.
However,
the
shower
rooms
are
quite
old
and
are
not
that
well-maintained
-
some
of
the
shower
faucet's
knobs
are
missing,
some
showers
are
damaged,
but
are
still
working
anyways,
and
the
water
heaters
sometimes
do
not
work.
(4)
Free
breakfast
There's
free
breakfast
every
morning
from
7
to
10.
However,
do
not
expect
much
because
they
only
serve
coffee,
juice,
some
"pandesal",
whole
wheat
bread
with
strawberry
jams,
peanut
butter,
and
cheese
spread.
(5)
Friendly
staff
The
staff
is
kind
and
easy
to
talk
to.
They
always
greet
and
smile
at
the
guests.
It
kind
of
brings
some
good
vibes.
(6)
Security
The
hostel
rooms
have
lockers
and
electronic
safety
boxes.
The
lockers
are
free
to
use.
Although
you
either
have
to
bring
your
lock
and
key
or
ask
the
staff
if
they
have
spare
ones.
(Usually,
they
have.)
The
electronic
safety
boxes,
on
the
other
hand,
can
be
rented
for
50
pesos
(around
1
US
dollar)
a
day.
(7)
The
place
is
near
to
malls
and
some
travel
destinations
What's
great
about
the
place
is
that
there
are
a
lot
of
stores
and
bars
around.
Robinson's
Mall
is
just
across
the
street.
Also,
travel
destinations
like
Rizal
Park,
Manila
Zoo,
and
Manila
Ocean
Park
are
just
a
ride
or
two
away.
DISLIKES
(1)
I
would
not
recommend
the
hostel
to
people
who
are
quite
sensitive
to
noise.
The
hostel
is
just
beside
the
Tambayan
Gastrobar
and
usually,
from
around
7
or
8
until
11
PM,
there
is
live
music
playing.
Or,
stay
in
a
private
room.
The
live
music
is
not
audible
there.
(2)
The
area
in
which
the
hostel
is
located
is
quite
crowded.
It
is
prone
to
traffic,
garbage
is
everywhere,
and
there
are
quite
a
lot
of
beggars
around.
(3)
The
area
could
be
quite
dangerous
during
the
nighttime.
Please
do
not
wander
around
alone
at
night.
Be
mindful
of
your
things
and
beware
of
thieves.
Overall,
although
the
location
of
the
hostel
is
so
so,
it
is
still
one
of
the
nicest
and
most
recommendable
places
to
stay
in
Manila.
I
hope
these
help
you
with
your
next
travel.
Good
luck!
