Sorry to say that I was not impressed. Careful when booking. They cheap non air-conditioned rooms and pricey air-conditioned rooms. The toilet and bath is common, for all tenants. They do have a small pool which we didn't use coz it's too small. With all those men, it would seem like a jacuzzi. The installed door knobs doesn't make us feel safe. We just used 1 night of the 2 nights we paid for. I will not recommend it to my friends.

The worst ever hotel I have seen in the world. They pretend to be a Hotel but there is nothing worth their rent. Rooms are very small, bathrooms are shared by the whole hotel and most os the tabs are brokwn. There was no hot water in the bathroom. You have to wait in the line for the bathroom. They mentioned double bed, whereas there was just a single one only. Dont be cheated by the fake photos, posted online.

my 1 night stay was fine( 6/30/22) BUT....i book this hotel via booking.com and stayed in this place as per scheduled. I paid in cash while they mark my booking.com reservation as cancelled. Everything seems okay BUT after a week, i got a notification from booking.com for a " no show" & being charged 1224 pesos on this hotel?what the heck?are you trying to scam people? please double check your records before cancelling your guest reservation at booking.com and reporting as a no show

Not great. And I'm not one to write bad reviews. The location was a little sketchy but this is Manila. The room was small and sweaty but this is Manila. The toilets and showers weren't very clean but this is Manila. What is inexcusable was the very blunt, not too friendly staff who were not at all welcoming. I was surprised to see general good feeling towards the staff on Google. Not my experience at all. Never saw a smile. Also the breakfast is not good. Bread and instant coffee.

Had a really great stay at Courtyard Hotel in Manila. Comfortable beds with a great working AC, wifi is very strong, warm shower, clean hotel. It’s very basic in the rooms, but it’s close to the airport and well worth the price of my stay here. the staff are super lovely and helpful, I really appreciate their kindness & I felt extremely welcomed when I arrived. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here !

My whole experience during my stay in Courtyard was 50/50, the place ambiance was great, I love the mini pool, some of the staff were good in providing the customer service aside from the in charge in reception, bookings, and reservation. During a week of staying there, the girl with the long hair was not accommodating and even gave me different prices and told me that I shouldn't rely on Agoda's price range. This place can do better if their receptionist will be good and smile often to guests.

Location is good, I paid 150 peso to get from here to the airport on a motorbike. It was the drivers first offer so you could probably negotiate it lower. As a cheap place to sleep, this location suffices. No frills but for something like nine dollars I can’t complain Toilets and bathrooms are shared but I didn’t see anyone in them during my 5 hour stay Also no aircon, just a fan so it was hot

I booked on Agoda, I was supposed to pay 751 peso, but when I arrived I was told the cost was now 900 peso because they ran out of fan rooms and only had air conditioner rooms even though I booked for aircon room. The shared bathroom and shower area was not very good. The only nice thing about the hotel was the pool.

Single Fan rooms are upstairs with shared bath and comfort rooms outside. When you're travelling, it's hard to bring up the stairs your many luggages.

I was looking for an affordable but decent place near SM MOA and the airport then this one showed up. At first I was hesitant but upon going thru the reviews and photos, I decided to book it anyway thru Agoda. It's probably like 15 mins from the airport (depends on the traffic) and it's sign easily visible along the road. There's also a shortcut road at the back of the place which leads you to EDSA and MRT Taft Station. We arrived early in the morning (past 2AM) but our check-in time was still for 12NN so we had to check if there were any early check-outs. There was none so far so we had to roam outside then came back to rest in their lounge area. They were very kind to allow us to rest there until we were told that there was already an available room around 9AM. Upon entering the room, it was small and had one wall-mounted fan. I have no problems with it since it matches the price. Although there were some problems like the light that kept switching colors and the faulty door lock, their resident repairman was very prompt in fixing it (we had to go somewhere so he was able to fix both while we were away). There are shared bathrooms and toilets, which were small but were fine with me. There's also free sliced bread and spreads, free water and coffee. I would surely book this place again if I come back to Manila on a budget.

Budget hotel in a good location (near the airport, Mall of Asia, Baclaran, etc). Shared bathroom, but always very clean. The crew is very kind and accommodating. And they have a swimming pool.

Was nice, the shower heater sometimes not working the room is okay. They said on some reviews the staff are friendly which is not true. They were rude maybe because I am just local but probably they tend to be more friendly with white guest! ( I know na diz)Also my room was located next to the pool and there are people very noisy and next to a stairs that connects to the 2nd floor and very bad isolation. Nice thing, they offer free coffee.

Cheapest hotel in the city that you can feel comfortable than others, very close to Manila Airport, Mall of Asia, Center of Manila, Makati City and any other nearest places in the Metro. There are swimming pool, outdoor dinning area beside swimming pool, free breakfast, designated smoking area. The staffs are friendly and they will assist you anytime. Only the toilets or comport rooms and shower area are sharing. But overall I was satisfied with my 10 days of stay in this hotel😍😘😍😘

We were transferred in a dodgy hotel (where we were asked to pay extra!) nearby as they did not have a room left, although we had booked through a popular booking platform. We have never met so unfriendly people around the Philippines. And in the end they even cancelled the online booking so my review does not get published and they save the fees.. Felt like a big scam!

A good home-hotel if you want to be near SM MOA, Baclaran/taft av MRT/LRT. Also it gives you a homey vibes, we found out it was an old house of the owner that they turned into a hotel, it is somehow like a serenity situated in a city. Medyo secluded sya. Mahirap hanapin at first if you’re not familiar with the place but when you get into it, madali na ma locate. If you book online make sure to check the details because I had it the wrong way, turns out i booked for a non-ac room (it was my mistake) and super small pa the room, they said it was for 2 people but the space is really small. We upgraded nalang the room when we arrived. Note that this is a shared bathroom/comfort room hotel. The staff were very kind and accommodating esp si kuya na nagduduty afternoon to night. Sometimes they lack stocks for extra towels and beddings, tell them ahead if you want them changed if you’re staying for longer days. Nonetheless, i would be glad to come back here :) the free breakfast is too american tho haha they only give bread and coffee and unli water

A little oasis in a bustling town, with a fresh garden and pool, perfect for recovering after a long flight, nearby there's a big mall, I haven't seen else. Self service breakfast is served at 4am, so I could take the first flight to boracay

I had a good experience staying here. I stayed march 5, 2020. I was going to fly back to germany and need to do a pcr test that will fit within the 48 hr requirement. I booked this hotel because it was cheap and it's near the testing place Padlab. The room was very clean, smelled really fresh. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The only throwback i think, is not from the hotel itself but from the guests. At the time, that i was staying there, the otner guests were loud, i hope they would remind people not to be too loud as other guests might find it disturbing. But overall such a lovely place.. it has old Spanish style very quaint.

Been here for a couple of times now. The service is just so so. Nothing special with the service. They just provide accommodation in a very affordable price. I usually book my appointment with them through agoda app which is much more convenient and they have a lot of options of where you could pay. I usually choose pay at the counter simply because it is convenient. The room is fine. There's no television on their rooms, well what do you expect with the 900-1000 peso room haha. The shower and the bath is shared, unfortunately there is no single room on the hotel with a bathroom. So you have to share the toilet with anybody else. Although they are pretty clean, there are no toothbrush and toothpaste lol. I asked if they had but they responded no. So yeah. The bath soap and shampoo is also shared and it's attached to a wall in a dispenser inside the shower area. They have a common room although it's pretty shall and since there is no television installed, whay would you do there right? So it's almost empty HAHA. Good news is there is a pool with a 5 foot deep. There are tables and chairs where you could eat or drink your food. There is no restaurant on the this hotel so it's okay to bring your food inside the hotel. The pool itself is a garden with plants in it. It's refreshing to see greens inside. You can smoke in the pool area but not inside the rooms. You can buy beers in the reception area but they're kind of expensive so we opt to buy our drinks outside. They are not strict drinking in the poolside but you should no be too noisy at night. There are CCTV cameras everywhere so it's secured. Overall, our experience was fine. Nothing fancy at all.

The room is too small, 2.5 X 3.5 meter approximately. You need to enter an alley from the main road, we arrived at night time so some drunkards are on the alley going there. They also don't provide slippers, it is per request I guess. The room was in the 2nd floor not the one on the booking that it is on the ground floor with tiled floors. It's our fault we did not notice that it is shared toilet 'cause it was rush booking. We paid Php930.00, if we have just added Php200.00 maybe we have could've booked a room with toilet. It was near the airport so it was fine. Anyway don't expect much on their "breakfast included", it was instant coffee and loaf bread.

The staff are nice and accommodating. The place is cozy and relaxing. Very calming compared to the busy streets outside. It has a pool that is open for limited hours and is upto 5ft deep. The place is instagrammable. They only accept customers with online reservation or advanced booking.

If you keep in mind that this is a cheap accommodation for Manila, then a 4 star rating is okay. Rooms are stuffy and very small, would not want to stay here for multiple nights. But after or before an airport transfer, it's okay. Overall, it's clean, and you get a clean towel. We booked on the same evening and could arrive in the middle of the night. The swimming pool is a delight in the morning, after a sweaty night. 😁 Breakfast is a joke.

(Translated by Google) A little corner of "calm" in the hustle and bustle of Manila !! The staff are super welcoming and answer all of your questions. The swimming pool is very appreciable in the hot weather. The rooms are clean and you have a towel available. Breakfast is basic (tea, coffee, sandwich bread, different tastes to spread). The shower / toilet areas have hand pushers, soap and shampoo. Areas for improvement they could do: - Add coat racks in the bedrooms and possibly shelves when possible. - Offer fruit for breakfast. - Refresh the shower areas I wish you a good stay at the Courtyard!

(Translated by Google) suddenly in the middle of the hustle and bustle we arrived at this hostel, somewhere a side street, a black gate, knocking. The manager opens, we arrange accommodation and go to the room and here behind the corner a small pool of beautiful greenery and three tables that serve in the morning as breakfast place. The rooms itself are quite small and claustrophobic with no window but the rest of the place is amazing. The garden with swimming pool and lots of greenery takes you away to a completly different place. This spot is perfect for 1-2nights before hitting the road back again. Its close to airport and allows you to chill in the middle of Manila. In the area there are lots of bus stations so the location is also good if you want to explore Taal vulcano. Just bear in might that the area is not a very touristic one.

10-15 minutes away from the airport depending on traffic and terminal. The courtyard itself is super cute and the pool is clean. Room itself was also clean but quite noisy as you could hear all the surrounding noises. Staff was super nice as well. Decent price quality ratio. Only remark I have is that the toilets and showers are in need of maintenance/thorough cleaning and are not that spacious for a tall person.

Very clean, quiet - and nice staff. A little Oasis in the middle of the chaotic and noisy city of Manila. Close to the SM Mall of Asia, the Airport and public transportation.

(Translated by Google) The accommodation is very good, it is a house with a garden and a small colonial style pool. The garden is an oasis in the middle of the city. They have drinks and food services. They have shared and clean bathrooms. The double room is very small bed, better to ask for one with two separate beds. The accommodation included is a bit sparse. It is very close to the airport.

I really love the place with its accomodating staff. I am planning to be back next year and stay in the hotel for 4 night. It's affordable and no hassle. You can still stay inside even if you already check out from the room. The place were so clean and and it's very well maintained. It's a peaceful place to stay, but sad to say I just stayed at the hotel for 1 night and be back to Cebu again. It's near to the airport and to baclaran.. Thank you!

I just wasted my money for a lousy Courtyard Hotel. Booked via Agoda, but I need to cancel my stay. It’s NON-refundable though and it’s fine than to stay there. This is the real “Expectation VS. Reality” scenario. The dirty pool is good for kids. If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable stay, I recommend Urban Travellers Hotel or Kabayan Hotel.❤️

I really like that place. It is quite has a small pool and I would say it is a hidden germ near to MRT. It has its private touch with a green island. It not the chicken and the dogs which wake you up in the morning its the birds. Ah one more thing very easy going reception

We book online and they didn't indicate for rooms if Air conditioning or by fan. After reach the hotel small rooms, toilet outside and I transfer to room with ac with extra payment but the worst ac is not getting cold
