Friendly staff good services. Hotel has roof top venue as does next hotel and as it was new year there was party till 7 am no chance to sleep as rooms and windows not sound proof. Not really my type of hotel.needs to improve sound proofing if rooftop will be regular venue

Horrible experience, hotels are cheaper, service was bad. We got in early and wanted to sleep and they were drilling and hammering all day in the room across, we stayed for 4 hours then booked a hotel. Over priced and didn't get what we booked. 2 females and a male, we asked for mixed rooms as the male was my partner and they separated us even though we booked together. Don't go, not worth it at all. Expensive

Stayed here before I took my exam at Trident Tower(11 minutes away). The location is strategic. It is located at the center of one of Makati's busiest areas. There are lots of restaurants in the area like El Chupacabra which serves Mexican food and Mary Grace which serves Italian. Ministop is few steps away only from the Connector Hostel. I booked my room through Agoda for Php1300 3 weeks before my exam. You basically get what you paid for. Room has towels, a bathroom of your own, soap, shampoo, and AC, and hot shower. When I arrived, I was informed by staff that TV is not working for all the rooms, not sure why. They have a wifi though. I was given a key card. My room was located on the 4th floor and I noticed there wasn't any CCTV. The AC was already old but worked just fine. They mentioned there was a restaurant in Agoda but I was told there wasn't. You need to buy food and water outside. Nothing to worry since Ministop is open 24 hrs.

Good location, in the center of poblacion bars. Downside nagiging maingay sa room when the rooftop bar is open. Medyo luma na din mga gamit, tv was not working, towels has stains, spacious room tho. And staff were very kind and accommodating.

Great location for everyone. Whether it be for business or leisure. The aesthetics are really on point. The lobby has this huge wooden jeepney that's so instagrammable. Has 1 bar on the ground floor and 1 more on the rooftop. Rooms and beds are clean. Wifi is really fast. Convenient area for everyone. Near Rockwell mall and lots of restaurants around. The staff friendly. 10/10 highly recommend.

Had to cancel our booking right away. Photos are misleading. Reception informed us upon check in that there's no cable TV but there's WIFI. So OK yeah sure we can manage, maybe. First room we got had a broken window that doesn't close at all, the staff who assisted us said "Pasensya na po Sir nasira kasi yan nung bata" so they're aware. WHY SELL THE ROOM WITHOUT FIXING IT? The room also has a really old AC unit and the comfort room was 🤮🤮🤮 So we requested for room transfer. Second room they gave us was even worst, the comfort room was 🤮🤮🤮, AC unit looks like it came from some horror movies, the bedsheet has stains like blood and we found hair strands on the blanket 😡 not only hairs like from your head but those were definitely like the one down there 👇👇👇😾😾😾 We wasn't able to take pictures since My Fiancé can't take it anymore and we decided to cancel. Yes the room has a cheap price, Php1100+ but not worth it. You can find other OYO hotels within the area with the same rate and worth the money.

HORRIBLE. P2000 for a room that didn't have soap or anything at all. The bed had stains and the shower faucet wasn't working. The only semblance of decency was a roll of tissue paper

We had so much fun! It’s just 5-10 minutes walk to all the bars around Poblacion area. It’s really convenient and accessible plus there’s a ministop nearby. Our room is clean, comfy and spacious. The staff are really kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend for your family and especially with your barkada.

This place has been a real boon for me and has many advantages in terms of options for accommodation. I first booked in their Bunk beds and two of their receptionists were extremely helpful and accommodating and gave me a good rate for long stay. The bunk beds for women are strictly for women which is great and ideal for me. The Bunk beds are the nicest I've seen so far which are clean, with towels and toiletries. There is a Locker for each tenant. It can be somewhat noisy when new transients arrive but the trade I got was being able to finally socialize with really nice and decent women. You can have a nice chat with them with no problems. I'm totally straight so my interest in living in a dorm with also straight, friendly women was satiated. I met new friends and felt I found a new home. I moved out of the Bunker and tried their Private Rooms which are quite cozy, solid, clean enough, no TV which is great because I hardly watch TV, and for one or two persons is spacious enough. Great location for many conveniences and a few minutes jog or walk to one of the poshest malls around - Rockwell. This hostel is efficient, provides free water daily and deals with problems really well. With respect to other issues or concerns I will direct them privately. Over-all a great place to stay. Great value for money. You can always ask them nicely and you will always get the warmest response to your queries and concerns.

The hotel room was pretty cozy and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfy and the room clean. It would have been nice to have a foot towel or rug in the comfort room. WiFi was also really good and I was able to work from the room as well. 10/10 would stay here again.
