Wonderful Experience at Tutuban: A Food Lover's Haven with Convenient Parking Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Tutuban and had an incredible experience there. This place is an absolute gem, especially for food enthusiasts. The variety of dining options available is truly remarkable. You can easily find something to satisfy any craving you may have. From local delicacies to international cuisine, Tutuban has it all! One aspect that impressed me was the cleanliness of the facilities, especially the restrooms. They were well-maintained, spotless, and a testament to the commitment to hygiene in Tutuban. It was refreshing to see such attention to detail. Additionally, the parking area at Tutuban is very convenient, and the presence of vigilant security guards made me feel safe leaving my motorbike there. Although there is a parking fee of 50 pesos, it is a small price to pay for the peace of mind it offers. Moreover, Tutuban's proximity to the Divisoria Public Market is a significant advantage. It allows visitors to conveniently explore and purchase a wide variety of goods. Whether you're looking for clothing, accessories, or souvenirs, Divisoria has plenty to offer, and being close to it is definitely a plus. In conclusion, my visit to Tutuban was an absolute delight. The abundance of dining options, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the secure parking area, coupled with its convenient location near Divisoria Public Market, make it a must-visit destination. I highly recommend Tutuban to anyone looking for an enjoyable and hassle-free experience.

Pros -cheap and affordable items from clothing, household items, accessories, and many more -easily accessible -affordable fast food and restaurants when you get hungry Cons -too crowded especially on weekends and holidays -very expensive parking but very difficult to get a slot; paid 110.00 for 4 hrs??? kahit mas malalaking malls di kami umaabot ng 100 for 4 hrs -dilapidated elevator in parking building -unreasonable pay CR but 2-3 cubicles not working so lines get long

Ample parking space. A lot of new shops have opened insife the mall. It looks quite different from the time we last visited, pre pandemic. More and better dining places. Would recommend this to others, too. Less crowded than it's neighboring malls. Though walking to the other malls from this place is also recommended, hitting several birds with one stone, so to speak. 😊

Went to visit the Night Market @ Tutuban Center. Lots of stalls selling hp covers and accessories, clothing, food stalls. It was not that crowded as it was a weekday.

It's owned by Ayala Land Logistics. Maybe that’s why it has been better. This is a place for clothes, home things, shoes, and some toys. They have well-trained security. I just hope some stores can get back on track from the effects of the pandemic.

I have been going to Tutuban Shopping Center since it was built in 1997. It's shops are simply fantastic! Behind the huge mall is the old PNR TRAIN! An old train station that can take you from Tutuban Manila to Alabang Muntinlupa in just 1hour! And for minimal train fee of Php 35! I love Divisoria area!

And old rather uninviting shopping mall. There is a limited range of stores and the supermarket has a limited range of products. I guess if you were in the area it may provide some of the things you need but is ferrous shopping malls i can send it is radically said that and i would not recommend it and i wouldn't bother to go back here

Continous improvements, and construction, take the back entrance via jose abad santos avenue, traffic as usual especially this peak season...vast open parking but they are charging enormous parking fee, by the hour...night market starts at 5 pm, food parks is a chaos but choices of food and meal packages for group is available, loud live band with music repertoire maybe not to your liking( not mine at least) with stand up comedian as set host. If you want a more sober food center it is located inside the mall, 2nd floor, all bargain finds from almost anything is set up for every bargain hunters.light to very relax clothing is advised due to humidity outside. Make sure that you are mindful of your money and belongings as precaution...youll never when thieves and pickpockets will strike, they get to blend well with the huge crowd.

The market is filled with a vibrant mix of vendors selling a wide range of items, from clothing and accessories to household goods and fresh produce. The sheer variety is impressive, and you can find unique and useful items at a fraction of the cost you'd expect to pay elsewhere. While the market may not have the same polished atmosphere as upscale shopping destinations, it more than makes up for it with its authentic charm and lively atmosphere. The vendors are friendly and eager to negotiate, making it a fun and interactive shopping experience.

SM City San Lazaro
Shopping mall
👍👍 One of the nice SM malls around Metro Manila. Small yet offers a lot of establishments and activities. as usual, cleanliness of the facilities is well maintained.
