Christmas balls are good condition. the garland is nice but a little bit shorter than I thought.

Convenient shopping with all varieties of items you need at really low prices. I don't need to go to Divisoria to buy things I need. It's just the heavy flooding in front of the mall especially on rainy days. Drainage in the area was not well planned and constructed.

More variety of products and prices are relatively cheap. The same products offered in divi mart/mall. Their main entrance is flooding when it rains. That's one thing I didn't like.

cheap price, expect a messy store

The day we went their is weekdays so not crowded at all and everthing is their for a cheapest price. The only problem is that no immediate transpo. Outside although its along the highway so you need to wait a tricycle in case you dont have a car.

Prices are really low. Almost everthing we need is in there.2nd floor is full of something for house decors. Ground floor for hardwares,appliances and groceries

This is like the Uniwide Store with tons of goodies from clothing to home equipment, firnitures, hardware, gardening, etc. It also has some food stalls in case you get hungry. Visit the clothing at the 2nd floor and you will find lots of great value items

This Unitop branch is different from Cebu City. If you want to shop for less price with top quality. I suggest to visit this store. They have grocery, hardware, school supplies, kitchenwares, housewares, and many more.

Deep flooding in front of the department store during rains. Causing heavy traffic in the area. We very rarely shop here.

Warehouse price! School supplies, stationaries a nd grocery items are way cheaper. Unitops also carrying appliances, kitchenwares and home improvements. This may be complete if they are also selling meats and poultry goods so they can compete with SM (savemore) near the area.

Upscale Divisoria. The experience was nice.

Its vicinity to a number of subdivisions in areas of Alapan II A and B makes it a favorable choice to buy things. There are also a wide variety of merchandise to choose from, like cheap buys of clothing stuff to appliances and groceries. Parking is also available.

Horrible quality goods most breathtaking in the middle of their first use like measuring tape won't retract after first uses didn't even get to finish measuring before that and window cleaner the handle broke on the first window

Our visit was good naman, plenty of personnel are on the floor, parking was not yet full. Yet an item for sale on the floor is broken. Gusto sana namin i purchase kaso walang available na hindi defective. Sucks though.

Almost complete! They have grocery, hardware, clothing, appliances, bills payment, food carts, home furnitures, kitchen needs, kids toy, etc.. manage your expectation, items are ok. What you pay is what you get.

There are more good quality and cheaper stuff..

I like how this is such an affordable store for most items you need. From grocery, educational supplies, kids stuff to house stuffs. However, their parking area is disappointing, it gets flooded. The rest is okay.
