It’s a convenient location to SM and event center things alike. Staff was all very helpful and the free breakfast was bottomless. The restaurant could use more seating to accommodate the size place however. The rooms weren’t in excellent condition but clean and cleaned well. AC was chill and showers were hot. The pool was well used and had some low traffic times we could squeeze in too.

The room is clean and the aircon is working which made the experience a 5 star for me. It's in the affordable range so cleanliness to me is important. Plus their staff are helpful. There are welcome drinks in the lobby. Lobby smells nice. It's near malls and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved the hotel. We had a room for 6 Persons. Nice and big with a small kitchen and dining table. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location is near a busy road. When the doors and windows are closed, you don't hear anything. Easy place to go around in Manila. Staff are all very nice, from bellboy, security, reception till cleaning staff.

Location is great because it’s walking distance to SM Mall of Asia and accessible to buses. Employees were very nice and helpful. Room is clean but the water drainage in the shower and sink in our room is very slow. Breakfast area is warm which may require A/C.

Check-in took over an hour. There are far too few staff available. Unfortunately the staff is very slow and talk too much, you should invest in training. Queue management is not ok. We didn't have enough towels in the room and dirty bed linen. Elevators are always broken and waiting times are very long. The service is not good. Everything takes a long time. The only thing holding the wallpaper together is adhesive tape. Please allow plenty of time when checking out as the rooms will be checked. This takes a while.

Had a great time at this hotel. Loved their pool. A cozy hotel with quaint sized rooms. Definitely an odd lodging situation where my room fit three people max (a queen and a single bed). Note: the room did not have a lot of floor space but maybe that's to be expected in this part of Manila? Good location near the Mall of Asia... however it was a bit difficult to navigate the busy streets since crosswalks were far. I had a great time with the service staff. They were very polite and accommodating. Overall, great experience at this hotel.

They were crowded when I visited, but fortunately, they don't have thin walls and definitely enjoyed my stay. The staff were accommodating, everyone says "hello" which is very polite of them. The security is pretty tight so security is definitely not taken lightly here which is a great plus. The location is marvelous. I couldn't be more happier how convenient it is.

I stayed at this ₱5000-per-night hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the staff was friendly. Most guests were from other countries. The rooms were nice with enough storage, and room service was quick. The hotel is near SMX, MOA, and many stores. The breakfast buffet was good. It's also very secure; you have to tap your card in the elevator before selecting your floor. However, the room door was heavy, and we had to wait for 30 mins to go to our room when we arrived, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I thought the rooms showers could have been cleaner. The air conditioner worked well blowing cold air the whole time I was there. The bedding was always changed and was very comfortable. The people at the front desk were all very accommodating and spoke good English. There was extensive security for people walking into the hotel and for cars entering the garage. Everyone always was very polite.

This hotel has been our home for 2 nights. The moment that you entered their very clean lobby, the guard will greet you cheerfully. All the staff were amazing including Pau and Rose. Everyone is willing to assist. The room is spacious with clean and comfortable beds. The location is really accessible and we loved it. The restaurant has a buffet breakfast which has limited options but can make you energized. Overall did not disappoint. I highly recommend the staff for being nice and professional

Mother and myself really enjoyed our stay in Hotel 101 -Pasay MOA. We stayed for 10 days in room 933. Excellent service in every way. Swimming pool great! I have forgotten my purse with money and cards and international SIM card in my bed, when I came back, our room had been cleaned and serviced, everything in my purse was there, placed where I left it. Honest and trustworthy staff. Thank you. It should be More than 5 stars! Mother likes the breakfast!

Overall it was OK, except the breakfast which was unappetizing and extremely limited. The staff struggle to get food and drink restocked at each station during breakfast, unless you specifically stop them and tell them it's run out. For me, I had to tell waiters that there was no milk for the cereal, and that they had completely forgotten to restock the bacon. Poor attention to detail. Rooms were clean. Regrettably, the sound of traffic and car horns was disturbing. Room Service closes way too early, especially as there is little choice nearby. There is no lobby bar whatsoever, and the concierge informed us that the nearest bar is a ten minutes walk from the hotel. The photos show the full extent of the "buffet" 3/5

One of the worst experiences ever since I've visited a number of hotels during my travels...rooms are old and needs a lot of improvement...run down building with its only benefit being its location. My room had lukewarm water and when I complained about the water, they told me I need to turn the tap to the left for the hot water. I'm not sure if they understand what hot water meant, as the water was barely warm in the shower and no hot water at all in the hand basin. On top of it, they put me into a room which is street facing...my understanding was that the windows cut out the noise but had to wake up at 5am due to the noise levels. When I asked to be moved to a less noisy room, it took them almost 2 hours to relocate me...poor service...it feels that the staff is doing you a favour...the breakfast even worse for the amount of money you pay...not worth paying the rate I was charged and would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they get their act together.

If your a smoker they treat you like a lepper. Be aware they will try to scam you when `a cleaner' checks your room and then try to fine you before check out total false accusations they believe a cleaner rather than a paying customer. Also the card locks on room doors daily did not work and your left in corridor waiting for eternity for maintenance staff to let you in. AVOID THIS PLACE AT YOUR PERIL!!!!

Great service! Rooms are very neat and clean. All workers do their job very well! Kudos! My kids really enjoyed the stay. Location is very nice, walking distance to Mall of Asia and IKEA. No problems looking for restaurants or place to eat. Highly recomendable!

Hotel 101 is conveniently located at the business district in the Pasay area, thus, making it one of the choices in accommodations when having conferences in Pasay. It can accommodate a large group of people and the rate is reasonable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is good.

This is a great place just walking distance from the Mall of Asia. This hotel has it’s flaws, but they make up for it with about the best possible customer service I’ve seen almost anywhere (way above 3-star status in the respect). The two biggest complaints that I had were just that the shower temperature was not quite as consistent as one would hope, and that the warm parts of breakfast should be kept warmer or hotter: other than that, this place is excellent. Thank you Hotel 101.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It's also a convenient distance from the airport, so I had a smooth and painless trip to catch my flight out of Manila. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great location, the room was very nice. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They got me a grab car to the airport for much less than I had paid for a cab previously.

It was a great hotel; however, if you appear poor and untidy, the staff or the front desk may not provide you with assistance and could direct you to another staff member. This review reflects my initial observation upon entering the hotel. The staff members were not friendly or welcoming enough if you do not appear wealthy or if your attire is not up to their standards.

It's a great place to stay if you're staying to wait for your next flight on the next day or the other. Aside it from being near to the airport terminals, it's location is great because there's a cheap fast food chain "Jollibee" right beside the hotel, as well as convenient store "7/11" if you're needing some stuff such as essentials.

A very nice Boutique Hotel close to Mall of Asia. Check in was seamless,rooms clean and nice beds. Disappointing was The Horizon Cafe - food and service was below par. A shout out to Pauline ( Manager) outstanding level of service and professionalism

Excellent staff, You will receive prompt assistance with anything you need. Good room, Toilet in room is standard. The swimming pool has no lifeguards, ans be sure to dress appropriately or they won't let you swim. The Hotel 101 is great overall.

Great great experience for the price. It was definitely not the fanciest space we've ever stayed in but the price was definitely right! The people were super nice. The breakfast was absolutely gross but it was also not expensive.

Have a good stay at the hotel for 4days ( May 12- May 15) with may kids. They experienced and enjoyed the pool while staying.. Rooms are clean and relaxing 😉. All the hotel staff that I encountered were professional, accommodating and polite especially to Mr. Allan. As a frequent traveller who have stayed in many international hotels, I highly recommend Hotel 101 to anyone who wants comfort and good services.

The hotel is very accessible, great location, very clean and the staff are very nice .

For such a low price, we got better service than other 3-star+ hotels we’ve been to. We never once encountered rude staff, from the entrance to the restaurant and the room service, as a matter of fact, they’re awfully nice and cheery without coming off as fake. We never came back to a smelly, unmade room, the bathroom was very clean and dry and always had extra rugs and clean towels. There was a time when we stained one of their rugs with a grape juice and they didn’t charge us for it, which are only one of the things we’re most grateful for this stay. Needless to say, if we didn’t have a flight to catch tomorrow, I think our family would love to stay here forever (maybe not forever but a few weeks at least). Expect us to always book in this hotel whenever we go to Manila because not only do they have excellent service, but the location is also good as it’s near most of the places we need to be. I hope everyone who works here is well-compensated because I believe they deserve it and if you do end up staying here, I promise you won’t regret it. And if there’s something I want you to take with you, it’s that you don’t always have to pay more to be treated with utmost care and respect.

Checked in around 1pm. Fairly busy but line was going fast. Check-in process was quick. About less than 10 minutes. Booked through Booking.com. Couldn’t get the room I requested that faced Manila Bay. My room was easy to find and it was clean. Spacing is kinda on the smaller side like the entrance to the bathroom is roughly 24inches. I’m a decently sized guy (not a local) I had to slightly turn my shoulder to clear the door jams. Fairly satisfied with room.

The rooms in this hotel are an average size but have small air conditioning units in the windows which app and i will to cope with the heat. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows are poor quality. There are many better quality hotels in the area and this one definitely is not with the money. However i will said the staff of very polite professional and friendly. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel 101 is cheaply made with terrible decor, and the foil is an inviting with no way to sit while they check your rooms or while you wait. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. The a conditioning units are noisy, small under sized window mounted units which cannot effectively cool the rooms and are obviously a way to cost cut and save money. The staff were very friendly and polite. Everything else was underwhelming. I would not recommend this hotel

I had a fantastic experiece during my stay. The Security staff are honest and alert when I reported my missing belongings. Truly you can have peace of mind. Location is also very accesible to airport, malls and everything else is available in the vicinity. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed here for many days and it's at a great location. If you like the busy scene and near malls for great eats, this can be an amazing city spot. It can be busy at times but being close to Mall of Asia, it is expected. It is an above average hotel, the best highlight of this is location! Close to malls, airport, and lots of amazing buffets! What else can you ask for in a city adventure?

I would have given 4 star for smooth stay but it's not. Everything was below average. Hotel room is small. Housekeeping service have to request if you want the room to be cleaned. Toilet has stains, clogged drainage, when you shower waters don't go down immediately, same with the toilet sink. Free breakfast buffet but selections are mediocre, limited and pans are always empty, have to requeat staff to refill the trays. Ordered food at horizon cafe , they served everything in a take away packaging, i understand the precautions due to covid but if the cafe can serve the food in a proper plates and cutlerys when you dine inside the cafe, why can't they do it also for room service?? The last food I ordered, bec it is a soup and too hot, the bottom of the paper bag got tored and half of the soup spilled in the linen. I didn't bother to complaint about it bec I didn't want any stress. But when I checked out, reception told me to wait 5 mins. Waited 5 mins ,my grab was waiting outside, was rushing to catch a provincial bus, but then reception lady still asked me to wait 5 mins coz they are checking the room. She told me there was a blood stain! I told her about the incident regarding the food.. terrible experience, the only good thing is most of the staff always greet their guest, that's all!

Great Location, walking distance from Mal of Asia with the IMAX. No split Aircon, for a new Hotel it's a "must have" in my eyes. All rooms with are double-bedded plus a single bed. Great! No window to open but at least there is a Window. Great service, very recommended if the prices don't get higher. Actually around 50-60 Dollars.

Was nice hotel, pleasant stay. Only complaint was not enough sugar in room. I don't drink coffee, I drink tea I brought ku on tea but there was only 1 packet of sugar. So my evening tea was good, morning tea no sugar.

The view from the room was panoramic and awesome. The night lights just relaxes me. Pool was also nice. The kids loved it. Location is great.Parking is fine. They serve Filipino dishes..surprisingly affordable room service.

Excellent, cleanliness of the hotel is superb. Food fantastic. Thumbs up to Sir Ray MANAGER who sorted out our booking for sudden.changes of my husband's return flight. Overall a great place to stay. The rooms I have had on three occasions have all come with one queen bed and one double bed. I really like the fact that each bed side table has a wall-mounted electrical outlet above it. Really convenient for those with gadgets. Because the room layout is linear, from door to beds, it can feel a bit cramped. All items such as hair dryer, hot water kettle, sockets, lights, and telephone, all functioned well. At the front desk the staff were polite and professional. On my third visit associate Ben remembered my name and greeted me on arrival. Other observations: the Horizon restaurant is on the ground floor and has decent food, depending in which chef is cooking. The elevators are not fast, so be patient. The underground parking is fine but I think they need more spaces. Hotel 101 Manila near MOA is a good choice. Book early because they do a lot of large group bookings.
