Highly recommended!!! Booked at Mella hotel last minute and everyone was so accomodating. There was also a promo going that week so we upgraded to 2 king bed room for less than 4k pesos with buffet breakfast included!! Also, had the chance to see Manny Villar. All in all Mella hotel is amazing.. shout out to all the staff.

Mella Hotel is a cozy and comfortable accommodation in the south of Metro Manila. We stayed to rest and this was the nearest place. Though with the same price, you can find a better place around Pasay but if you are too time constrained and unwilling to drive further then this is a great choice. Interior is classy and spacious, staff is polite and well-trained, the location is strategic and amenities are just right. Buffet is just okay, not much food choices. Pool looks great even though its small. I think this is a good choice for events like weddings as it has a nearby church few steps away.

Value for money. They asked for a room deposit upon check in, I think 5000 per room or something. I don't remember the exact amount. The hotel allowed us to do a late checkout since our flight was at the latter part of the day. The kids loved the pool. I thought it was gonna be a buffet breakfast but instead it was plated. Nevertheless, it was great. They also served welcome drinks and happy hour made my husband extremely happy 😁. The place was also close to a few restaurants so my family and I were able to just walk, stroll and have dinner elsewhere.

The room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean and in working condition. The only negative point is the staff managing the Cafe Mella. They are not attentive and poor communication. I ordered my food with my drink. The food arrived promptly but after waiting for my drink for 30 minutes, I had to remind the staff for my drink. And every drink I ordered, takes another 30 minutes to arrive. I hope the management reads this and improves the service.

Lobby was impressive. Room was very small and pillow was too hard to rest on. Hot water was not functioning well. The worst is, one person was allocated only 1 (350ml) drinking water and you got to pay extra. The hotel does provide a small tiny pool and a store room alike gym room. Location might be good for the locals who drive, not for tourists from overseas

Direction thru the hotel is confuding, wven their signages. White uniformed security personnel is not accomodating

A boutique hotel that has a very unique interior with a touch of European designs. The hotel has a great customer service and very reliable staff. The pool was clean and kids loved it. We love the ambiance and the food was great. Perfect for families. A great place to stay in the south.

We’ve tried many hotels in Manila in many years we travel back and forth for vacation but I say this is the best hotel by far and worth come back to. Coz we never go back to the same hotel... never. Mella Hotel will be our home in the future. Best location, best service, all the staff are polite and will give you extra miles to serve you. This 'newish' 5 y.o.hotel is highly commendable. It is not a big hotel thus one can enjoy the peace and quiet most nights, no queueing and no crowds. The location is great with easy, close amenities - drugstore, restos, fast food, church and grab. The staff from the entrance to room cleaners are courteous, accommodating, friendly and helpful.The decor & colour scheme and ambience of the ground floor particularly the lobby is super, awesome. I enjoyed the Filipino cuisine breakfast buffet, reasonable variety every 2 or 3 days, except there's no choice for the hot drink - only plain coffee. Room is clean. Needs attention and long term fixing 319: the aircon drain pipe was leaking at the bathroom door. Thank you, Mella Hotel. I'll be back and will recommend you to my travelling mates.

Very slow and bad customer service. I really wanted this hotel to be my venue on my wedding day but the sales rep took forever to reply. Not that accomodating. For the hotel, small but nice and classy. Location is really convenient since I live within the vicinity.

We were lucky enough to stay in this captivating hotel for a day and we wished that we had booked to stay longer! all the staff are so courteous & friendly, who made sure that we were at ease during our stay. A special mention needs to be about the scrumptious moon g dal halwa at the restaurant. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Our room in the hotel was squeaky clean and also spacious. The location of this hotel is pretty as a picture. It has a beach on the front which is at a stones throw and is surrounded by lush greenery at the other sides. Only one thing to mention is that traveling to the property or from the property should be done by own vehicle or else avoid traveling here in the late evening.

Great value for money! I enjoyed mella hotel during my first stay. My second stay was BETTER! I want to commend the assistant, Abie Delos Reyes. He is very hands-on. He makes sure that everything is in order. He made us feel very comfortable and at home. He makes me want to live here!

Every thing is great except the slow service in Veranda Restaurant last night. The cocktails were served after almost 20 minutes 30 minutes for the Quesadilla. Anyways, we don't want to spoil the night so we asked for the check and just buy beers from outside. All in all I love Mella Hotel, my family loves it as well. We will come back definitely. Kudos to Zhia and Jhirson (out wait staff during breakfast) loveable person. Same with the cashier and the rest of the morning Staffs

They are not accept unvaccinated so they not let us check in.. but the good thing is they cancel our booking.. so the agoda refund as a agoda cash.

The Mela Hotel was such a queer find! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the food was delicious. It seems like it is in a quiet area off opposite of town, but it is quite convenient for all amenities.

The staff and personnel are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are excellent but subject to operating hours. The pool from 6am to 10pm. The gym from 7am to 10pm. Food is delicious and servings are plentiful except they are slow to prepare the course. Buffet breakfast is free. If lunch or dinner is too expensive for you, Jollibee, Chowking and other restaurants at all home mall near-by are available. Hot and cold shower and cozy ambiance are inviting. I forgot to take much photo of the place.

Clean rooms, secure elevators, nice ambiance, good food. Didn't wanna take a photo of our bedroom, but we had a family room with 2 queen beds. The cons: sweet coffee (cappuccino 😐), kill my grab fare.

More fancy than functional, but very good overall. Filipino breakfast, so if you are looking for international food, you will be disappointed. But the breakfast was fine. The lobby is big and the concierge/bellmen were nice. No snags or missed room bookings was good.
