I heard about this hotel since our company comissioned them as operator barracks. I wanted to try out and experience it first hand. Overall the room is good, however it is a bit too expensive for its price. The amenities are a bit lacking since they do not have their vending machine and ice maker. The staff are excellent, when I requested an Iron(plantsa) they lend it to me. There is only one outlet that has the universal socket, so be sure to bring your adapter. The shower is either cold or warm (their hot valve is warm water only).

Stayed almost a week, old hotel but I can say it’s well maintained… with Satellite 📺 TV channels comfortable clean bed n pillow. Simple decent breakfast coffee juices Omelette or Sunny side. The downside for my stay is aircond very noisy because still using the old wall type AC where the compressor is literally inside the room …and water heater doesn’t work even after service was called in. Cold showers day n night for all the days my stay. Staffs are friendly and attentive.

Professionalism and excellence is an understatement for the services this hotel’s staff provided us during our stay. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet is authentic filipino dish (ulam) and is something to look forward to every morning. They also have a laundry service at the guest’s convenience. Our clothes smelled, and looks great, and feels clean. Speaking of cleanliness, it is superb. It was a great stay overall. We will definitely stay here again.

It's no secret that the hotel can come across as a bit dated but it is functional, convenient and reasonably priced. It was my second time to stay here for golf at Eagle Ridge and the experience is always consistently excellent. They have, by far, THE best staff across the board. The guards, front desk staff and support personnel are very professional, accommodating and very pleasing to interact with. I will not hesitate to stay here whenever I am in the area. 4 thumbs up to the entire hotel team!

Better clean your room nicely so it is so dirty not even having free drinking water ..only in lobby..the sheet look not clean and tidy ..it looks old and never been replace .under the bed doesnt even clean ....price is too high for this its wasting time and money😐

Its cozy, but the amenities are good for the room and bath. Its just along the highway. The people who greeted us were nice and accomodating.

Our home during our visit in Cavite. The staff are very nice. They made sure we will feel at home and comfortable during our stay. Just a few minutes from malls and Tagaytay but distant enough not to feel crowded from the city and tourist area. The trees surrounding the area helped us feel calm and peaceful.

Booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We look forward to the breakfast buffet every morning, and it never disappoints. It is a staple rice and "ulam" which were always delicious and the ulam changes daily so you will never get tired of the food. They have side dishes, fruits, and coffee as well. The facility and property have aging, but it is well maintained. The AC kept the room cool, and the hot water and water pressure were reliable. We didn't second guess the cleanliness of our rooms. We would definitely stay here again whenever we are in the vicinity.

Cozy, great value stay. Rooms are not new and not big but well maintained. Only demerit was the mattress was a bit old and not springy. But linen was excellent and I slept great. Ideal for golf overnights in Eagle Ridge.

Excellent hotel just old the service is the best I have seen in the Philippines the location is in a good area its safe and there's a restaurant next door.

All is acceptable from friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Room 306 needs attention so bad. I would have shut its door for repair if I were the man to decide! I am currently looking for another hotel to stay for another night. I’ve heard of mold but haven’t seen one!

From the exterior, the hotel looked new but the interior is a bit old. There are many issues over the 4 nights stay in this hotel. The air con is not so cold even though we have put to the lowest, I shower halfway and the hot water suddenly turn cold, wifi is too slow and unable to load, even WhatsApp also lagging in sending messages. One of the day suddenly most of our keycard unable to open the door, went down counter and their reply was nothing wrong. If there is nothing wrong how come we are unable to open the door, went up and down for few times and still getting the same answer... Heard others feedback about room water leaking and no hot shower available. Bed wise still consider soft and comfortable, my room got only 1 TV channel available. Breakfast selection is very limited. Overall my 2nd time staying in this hotel, the facilities have been greatly improved and no breakdown of anything, service wise is better as well.

The five stars goes to the staff of this hotel. They are the most friendly host! Even by hotel standards, they are friendlier! They'd greet you, ask you if there's anything you want, and they'd help you with anything! Special mention to the guy at the front desk. I think his shift is at night? I didn't get his name, but he was so easy to approach. I commend him. Super friendly and accommodating. Facilities are good, not that many, the room is cozy, the restroom is fine. It's a small hotel, but it makes up for the staff. Food was good, the usual, it's not a buffet, but quite filling.

Accommodation is very nice. Food served during our Quarantine is good aswell. Staff are all observing strict COVID Protocols.
