I booked the room directly at the front desk of the hotel, 5200P per night. This price is equivalent to a sea view room in a sea view hotel. After checking in, I found that the sound insulation is not very good. The voices from the bar were very clear. There is no hair dryer in the room and the TV is broken. The room is not worth the price

Operational in 2019, Sequoia Hotel is a great place to stay while having conferences at SMX MOA. The rooms are very clean and well kept. There is a safe, secured parking area on the upper floors. Buffet breakfast is an option you can have while making your reservations. It is in close proximity to Ayala Malls. The staff are very professional.

I'm looking forward to going back in the future especially to those people who assisted me throughout my stay kudos to Sir Rey of the sales dept, Maam Joyce of front office and Sir Junie and Maam Liezel of housekeeping. Subject: Disappointing Experience Regarding Deposit Policy . Dear Sir/ Madam, (Hotel Management), I recently had the opportunity to stay at your esteemed hotel during my return journey from Indonesia to Davao. As a frequent traveler and loyal customer of Agoda, I had high expectations for my stay. While I found the room to be neat and clean, I was deeply disappointed by the hotel's deposit policy. At the time of check-in, the counter staff insisted on a 2,000 Filipino Pesos deposit, which would be returned upon checkout after room inspection. This practice is not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to guests who have already provided their credit card information through a reliable booking source. I would like to point out that most of other hotels in the same locality do not have such a policy, making your hotel's approach seem like a lack of confidence in your guests. This was a significant inconvenience and a source of discomfort during my stay. Due to this experience, I regret to inform you that I cannot recommend your hotel to my friends, colleagues, or anyone in my network for their stay in Manila. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider your deposit policy to better accommodate and respect your guests in the future. Sincerely, farooque Randhawa

Definitely not worth the price. The hotel is rated as 4 star for some strange reason. The breakfast at the restaurant had a very limited options and there were flies around the uncovered food.

are your employees allowed to loiter while off duty? I mean at night time while wearing indecent clothes(short shorts). I saw one of your employees loitering around on our second night. She's wearing short shorts and was really talking LOUD! I vividly remembered her because she welcomed us when we checked in.

Wifi connection & TV signals are weak to almost none. Curtains are dusty. Elevators are few ( should have 3 local elevators and 2 service elevators to accomodate the foot traffic well. Others are well enough.

Cheap, clean, modern. Limited channels on tv. Indoor Pool is not heated. Key cards are only for the rooms, which means anybody can access any floor from the elevator. Elevator can be accessed from the parking straight to the room. The con part really is the security.

It's accessible and not crowded. Good parking spaces but not allow motorcycles. It's a good place to stay. Food was good. Staff are friendly too.

Location can't be beat, I like that it's near to a lot of restaurants, groceries and other entertainment places. If you're staying for layover or pre-flight accommodation, the hotel is around 15 mins drive to the airport (or 30 mins if with heavy traffic). Staff are accommodating and pleasant. Check in and check out process was smooth and hassle free. Pool is indoor. It is basic and average but nothing to complain about. I like that it is sized enough for some lap exercises. The rooms that we booked came with breakfast buffet (2 per room). I should probably make a separate review about it because it looked like the hotel and restaurant are separate companies. Internet connection was stable enough. Can be slow at times but should be enough to do quick work emails and zoom meetings. I don't recommend using multiple devices all at the same time. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had good view of the surroundings. City of Dreams lights at night gave a delightful experience. Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is budget friendly and their service was satisfactory. Of course it's no match if we compare it to the nearby hotels at City of Dreams (Nüwa, Nobu, Hyatt) but for the money you're gonna spend, it's all worth it.

Please do yourself a favor and not use your card when making room deposit. I still have not received the amount back. The hallway smelled like people smoked inside the building.

This is a hidden gem. The place is new and the service is great. The parking is a bit steep at the entrance but your car, whatever it is, can surely make it. The floors are accesible via the elevator parking, so that could be a boon or a bane if you value accessibility or securoty, respectively.

Small but very neat and comfortable rooms, too good for its low price. The staff are very nice, they return my charger even though im in the Grab car already. Definitely coming back to this place.

The rooms and the ambience on the place was really pleasant, It will be one of my go to places when we need a place to stay in the area next time. Pricing is perfect versus what it offers. Location is also amazing, easy to get a grab or picked up, near a convenience store and a walking distance to Ayala Mall. Buffet breakfast was also pleasant and of great value. Gym facility can be improved a bit, it is lacking on a few equipments, and check in and checkout process can improve especially during busy periods. But again not a deal breaker for me given the price and convenience you pay.

Just had a client event coverage in this place. Although the location is a bit off from the main road but still searchable via Google maps. I like their events place and their food as well. Highly recommendable.

We stayed for 2nights in a deluxe room with King Size bed. That was the best sleep i had for the longest time. Quiet place and the staffs are very kind. There’s a convenience store just below the hotel should you need to have quick bites or anything. Malls are also walking distance away. However, I think the breakfast needs to focus on typical morning meals, having Chopsuey for breakfast was kinda off. But overall the stay and food was great! Will definitely book again.

Friendly staff and they're all attentive. Huge shoutout to the housekeepers on 11th floor! such friendly people. Hope you guys will be able to work onboard ships one day to fulfill your dreams! Parking spaces are great and safe. Rooms are nice, nothing so fancy. Cons that I see is, the water temp of the pool is freaking cold on a stormy weather. The hotel should also upgrade the elevators to have a room card scanner so it will be much safer.

This is a friendly hotel placed in a usefull location for MOA / City of Dreams and the airport as well as the Department of Foreign Affairs. It us reasonably easy to access with good parking but very steep ramps upto the parking areas which is above the reception. They have an outdoor pool under the 7th floor with open sides and a bar thatvis open at night. The rooms are spacious however - the fridges did not seem to work - they offer a kettle and water but no tea or coffee - the shower gel and siap dispensers were empty and were given bottles. Sadly breakfast was not as good as expected and when i got my onelette it did not look or actually taste very good. WOULD I RECOMMEND - yes for a short stay it serves a great purpose. WILL I VISIT AGAIN - maybe if needs occur.

Rooms are good. Staff are polite and attentive to our needs, BUT.. Very strict ang hotel management. Medyo wala silang consideration sa mga nagcheck in na barangay Officials and the serving and preparation of food is kind of late and slow. When there are a lot of participants, they should expect to have enough staff to accommodate and serve them. Hindi din maayos at nasunod ung billeting. Huhu.

Clean place to stay... cons is your not near the area you need to use grab taxi for convenience or use your own vehicle. If on a budget/commute just go to baclaran church from there walk 5 - 10 mins to the hotel.

the quality of service is simply deplorable. after checking out we could stay in the pool (frozen). my children bathed and I asked for 2 towels to dry them which I was refused. in summary you check out you are no longer a customer. moreover the day before we asked for the restaurant hours (7pm to 9pm). it was closed at 8.15pm and we couldn't eat. the staff were present but refused to serve us (there were 5 of us). The room is clean and confortable

Quiet place. Accommodating staff! The place was clean and had a decent size. Would like to go back here and try their breakfast buffet 🙂

The place was relatively accessible by car. By public transport, I cant say it is the easiest place to go to. Parking was paid for, the ramp was too steep. If your car is a little bit underpowered, be prepared. Function rooms are neat and spacious.

Inaccessible for a hotel. All it has is a coffee shop with a limited selection of food. It's difficult to get a ride there because it is not in a main street.

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I'd stay here whenever I need a place in the area, though not that accessible. But over all experience was great!
