Just walked out of the worst experience. We ordered 2 salads and an appetizer. After 40 minutes we still only had 2 drinks and those took 15 minutes to receive. Never ever got the appetizer. In all that time the waitress only came back once and two managers passed by our table yet no one even spoke to us. I understand how hard it is to get good help but nobody at the Bay City Applebee's even cares if they stay in business. How sad!

We had our anniversary dinner there the food was wonderful and the portions are unreal. We ended up taking home as much as we ate there. I had the shrimp pasta Alfredo that was really good. The service was excellent, just all around it was a great meal!! Pictures included are of our dinner tonight. I had the chicken Caesar salad that was wonderful we ordered the sampler appetizer platter that was really really super good. Dave had the steak sandwich with sauce and he said it was really good as usual. Applebee's always has good food the service was very nice too.

Went with my family of 5 cost about $75 after tip. Food was good as always. Food is consistently good, and service is always great. It won't disappoint.

Appetizer served on very dirty plate, entree came before salads, one inedible salad and one inedible entree. Waitress took care of it, never saw or spoke with a manager, i imagine they were all busy at other tables of unimpressed guests. my mashed potatoes were good.. Didnt catch waitresses name, she was pleasant and polite. Bay city needs somewhere to eat

Jenna was awesome!!! The food was great. Everyone greeted me with a wonderful smile. I'll be back again.

Staff was very kind. The door greeter was the sweetest ever. Food was brought quickly and our waitress was awesome.

First and foremost, our server Jaden was hands down the sweetest & most helpful employee I’ve ever been graced with. She assisted with selecting appetizers and our meals. She was so upbeat & fun. The girl deserves a raise honestly. Our food was hot and fresh and delicious. The music was the perfect volume & the place was clean. The bill came at just the right time & we didn’t feel rushed. A wonderful experience, we will be back.

Dinner date with my babe, nice atmosphere, great food, beer and dessert! I got the quesadilla burger & he got the Whiskey bacon burger! Delicious! Appetizer platter is amazing as well! Thank u

Our waitress (Taylor G.) Could not remember to bring more then one thing out to the table at a time. At two separate points we waited over 20 minutes for a water. The restaurant was not overly busy, she just would bring one thing and nothing else. When we eventually asked her for these things again, she said it was because her other tables needed her attention more. She also charged us for an extra appetizer and then was unable to remove the charge, instead giving us a gift certificate for the restaurant that works out to less then the appetizer was on the actual bill after taxes.

Idk I guess it's my fault for not asking more questions about there meals I got the $13.99 Special I just assumed the steak would be tender not grizzly. For me and my wife our bill was over $60. She got the chicken special same price. We also got for our apatizers the Como platter and two mixed drinks specials which I might add was full of ice even though I told my waitstaff lite ice. But we did get alittle candy in our drinks even though we are senior citizens. Who Are they making these drinks for kids? I don't get if they wanted to do me any favors try adding a little alcohol n less ice. If U take all the ice out of the glass you'll probably get a little more then a shot glass of liquid.

I was there last Sunday with the family and we had to best server (Takari). She is so friendly and really knows her stuff!! 10/10

Just left Bay City Applebees and my server Brad was on point. Great experience, I didn’t have to ask for anything it’s like he was reading my mind.

Came in about an hour before close one night for a quick dessert. Staff seemed aggravated that we were in the restaurant an hour before close, and took 10 mins to greet and seat us despite the restaurant being empty. Was told by the server "we just cleaned our menus, but don't worry I'll just tell you what we have." Server dropped the bill off almost immediately, before we could eat a couple bites of dessert, tried to clear out plates before we finished. The food itself was not very good. Every moment, staff seemed passive aggressive and unwelcoming. Clearly gave the impression that we were interrupting their quiet night of socializing at work. I suppose Applebee's staff does not understand the connection between customers being in the restaurant and their continued employment. Hope they can figure it out before the franchise goes under.

Went to this Applebee's and ate on 10/5/22 around 4ish. Our server was definitely the best I think his name was Brad! I didn't complain or send my food back but whoever cooked this day hopefully isn't making Salmon the same for everyone else because it was the worst Salmon I've ever had in my life. Very very salty!

Great food and great experience. The slightest bit of annoyance that no one called our name though. I eventually saw a text message otherwise we probably never would have gotten a table. They claimed that they called my name but two of us were listening. Oh well. The great food and attentive waitress and manager made up for the unnecessary wait. We'll happily come back another time. Thank you!

We went for Dinner on a Friday night. Service was good. Food came out quick, and hot. Nice way to start the weekend ☺️

It was great!!!! Waitress was really nice. Got food at a decent time. They had some gluten sensitive food which is really nice. I had the lime chicken meal and it was absolutely delicious

As far as Applebee's go this was one of the better ones I've been to in quite a while. The food was very good and our waitress was awesome (Paula) . We had a large group (11) and Applebee's was very accommodating. No forced tips on the bills either. All in all a great experience.

Second time recent failures. First time, ordered by phone and when I went to pick it up they told me I had to have cash to pay as they got rid of their credit card readers. Didn't bother to tell you that on the phone. So basically waited an hour, drove to get the food, and wasted my time. Since I don't normally carry cash on me...had to go elsewhere. This time, ordered online so I could use a card to pay. They then call me to tell me they no longer have what I ordered and the menu hasn't been updated. I've already paid for it. When I ask them to then just refund it and I'll go elsewhere I'm told by the manager she can't do that. After a brief heated discussion the manager agreed to refund the money...we'll see. Save yourself the trouble. This place has gone severely downhill in the last year.

Food was great. Service, although fairly attentive, our server got several things wrong, from the drinks, to late sides, to Bill being incorrect. Still a decent choice as past visits have been without issue.

I had a great experience here, ordered lunch with my fiancee and got quick, accurate and friendly service. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly, would eat here again without a doubt

Our waitress was amazing, I feel bad I didn't catch her name. Prices were great and our food was really good. My husband and I enjoyed a nice evening together for some adult conversation. We love this Applebee's, it is always clean, welcoming, and the staff never disappoints. We will be back soon.

My meal was brought to me and the waitress told me the chef apologized for the sloppiness of the plate. The plate was disgusting. The chef didn't even wipe the plate down, the meal was lukewarm, and the chicken was burnt and over cooked. I told the waitress to send it back because l couldn't eat it. She apologized. I got a new hot meal. The manager dropped it off with no apology. Usually you would offer a discount or something. Very disappointed.
