The Interluxury Hotel does not live up to its quality rating. A reservation for two but we had just one towel in the room, one bath towel only, no hand towels, as well as only one tea cup and one drinking glass. We called in the early evening for more towels and they finally brought one at 10pm, knocking loudly three times, as we were already asleep! There were no options on the tv in the room. Room service was quick, but there were olives in the salad, despite it not being listed in that particular dish. No proper customer service in both regards. The hot tub in the women's spa did not work and parking was a 5 minute walk away in the Interluxury apartments building. Thankfully it didn't rain, or that would have been awkward. It is NOT worth the price and we will not go there again.

I had a couple of things that didn’t work, but they were able to fix it very quickly the services usually very good. They are caring about specific request. swimming pool is interesting as well with a bar at the top floor. I enjoyed it and the facilities for sport and leisure. the hotel is currently surrounded by buildings in construction, so it may be a temporary throwback for the location. in terms of security in the area is quite safe. The room is good not very modern especially the bathroom. I enjoyed my stay

I would love to thank the front office manager for the wonderful hospitality, she helped me so much and ensured I had a pleasant stay. And another thank you to the house maid asamir every time I entered my room it smelled wonderful and fresh she’s trust worthy and caring.

I never got to check in, apparently the hotel sent a message to Booking.com that I should effect payment beforehand. And I was never notified, so the hotel cancelled my booking. And the site said I will pay at the property. So I never got to even see the hotel inside to give a review. The booking was made privately by myself but I only got information about cash payment condition at the property. But to my surprise this morning 10:15 am 14 February 2025, when I went to check-in, I was told my booking has been cancelled. Because of none payment. The lady didn't even give me an option to say she can check for availability. So I just left and checked in at the hotel next door, as they had availability.
