Nice receptionist, very good room. The sauna is great and the inside pool too. Everything is clean and well maintained. The price is very reasonable. I only wish the outdoor pool worked in the winter season. Breakfast is not bad but not exceptional. Didn’t try the restaurant as it seemed very overpriced. If you’d like a more private experience definitely go during the workdays - weekends are overcrowded.

It was a nice hotel but the rooms stank really badly, you need to open the window for an hour so it can ventilate. But other than that I didn't have any problems. The breakfast was nice, you can choose from a lot of food. The location isn't the best but in Kazanluk everything is on one hand distance. The walk from the hotel to the center is around 15 min. The hotel's restaurant was a banger!🔥 The food was so freaking delicious, the prices were normal and the staff was nice.

Overall the hotel is great. The interior is amazing, the rooms are well furnished, the beds are comfortable. The relax zone is nice as well, with an indoor mineral pool (that is nedium sized 5×10m), there is a dry Sauna and a steam rooom. The restaurant is good as well, with a nice view and a good menu. The food is mediocre (not great no terrible) and the price is okay-ish. The serving staff... they are mediocre leaning a bit more to the not great side.

The outside pool is just perfect. The fee for an adult is 8 lv. through the week. The snack bar is delicious and not pricey. The only thing that can be better is the toilet, it needs a good cleaning. I’m very happy with the overall pool experience.

A stunning, inviting, and cozy hotel where you instantly feel at home. I visited with my wife and our 3-year-old son, and we will certainly return! Excellent value for money at this hotel.

The thermal water is a miracle ... Nice hotel, clean, good service, excellent breakfast. Very good food also at restaurant !

Rooms and lobby perfectly clean, polite staff, perfect relaxation area. Outside pool very pleasant, constantly running-in mineral water, temperature about 30*C. Very nice restaurant, too. Definitely worth coming back.

It was a peaceful and pretty place. The rooms were in good condition and the staff very friendly. The restaurant was ok. The pool is great. Both have an overview of the entire town. The included breakfast was good, no complaints there. The location makes it more quiet and peaceful, but it's also not that far from the town centre. A good 15-20 minutes walk and you could reach the major places of the town. A taxi won't break the bank as well, as the fares from the hotel to the bus/train station (other end of town) are not high.

With a slightly dated style adding to the charm we had a great stay. It's so well run, very clean and with the most fabulous pool....I look forward to going back.
