Really enjoyed the food offered. Friendly staff. Love to see that they are adding new items to the menu.

Was really disappointed in the quality of the food given the price. The Korean fried chicken was almost all breading as you can see from my pictures. Really unexpected and unacceptable given the $10+ price tag. In terms of aesthetics, I wish the sauce had been drizzled on the bowl better, like it was on the corn dog. Having it just glooped on top made the food look very unappealing. It also seemed overly-sauced. I also didn't expect everything to be as sweet as it was. The sauce on the bowl was sweet and the corn dog batter was like funnel cake. The beef was the best of the meat I tried. If you must come to this location. that is the protein I recommend.

Food is amazing!! This is where my girls and I go when we want something Korean. Staff are super helpful and friendly! Definitely worth a try!

I have ordered from this location a few times now. It is the one located at Fashion Place Mall.The first time, which was a few months ago, they couldn't find my order. I showed them my order online and they still argued with me saying it was ordered through a different location. When we went in to pick it up, there were 3 guys working there. They had the music blasting and were throwing a ball or something to each other. After 10 minutes, they apologized as they had my order. I made an order again last night. I ordered the Mandoo Bop. I asked for little cabbage and extra sauce. The bowl was 90% rice and cabbage. There was a tiny amount of sauce on the top of the Mandoo but still there was barely any sauce at all. I wouldn't mind so much, but for $13.00 a piece, I expect my food to be correct or close to it. The location that is by Winco is Midvale is amazing. I have never had any issues. My son also made a comment about his meal last night. He said his was almost all rice and cabbage as well.I absolutely love Cupbop and I will continue to order it, just not at this location.

Disappointing!! They placed some random bop instead of shake bob I ordered and didn’t include my mandoo add-ons. When I tried to call them it ringed and ringed without answer. I was hoping for a little better quality of services :((

Came in today, and food was disappointing I visit the one in west valley a lot and food was great there at that location, came into this location and the food was not so good I got a combo bop and ordered the Korean BBQ beef and the BBQ chicken, I got three little pieces of chicken smaller than than an average chicken nugget and a decent Amount of beef if you will call it that , the chicken was rock hard and dried out. I noticed the potstickers they had were all burnt on sides from being held in the holding pan to long. hopefully you will have a better experience as of this visit I will just stick to the west valley location.

This place is so good and friendly! Asked for a sample which I wasn’t sure was available and sure enough they are! Delicious meat and food!

First time here. Menu said there’s a cabbage mix but there’s No vegetables in mine. The beef is yikes.

Whether it's crazy busy or slow, both the staff and food have been consistently good and pleasant. Finally a better option for American Korean food that doesn't break the bank, and they have ramen

Cupbop is a very unique place. Never have I ever been to a place like Cupbop. I am always returning because of one specific employee who makes it a very special place. I managed to get the employee's name and her name is Juniper. Everytime no matter what im ordering or the quantity she always is happy and so so kind to he helping out. Even to the next customer shes very nice. She is truly a staple at Cupbop.

We had an incredible meal at Cupbop, thanks to the great recommendations and service from Tye. He helped us choose our protein, spicy level, and sides, and explained how to mix the bowl for the best flavor. We loved the BBQ beef, pork, and the potstickers. The portions were generous and satisfying, and the food was hot and fresh. We also enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the friendly staff. We are from out of state and my daughter wants to make sure we come back before we head home. This is a must-try place for anyone who loves Korean food or wants to try something new and exciting

Holy Moly Salt Lake!!! If you have not experienced Cupbop, you are letting the best in life pass you by! My only negative comment is that there isn't a Cupbop where I live. It is the ultimate mix of rice, cabbage, glass noodles with your selection of meat. Cupbop is even fun to say. Highly recommended!

The food was great, and so are the service and the atmosphere of the place! There are a number of dishes to choose from at such a fair price! The service crew were very accommodating, patient and are always there to attend to the needs of the customers. The atmosphere of this place is very inviting! I'm definitely gonna be a regular customer! Five stars!

First time in Cupbob and we love it! We loved the service of Luis and Gale were amazing, they explained to us how to make our meal and suggested the best food! The food is really good too, we will be back.

Usually pretty good. But today we used DoorDash and it was marked as completed. Got there and they hadn’t even started. Almost no rice and literally no cabbage. The meat was super watery and not very good. Bowl was only like half full. Very disappointed in this experience.

Wow! Amazing customer service! I ordered the piggy bop, not realizing it would already be spicy. They remade me a dish of B bop instead, and it was SO GOOD! I’ve been unlucky with good customer service lately, but this store has restored my faith. Thank you!!! Love it!!!

Love cupbop! Ive started working nearby, but live near the downtown location. All locations I've visited have been great. The staff at the Fashion Place location have ALL been very friendly and approachable every time I've gone in, and the food has never disappointed. The portions are perfect if you are looking for a good meal that won't overwhelm. Lobby has consistently been clean and well-stocked, as well. I used to manage at a busy downtown restaurant, so I understand and appreciate the work put into making sure the first thing customers see looks good. Thanks guys! :)

Very unique place. The food is decent not the best but it is quite the experience if you know what you are doing. I wish they had explained that it is best to mix things up in your cup before eating it I was left pretty clueless on how things worked there. But it is a nice kept establishment and clean.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customer's happiness is their main priority. Food is pretty good and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

I was a regular until tonight. I come in 2-3 times a week, I get the Ko Ko Bop, whatever changes you have made recently to how you season the meat makes it tastes SO bad 🤢 I can barely stomach it. the quality has also gone downhill. i can only imagine the complaints you are receiving. The workers I give a 10/10 but they seem overworked and unappreciated. I won’t go to other locations because I have felt this is the best location. Long story short people hate change to good food when it makes it taste much worse. Best of luck cupbop

I made a purchase of two piggy bops to go and at checkout the contactless payment failed to work three times. I followed the instructions Jordan M. gave me and it still failed. It turns out you need to put your phone directly into the back of the screen in an award way. There is no way for me the patron to know this when all other scanners typically read the phone at a few inches from the screen. He then decides to take my my phone without my permission, held it to the back and when the transaction completed I said, " I think you need a new scanner". Jordan M. responds with, "We don't need a new scanner because when user error". He then insults me and my mother telling me what he said was truthful and the problem is with me. I then asked to speak to a manager and he says he is the manager. This is unacceptable behavior at anytime and it anger me beyond any level. Worse than that, my 70yr old mother should not have been insulted over something so trivial. I don't plan to patronize Cupbob again unless I get some resolution to this matter. His name again, is Jordan M. the manager of Fashion Place location. My advice is to avoid this location until he departs. The food itself is grand but it matters not when the experience is soured by angry staff, and by a manager of all things . How sad. If he had apologized immediately after I would have accepted it and moved on. To the hard working staff that are employed at these jobs, I respect your hard work and bows to you integrity.

Russel and Tye, we’re so amazing and it was my first time visiting Cupbop and they walked me through the process of how it works, and even explained to me the sauces that go in it! It was delicious and they were so kind and welcoming! I just moved from Chicago to Utah and I wish we had this out back in the Midwest 😭.

We ordered the combo bop and ugly bop, the combo bop had fried chicken and bbq pork it was so good! The ugly bop was fantastic as well. The service at this location was really quick and on top of it. Made for an excellent takeout dinner!

I love Cupbop! I prefer the Fashion Place (with Jack and Jordan) location over any other location; they are fast, offer great portion sizes, and are extremely efficient. The Soda Row location in South Jordan, by way of comparison, has double the amount of employees, but are slow and inefficient. Fashion Place takes less than a minute to get me my food: Soda Row takes at least five.

Lots of food in their bowls. The chicken is crisp and tasty, and you get to choose exactly how spicy you want it. Staff was helpful in assisting us in deciding what to order. They also gave me free pot stickers for writing this review.

Showed up around 8:30PM (30 minutes before closing). All the food was out of the warming trays and sitting in to go boxes. I guess they wanted to get a jump start on dishes? The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting at room temperature for awhile. Probably not sanitary letting your food settle to room temperature and then serve it to people. If you're open until 9 PM please keep your food warm!

A great alternative lunch from the usual boring options! Although they are a chain now, I love their local food truck roots. My go-to is the “Shake Bop” (strangely only available in some select locations) no rice, all sweet potato noodles. I’ve worked my way up the spicy scale to a perfect “level 8.”

The place is huge. The taste is not what i expected, its average for me. We tried the combo bop with beef and ugly chicken and noodle bop. Its always nice to try different resto and explore.

I love this place!! The employees are always so nice, respectful, and positive. The restaurant is clean and efficient. I'm always impressed by how quickly they put together your meal! Not to mention the fun, positive atmosphere. The employees really make you feel valued. Oh, and did I mention the food is delicious?! 😍 10/10 would absolutely recommend!
