I guess it was because I didn’t do a tip maybe? Didn’t know that was a requirement to get a full meal. I went through the drive through and ordered a ugly pop bop. I should have checked before I left. There was no cabbage/ veggies in my meal. I had 3 small pieces of chicken very little noodles and rice. My cup wasn’t even 1/2 full. This is the only one I go to when I’m in town and have always had a fabulous experience. The staff is usually very nice. Today was a huge disappointment. Will not be going back. Paid to much for what I got. 😖

It’s the Very affordable junk food. Taste very good. Gave 5 stars because the workers are all super helpful.

Cupbop is fine! I used to like it a little more but for a while now everything on their menu has kind of tasted the same (sorta spicy but mostly just oily). Their mandoo used to be really good but has recently been rather undercooked. It’s nice to be able to drive through and get a rice based meal. And everything does taste good for the most part. But I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit it. Staff is always really nice.

I went through the Drive-Thru and they didn't even bother to give me a fork but were sure to ask for a tip. Cupbop used to be good now the mandoo was cold and tasted like it was sitting out for awhile and my bowl wasn't even filled like it had been in the past. Granted I know inflation exists but I'd rather drop $18+ on something worthwhile. This was disappointing to say the least. And the food just tasted stale like it had been sitting out for awhile. Sad to see this place take a turn for the worse

Always yummy food, clean restaurant, friendly staff. I got the crispy chicken bowl #7 spicy, which was just right. My son got a #8 and it was pretty spicy! My kids like the fried, but I think I like the shredded chicken better.

This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. There is barely any sauce that gets put on leaving the whole bowl dry and unflavored. I don’t know why this keeps happening or if I constantly have to ask for more sauce, but it’s getting annoying that this keeps happening. If you are wanting any flavor to your bowl caution!

I am very upset. I’ve never had a problem with coming to the draper location before i have always great service and food however the last two times i have come through the drive through and the first time they put little to no sauce on my food and this time i even asked for extra and i don’t think they even put any on. it also took a very long time for my food to come out. i also ordered two drinks and when i received them they had no ice and weren’t even filled all the way im very upset and will not be returning to this location

I was big fan since they were just food trucks. Now, they give you less meat; uncooked rice; they ask you to tip, I always say 10%. They just secretly charge you 15% All these little things added up! I’m done to support you.

Everyone was super awesome, it was my Fiances first time and they were all super helpful and walked us through every step. Emily and Jerome were the best! We will definitely be back here and I hope to be greeted by these two. The food was DELICIOUS.

If you didn't know, Cupbop was founded in Utah, so eating here means you're enjoying some Utah culture (I'm pretty sure that's how it works). I recommend the ugly bop and kko kko bop. The mandoo bop (and mandoo on its own) is fine, but not as good by comparison. I go with a 4 for my spice level because it's flavorful but not actually spicy. The 5 is the entry for where you'll actually feel something, but it's minor. If you like spice, go above a 5. I have nothing crazy to share about the service. The employees have been friendly and helpful every visit. No "wow" factor, but I haven't had any negative experiences either. There have been times where the food is at 5-star levels, but it's most often a 4 (which I have no complaints over). I'll continue to come back here to get my fill of Korean BBQ.

Quick ordering and delicious food. I love that you can choose your spice preference. I got the chicken with a level 3 and it was just enough kick.

The beef bulgogi and korean-fried chicken combo bowl was amazing! The base was japchae (Korean glass noodles) and there were several spice levels to choose from. Also, the K-dog was excellent..

No customers in the store at lunch time? Now I know why, the serving size for your money is terrible! They didn't use to be like this. Doesn't even fill the bowl anymore. Done with this place.

This place is hit or miss, mostly miss. They don’t put as much meat on as other cupbop locations and often the meat is dry/burnt. Do better!

Great place great food! Not only was the food excellent but the service was amazing as well! My order got confused in the drive-through and they made it right and also gave me extra food for the trouble at no charger. Thanks for your service!

If you thought all was lost when it comes to customer service, come here!!!! They treated us like a king and queen! Seriously, they are SO nice here and so concerned about making sure you’re happy with your food:) great gluten free options. The noodles were yummy. Get extra cabbage it’s really good:)

Seriously the best customer service. They had us laughing and smiling. Try a 1 and 5 sauce mix-- you won't regret it. Mandoo is delish too. We will definitely be back.

One of my favorite lunch spots in Utah. I haven’t tried a meal I don’t like. Super friendly, and pretty quick too!

Decent portion and value but just average food. The level 10 was not that spicy and lacked flavor. The noodles and rice under meat were cold so not ideal. Tables were dirty so we had to clean our own off.

If you have a gluten sensitivity I would avoid this location. Ordered 3 gluten friendly meals, every single one we specified gluten friendly, this is not our first rodeo. For two of them we were charged extra for the noodles. We asked and apparently gluten friendly costs more now. Then realized since one was not over-charged then they were probably making that one wrong. Nope, they made the 2 over-charged ones not gluten friendly? The had to remake them. After realizing they weren't honoring our order, my husband went over the order with them again. Then when we opened the food (which was scant on meat as usual for Cup Bop nowadays) it was just a bit of meat on a huge pile of greasy peppered noodles. No rice or cabbage. At this point we gave up and just ate as quickly as we could to get out of there. This place used to have the best staff, now the location is a dump. Had to yell over the music to hear until they turned it to something else. Etc, etc, not coming back to Cup Bop.

It isn't my favorite Korean food, but my daughter loves it. I'm not quite sure about the hype, but that's okay. I wouldn't choose to come here, but I would go again to humor my child.

Food was delicious. Great flavor and I enjoyed being able to select my own spiciness level.

The k dogs at this location on 12st got shrunk because corporate threw a fit. Now they're smaller than corn dogs from a gas station. Not worth paying 5$ for something the size of a ice cream creamy bar
