Their coffee is delicious. I tried their Elvis iced coffee and bought a bag of the ground Elvis coffee to make at home. The lady working the counter was extremely helpful. I told her it was my 1st time there and she came from behind the counter and started showing me different merchandise. She offered to let me try the Elvis coffee but when she said they made it as an iced coffee, I decided just to purchase it. I will be going back again. The customer service was top notch and the product itself is just as good.

Walking into the Premium Coffee Company of Erie felt like walking into the home of your family. I was greeted by Maria, who instantly made me feel welcomed. If every person in customer service could be like Maria, no customer would ever complain, ever. She was hands down the nicest person I’ve ever met and did everything she could to ensure my order was perfect. I got an iced latte with almond milk, it was heavenly. My egg cheese bacon was delicious! If you are looking for a friendly place with amazing coffee and breakfast, look no further. I’ll definitely be back!

This is easily my favorite local coffee place! Yes, the parking lot is small and inconvenient, but I've never not been able to get out, polite traffic, for once, I suppose lol. Owners are always so fun and kind. Some of my favorite flavors, I primarily cold view at home, are Breakfast with Elvis, Vermont Maple Creme, Smores, and Hawaiian Cocnut.... soooo many more flavors they have though... like a beautiful candy store experience for flavored coffee lovers! Oh ,and the Pepperoni Rolls are best I've had anywhere...I warm up at home, more like a mini calzone. Highly recommend this spot!

Omg! We are in town visiting family, and was craving delicious coffee! Super happy I stumbled upon this place! Feels like family, the coffee is AMAZING, and the sandwiches taste like they are made with love! Wish we were in town longer, so we could come back! I loved Frosty’s Fav (it’s my new fav)

The ladies who work here are all very friendly and it's genuine. You absolutely won't find a better breakfast sandwich anywhere. The iced coffee is adequate. Parking out front can be tricky, depending on the time of day.

What a wonderful place! Coffee was amazing and my breakfast sandwich was delicious. The ladies working treated us so friendly. I highly recommend stopping thru if you haven’t.

My wife, Mary will stop and buy their coffee whenever possible and now that I've tried it, I can see exactly why. The flavors are many and the taste of every one that I've tried is pretty great. Today, my wife, daughter and our granddaughters stopped in to buy coffee, but stayed and had something to eat and they really liked it. It had them wondering why they were going to the more well known places when we have a place like this available. We usually try to do business with local places and here is another excellent find!

Sell coffee by the bag. Variety of "favored coffees" (banana split, creme brulee, triple berry, cinnamon hazelnut). They are only open 6 hours a week (two weekdays for 3 hours each) The staff member was very unhelpful (non-coffee drinker picking out a gift) and a bit condescending.

Jennie is an amazing shops owner. Now she opens on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in semi-retirement. The store is still opened for coffee by the half pound and the pound so walk in to see her on Tuesdays and Wednesdays or shop with her online. Watch Facebook for updates.
