Pretty gross all around. The purple hair manager(?) was rude, the young man working the window wasn't helping at all, the young blond girl barista was the only one doing anything. The purple hair women took my cash and then started labeling cups, but was sticking her finger inside the cups without washing her hands. No one was wearing gloves. Maybe if they weren't all on the ground?..there must if been 5-6 random filled/ half filled drink everywhere. .My drink was terrible, I threw it away at a gas station on 90 and bought a coffee at McDonald's

Every time I go there they always get something wrong. Wether it’s coffee or food. And I’m always waiting in line for a long time. I asked for a bagel with cheese, and I love dunkin bagels, but when I hardly get any cream cheese it’s upsetting. I’m not paying $3 for a toasted piece of bread.

Super disappointed in the Dunkin located in Erie, PA. I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the drive thru someone mumbled something in the speaker and never said anything after that. I pulled into a parking spot and took my child out went inside and the girl working was very rude. Their Dairy machine leaked everywhere and they were cleaning. I asked how long it would take so I could take my child to daycare and come back and she rudely sighed and said I don’t know. She kept making comments of if one more thing happens I’m leaving and then I hope I slip and fall and can hold Dunkin responsible. Very rude and unprofessional. If I didn’t already pay through the app I would have walked out. The other employee was friendly willing started making my order and never complained

Terrible. Ordered online with grubhub. Apparently delivery ends at 7:30 on Saturday but I ordered all in advance of that time. The driver called to notify me that they didn't have anymore donuts. None whatsoever. They close at 9 PM. I seriously doubt that they were completely out. From other reviews, I understand that this location isn't great and that they're understaffed but seriously? I didn't only order donuts I ordered munchkins as well. Luckily grubhub completely refunded me but still, that is terrible service. I just seriously doubt that they were out of everything. Donuts and munchkins? Those are their two main items. Looks like I'll have to order either much earlier in the day or never at all. So stupid honestly.

Bought a large French vanilla cappuccino and caramel latte and both tasted like a burnt ashtray. I dont know what y'all got going on in here. I didnt get a receipt and I'm already driving to my destination. Smh y'all need to do better. At least my breakfast sandwich was ok. Whoever making coffee need to change station or clean the equipment.

Got my order right, also told me what they had and didn't have as I ordered. The Girl was polite and pleasant. Great job.

If everyone had been wearing a headset and paying attention, I wouldn't have waited 15 minutes for a coffee, a tea refresher and a pack of Munchkin's. I'll never come here again when I visit Erie.

Terrible service. Manager was nasty and clueless. Place was dirty n looked like it was closing. Very little inventory on shelves. Bright spot was cashier she did what she could despite an ornary manager.

We drove thru and ordered a donut with sprinkles, two multigrain bagels, and one plain bagel with cream cheese. We got to the window they did not give us the donut AT ALL. Gave us just a plain bagel in the bag. We came back around we said you forgot our donut and cream cheese the bagel isn't even cut. They said oh sure come back. We came back and they CHARGED US FOR THE CREAM CHEESE AND KNIFE TO SPREAD IT!!! They said you can't have this unless you pay for the extra cream cheese we said it's not extra you did not give us one to begin with there was no extra they made us pay for their mistake unbelievable....

Drive thru was a little slow but I wasn't mad about it. Our coffee came out the perfect drinkable temperature. Which I loved so I didn't burn my mouth first. :)

Clean & friendly great filled donuts and dark roast coffee it's a win win

I went to this location at 2:30PM on Labor Day. I tried to order a grilled cheese with iced coffee. I was told that their cooking ovens were all broken and they have no hot food. I settled on a donut and a muffin and the muffin was as hard as a baseball so it was a waste of money. The iced coffee was good, but otherwise this was a 20+ minute waste of time.

The staff here are very friendly and super quick making your order. This location is a little challenging getting into (because of the way the roads are laid out and the GPS on Google thinks that you've arrived at your destination while you're still on Peach Street) but wow, the staff here is amazing. We ordered at the drive through, we were the only car in line, and they still had everything ready by the time we got to the window so there was no wait. This would be our go-to Dunkin location if we lived closer but the staff here made our vacation much nicer with their great service.

It was our morning go to place for breakfast. Good coffee and great breakfast wraps. Friendly, efficient staff. No issues.

Very professional and friendly staff. They made my bagel and coffee quickly and exactly how I asked them to. I’ve had some bad experiences at other Dunkin’s in the past so I was very impressed by this one.

Dunkin' is my favorite place for coffee. The service is just about always terrific at any location in any state. I have been to many. I frequent the Erie, PA locations, especially on Peach St. The food is very good and there is very little that I haven't tried. Their donuts are my favorite of any chain restaurant. I recommend Dunkin' Donuts.

First time in the store it was clean and I couldn't believe all the doughnuts they have that tim hortons doesn't. I'll try the coffees soon can't wait.

Many machines were broken and slow service. Edit: my hashbrowns were cold and they didn't tell me or my mom that her bosses drink was "discontinued" (they just ran out, they didn't actually discontinue it)

Heading out of town for a day trip and stopped for some breakfast. Two of us had breakfast sandwiches and potatoes. They were very good. It would have been nice if the person taking our order had let us know about the 2fer sandwiches. Unfortunately not being super familiar with the menu, we didn't see the potential for savings until we were heading to pay. (A little outstanding customer service goes a long way.) The third person had donuts and coffee and enjoyed them very much.

Coldish food. One out of two coffees were good. The staff has potential, but there is a lack of training.

I went to this restaurant for a frozen coffee they keep stating every day that the machine is still broken why advertise a product if you can never offer it, to add on to this the young lady working in a gray sweatshirt you could see had nothing on under it and you could see she had visible hickeys as well I found that extremely disgusting and unappetizing as she is working at a restaurant. This location has gotten worse and worse over the years.

i tried getting modifications to my drink and they told me it’s against policy and training to get modifications to drinks. which is horrible because i worked at starbucks for a long time and i’ve gotten the same drink at dunkin everytime i went and now all of a sudden i can’t. your drinks taste like dog water anyways, and your employees have long nails that are actually against regulations. and your employees want to talk abt customers as they pay, why would i ever want to buy a drink from such a drama club??? cheap coffee for a cheap experience.

i went to this store this morning and ordered two avocado toasts with the tomato they were burnt and remade which was fine. The issue i have was the young lightskin girl at the window was extremely rude and had an attitude with me when all i asked was for my food to be remade which the other workers didn’t seem to have a problem with. Learn better customer service this is how you lose customers, not really representing the “friendly” service the company advertises
