Prices on google and Agoda are fake. They claim to no longer work with OYO so they won’t honor our agoda reservation and instead gave us a much higher price if we want to still stay here. There are many families in the lobby whose reservation also got rejected because they booked on Agoda. They pull you in with a very low price then when you arrive, they don’t accept the reservation and tell you that if you want to stay you have to pay their much higher price! There are families standing out here trying to find another accommodation last minute. What a horrible business.

SCAM !!! Banyak korbannya, tgl 23 des ini parah banget! Banyak mobil brdatangan dan mengantri utk masuk checkin, macet parah jalannya, trnyt kena tipu! Sy jalan kaki dr basement keluar arah ciwalk. Melihat byk skali yg tertipu. Org mau checkin stay malah jadi terlantar. PARAH. Urus sm hukum sana antara aplikasi manajemen n pemilik unit. Bubar ajaa.
