Room is okay with wide enough bed and sofa, bathroom is standard. But one lack is the availability of the power outlet near the bed, kinda hard to access but at least theres one.

Located right across from the Pekalongan station, making this hotel a very strategic location. The staff are friendly and very pleasant. Overall the breakfast menu is standard and ordinary, but the SOTO is very delicious. Room cleanliness still needs to be improved.

Unfortunately I need to rate 3 out of 5. It was because of the bad AC condition. I booked for 1 night and arrived at around 9 PM so it was already very late. The room wasn't getting cooler after 1 hours, but we were just too tired to complain and ask for another room. We didn't have a sound sleep throughout the night due to the rather warm condition. We went to the beach in the morning, swam at the pool, and had breakfast. But after we went up, the room was even hotter than the aisle and water started dropping from the AC. Moreover, the circulation fan in the bathroom wasn't working as well. So I was sweating right after shower. However the staff did their best. They took the complaint well and gave me some compliments as apology. It was sad that Santika as a big chained hotel missed a major detail like that. Hope it will not happen again in the future.

Great small room, no need for a balcony that's enough. I had a air conditioner leaking from the ceiling and I dont complain, watch out guys. Small pool but had a great experience there. Great service and kind staffs.

Had our table manner course here. The food was great. Bread and butter was so good I wish could had more of those T_T. The main course's chicken was also cooked to perfection, not undercooked and not overcooked or too dry. The cream soup was also pretty good tho. The services are great too, all the staffs were kind and humble. The interior were great too, it's pleasant to the eye. Thank you for having us and helping with our course. Definitely would recommend this hotel to people around me.
