Best hotel for someone need a rest and calm. The hotel was front shopping mall, in the mall we can make some activity like see movie or fun fair, transport near this hotel was train station. Good hotel to stay at for transit. It is only about a 10-15 mins drive away from the toll road exit. Although it's not a new hotel, it's quite well-maintained and clean. It's located in front of a supermarket with some food vendors and fast food chains. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The breakfast menu was ok and varied. A big minus for us was the spa. We expected a good massage and spa to recover from a long drive, but what we got was far from our expectations. It seemed like the therapists were simply masseuses and not well-trained as spa therapists. They talked to each other several times during the treatment and even talked loudly at one of their friends outside the treatment room. Despite of the spa, generally, it's quite a good hotel to stay at if you want to rest a bit during a long trip across Java.

Strategic place. Friendly staf. When I was there, I got trouble with water tab. I could not make it into 'normal' water. It was hot. So I have to brush my teeth using the shower. The breakfast service was not ready at 06:00 am. The tea, cofee and wedang uwuh were not hot. Other than that, the hotel is great. I like the city view from my window.

I valued 4 star for the town standard. Room is acceptable. Staff service is good. Food at average level. Spa service satisfied. Price considered as high (expensive). Good location at the town. Con : parking space about 30 cars at basement and 5 cars at open space in front of hotels. Cleanliness in the room and corridor are good. Scarlet coffee shop also nice for sitting and talking.

We give 3 stars since the chosen room was available for smoking room. There is only one floor limited for non smoking rooms, and the other floors (in 8-9) are available for the smoking room. We are disappointed because of the room service: The air conditioner machine seems need to be serviced and it smells horrible because of no balcony for smoking room :( However, we love the hospitality from the services. The staff are very helpful, always smiling -- means they work it professionally. And thank you Canting, for the unforgettable taste croissant, fresh guava juice and nice coffee. Under the impression that it was a four star hotel. It probably is, but at very minimum standard. The room is small and without rug. The furniture and interior is nothing fancy. But the aircon works well and the bathroom works well too. There are very minimum amenities, no iron or refrigerator. Breakfast was subpar, limited menu and wasn't tasty. Location is quite good though, you can find transmart in front to buy better breakfast.

Best choice at Pekalongan. Located at downtown, infront of Transmart. Easy to find local restourant.

Not bad. oke lah... room cleaness can be improve. Morning buffet can be done more prepare, so that the staff not late come to your restaurant.

It's an old hotel with all the amenities catered. Breakfast was good but a total revamp of the toliet is needed. Other than that, it's a great transit hotel if you're staying a few days or a night!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location, and the breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. However, the hotel itself is old, with outdated interior and some damaged items like showers and telephones. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Water in the shower is too small. The high season's price is ridiculous. It's not an experience I would like to repeat.

Just for transit for several hours, service was excellent eventhough we checking in almost midnight. But rooms need to be renovated because it's pretty old, bed sheet pretty stinks, not much electric socket (only 1 and its for eletric kettle), but anyways price wise its budget friendly so can't complaint
